I recently stayed at Comfort Suites PI and would highly recommend this to everyone. We had access to everything at Atlantis and greatly enjoyed the comfort of our junior suite. The room has a fridge and breakfast is free from 7am-10am. The property is clean, the staff is friendly and you cannot beat the deal! Also food at Crusoe's and the CSPI Pool is delicious and well-priced. Can't wait to go back!
We were thrilled to be at Comfort Suites and staying again in Paradise! This is truly the best time to travel. The hotel has never looked better, and the food at Comfort Suites was outstanding. We ate there 3 nights and all our dinners were amazing. The staff are the most friendly kind people we have met. I love Atlantis when its not overly crowed, and it offers so much for our family with both young and older children. We felt very safe while we were there, everyone who worked there wore masks, and we spend all day and night outside. After the past two years, this was the shinning light we have been looking forward to!!!
The ultimate perk to this hotel is the unlimited access to all the amenities at Atlantis. The hotel was nice, the staff was excellent and the food was just ok. If you want access to Atlantis for a fraction of the price you can't beat Comfort Suites. I would definitely stay here again
Everything Atlantis has to offer at an affordable price. Booked through Orbitz and there were no hidden fees at all. Instead, we were surprised with a $150.00 credit to their restaurant. We ate there twice and the food and drinks were better than at the overpriced restaurants at Atlantis without the crowds or a need for reservations. The room was clean, we didn’t know we even had neighbors it was so quiet, and everything in the room worked properly including the Wifi. Service was with a smile. Why choose this place? Access to the beach at Atlantis without those prices and a tranquil place to retreat to after the craziness of Atlantis. Wow! Leave your water shoes at home and snorkel with turtles right off the pristine beach. It was my daughter’s first time snorkeling (10 yrs old) and it was no problem for her at all. The free breakfast was a breeze and more than adequate. Atlantis is literally across the street as is Dunkin Donuts and a grocery store with reasonable prices. This is our new spot. We felt safe leaving the property unlike some other islands and it was only a quick trip from the airport. We have been to Beaches Turks and Caicos, Sandals Grande in St. Lucia, Cancun, Tulum, Isla Mujeres, La Romana, Bavaro Beach, Negril, Montego Bay, Cable Beach, Siesta Key...looking for the perfect beach. It’s here and this hotel gives you access to it. Don’t bother trying to see it if you stay anywhere other than this hotel or at Atlantis (read those room reviews first before booking at Atlantis- we overheard a lot of complaints). Atlantis checks everyone who tries to access those beaches even though they are “public.” It’s almost impossible to get to them if you’re not staying at this hotel or at Atlantis. A day pass will not give you access. If you’re coming for the beach, want to avoid the crowds, and not feel ripped off but welcomed instead, this is a safe and fun place to go for couples or families. Heaven for true beach lovers with access to amazing free activities for all ages to enjoy from the aquarium to the water park. Tip: If you arrive before 3:00 pm, they offer a courtesy suite so you can freshen up. Ask them to store your luggage and go check out Atlantis or have lunch instead of waiting for your room. Also, this hotel and everything at Atlantis is cashless right now but everything else like the Fish Fry accepts U.S. dollars. Enjoy! :)…
Even after calling to reconfirm the reservation rate and confirming upon arrival, I was shocked after departure to find additional fees. This hotel does not follow their quoted rates through the parent company Choice Hotels website. There are many hidden fees tacked on after departure that are listed as "per-person surcharges" that totaled $200 for our 5 night stay. We were quoted one rate for our family of three but the hotel took it upon themselves to add on more charges than quoted. We have called the hotel manager 4 times since departing and they have never returned our calls. Even Choice Hotels has called the manager on our behalf, and they are ducking their calls, too. Sadly, the parent company Choice Hotels where we made the reservation will not refund the overcharge since it has to come from the hotel manger. In addition, the hotel rooms are quite out of date and in dire need of updating. We had requested a room facing the pool but were stuck in a back room facing a large building, which made everything seem more dreary. The restaurant does double duty for breakfast and dinner. It is completely undersized relative to the size of the hotel. All breakfast food was constantly gone and had long waits for new food to be added to the buffet. The dinner service was shockingly slow resulting in well over an hour for even just hamburgers. Totally unacceptable. The only saving grace of the property was the attractive pool setting. Sadly, the swim up bar was covered in ants.…
Nothing about the hotel is spectacular. BUT free breakfast and access to all of the Atlantis amenities were all we really needed. The walk to Marina Village/Atlantis Waterpark was shorter for us that friends who were on property at their "value" hotel.
David went above and beyond, and our stay was greatly enhanced because of him. He was extremely hard working and checked on my family daily. David helped with our maintenance issues, waited on us multiple times in the restaurant when our assigned waiters were terrible, and hauled all our luggage and stayed with us as we tried to resolve the front desk screwing up our room assignment the first night. If you need something done at Comfort Suites, go find David!!
The customer service sucks, The hotel sucks there is ANTS ON THE TABLES and flies in the bathroom!! We asked to switch rooms and they gave it to another guest. If I could give it zero stars I would save your money and time and go to a different hotel!! Not to mention the rooms look so old they look like from the 1900!!
We travelled from our beautiful Abaco to Nassau for the Baseball Nationals and Comfort Suites was on a list of other hotels for our teams of 35 to stay. I got on the phone and spoke with Mrs. Beneby who made me feel welcome by the way she communicated and promptly replied to my questions. The process was a easy one and comfort suites made me forget about the other places on our list to call. We arrived and we were welcomed like we were from Europe. The staff treated us good from we got out of our transportation, smooith check In process and our interaction with the staff was too notch. Thank you Comfort Suites Paradise Island for your great hospitality. I will recommend your hotel to everyone that I know who will be travelling to Nassau.
