Planning a reunion is a yeoman's task in and of itself, but having a Sales Director like Lakeisha Beneby made our trip absolutely AHHH-mazing! She was expedient, kind and efficient in all things! Thx!

We stayed here our first 3 nights in Nassau and it was a great experience. It is not a luxury hotel by any means and does not offer any sort of crazy amenities. By American standards, it may seem very expensive for a large inn, but understand that this is simply the market place for lodging in the Bahamas. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and hospitable. The poolside complimentary breakfast is very nice. You can sit outside and eat in a very elegant patio area under the shade. As a budget option for someone who is not staying at one of the luxury resorts nearby, this is a very good choice. Also offers access to Atlantis water parks and is within walking distance of Atlantis.

The trip advisor reviews were pretty bad so I was pleasantly shocked by how nice the hotel and staff were. We stayed one night so that we had access to Atlantis. we had room 385 it was very large, had a fridge, two excellent beds and a lounge area with I think what looked like could have been a sofa bed. The decor was attractive, it was exceptionally clean. The pool is wonderful, a swim up bar with a bar tender who really does know how to make a great drink and be sociable. I was concerned about having a meal -due to such poor reviews but needed to stay on the premises as both my teenage boys were exhausted by Atlantis. We stuck with simple meals, sandwiches, burgers and wraps. My veggie wrap (I was trying to be healthy) was absolutely fantastic and huge - well worth the price I think it was $15. breakfast buffet by the pool was a little crowded but we all enjoyed the ample options it's open til 10am and would suggest either going very early of leaving it til 9:45 the no one was around but they still replenished any thing that we wanted.

This was our third time staying here in 3 years. Overall experience fluctuated between poor and average. Most of the staff acted as if we were inconveniencing them by staying there. A front desk employee even told me she wasn't talking to me as she tried to charge me again for something I had paid for that morning. My kids found someone else's clothing in their room at one point. It was disappointing as our previous stays have been wonderful. The positives were Michael, the bartender, who is always cheerful and funny. Joshua, downstairs by the front desk, is always polite and helpful. And Donna, the room attendant, went out of her way to accommodate our daily schedule, especially our last day as we got ready to go home. Hopefully the service improves back to its previous level.
