I am currently staying here. I went to the spa last night and had a great massage, but I was the last one for the evening. I double-checked with one of the employees to make sure there were no men in the ladies' locker area, so that I could change from my robe back to my

Stayed for a week in the Topaz Suite, 5th Floor room 927. We requested a room on "the ocean side" of the building but at check in the ocean side was not available. We were given a room on the harbor side of the building and were told that we could switch to the ocean side on day

When we booked the Topaz Suite we knew the cost of the room. The suite was spacious with a large deck and beautiful views. There is a full kitchen, living room, two baths with everything you could need. The room was a bit "tired". Sofas were stained and the carpet was fraying in

Wow! Nothing like the commercials. High cost for mediocre room, bad service and tons of hidden fees. Resort fee of $55 per person Per DAY (even if you never go to water park) along with hotel tax 27%, mandatory 15% gratuity everywhere you choose to buy overpriced food, even the

The Reef is a beautiful well maintained property that looks exactly as pictured online. I would have given the property 5 stars if not for the fact that there was absolutely no heat in our room. We stayed there at the end of January 2019 and although it was nice and sunny during

I would say about 10 minutes if you follow directions straight there. Otherwise you will walk around the long way like what I did a couple of times. Just ask staff as you walk along. They are everywhere bending over backwards to help!

Hi, Not to my knowledge. I booked directly with The Reef, so the 12% and the resort fee were already included in the bill. I didn't have any surprises when I checked out.

There are no rules against it. Only posted rule is for Cove pool. Tubes and floats are also allowed in the ocean.

Don't bother to stop. Order online prior to leaving the states. Use a service like islandgopher or nassaugrocery. Prices are better, but there is a delivery charge. Still less than paying for a taxi stop. You designate the time you want them to deliver. Pick a time about 1 hr after scheduled landing and you should be fine.
