The service here is hit or miss. Some are amazing others are so-so. Overall we had more pleasant than non-pleasant experiences. Check-in was slow; they had four stations open and one was moving swiftly and the others weren't. There were a few staff members that appeared to be in somewhat management roles and they mostly walked around and didn't help...

Hi KingHuskey, We are happy that you had a pleasant experience at Atlantis, but we are disappointed that not all of your time with us lived up to your personal expectations. Please know, something amazing is on the horizon! Atlantis is thrilled to announce the start of the first phase of the $20 million transformation of Coral Towers. Once complete,...

Background info: My family consists of my husband, myself, my 5 year old, 3 year old and 4 month old. We spent 6 nights prior to the Atlantis at Disney's Beach Club resort. It was such a wonderful time compared to our stay at the Atlantis. Review on Coral Towers: Our "ocean view" left much to be desired. It was...

Atlantis is still a great place to visit but it is clearly showing it's age in the Coral Tower. For starters, as soon as you walk into the lobby of this section of the resort, there is an overwhelming sent if urine and chemical coverup. I'm guessing the carpet is original carpet because it is clearly old and has stains...

We stayed here for 4 days before moving onto Exuma. Yes it is expensive and if you are European the tax addins are a bit ludicrous. Saying that I had read the small print prior to going. If you want real food take a taxi $11 to Downtown Bahamas. If you have a young family they will enjoy the pools...

I've been to Atlantis many times, and have always had a good time. While the Atlantis properties themselves were always a bit pricey, the hotel has instituted a new billing system for all of its shops, restaurants, bars, mini-marts etc.... You'll notice that a mandatory 15% gratuity is added to every bill! so if you buy an ice cream cone...

We stayed at The Cove but went here for the comedy club. The show was funny but the room smelled very musty. If you have allergies, keep that in mind. We also walked to the Towers a few days later and went in a back entrance. The hallway had guest rooms off it and the whole placed smelled like septic back...

Atlantis was a great family vacation. Too many haters on the reviews I read before I got there. Nothing turned out to be true that they were warning about. Yes, the Coral towers need remodeling and that is exactly what they are already doing. Yes, meals are expensive but no more than any comparable resort in a comparable location. Great...

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. We wish the resort had a hot tub we could have used. Much of the food was very overpriced. The resort is beautiful. I would like to come back but wonder if another tower has better beds.

I stayed her with my boyfriend while he was working nearby. Definitely get a room with an ocean view and be prepared to do some walking. There is a shuttle that takes you from building to building...Food is very expensive...There is a small grocery store and a liquor store across the street. The ferry to Nassau downtown is 8.00 dollars...

The Atlantis at the Bahamas is an incredible place to relax and have fun with your family and friends. The food may be a little expensive but it is worth it and you will truly enjoy it. The waterpark is amazing as all the Hotel installations. The attention was excellent and it is appropriate to kids of all ages.
