This place is a SCAM. They have their peeps prowling along the beach at Breezes. They entice to you with free gifts and such AND if you sign ANYTHING under any circumstance they will keep your alleged "closing costs." Even tho you own nothing, don't receive a deed or borrow any money - in fact just the opposite - paid... More

Stayed here 5 yrs ago, nothing has changed!! I was told upgrades were done, but nothing. I had to switch rooms after first day when I noticed the water was coming out yellow from the faucets. Gross bathroom and shower. Moved to second room and the smell is almost unbearable. My allergies went nuts from the dust and no telling... More

I haven't stayed there since 2004. Our rooms were okay as we didn't stay in that much. Just on a day when it rained. There is much to do and see on the island I equate it to buying the suite on a cruise ship. Really how much time do you spend in your very expensive quarters? While it has... More

So first off, yes Club Land'or is a time-share. We have been owners for years. As a time-share, they can only stay in business if they get new people to sign on. Secondly, Club Land'or needs some renovations. We stayed there this week and I would not wanted to stay anywhere else. The staff (shout out to Chantelle) was amazing.... More

So we were offered a quick tour and a tasty lunch with gifts that were never received when we would not agree to place $2500 on our credit card (Alexander?). We were then shuffled out w/no transportation back to our hotel. I was shocked that places exist such as this. There was no way I was giving this place any... More

Just want to update you on the happenings at Landor. We visited 3 years ago and just came back from there this month Feb 2016. NOTHING has changed. The "NEW" two and three bedroom units are showpieces only and NO ONE stays there. I went into one alone when the door was open after a torrential rain and the carpet... More

We were offered a free pass into the Atlantis, free meal at the Fish Fry , and a free gift. All we needed to do is sit through a 90 minute presentation. The presentation was a casual question session about life and how we lived it. Then came the pitch about how to take vacations and get paid to do... More

A recent visit to this oft criticized resort proffered this reflection: a lagoon room is slightly above ok...the staff remains wonderful...the promises that things will get better remain... But really, if the visitor to Paradise Island wants to get out and have fun...well, this place works well. Go to Rose Island...take the Mail Boat to other islands...buy your way into... More

The only good thing I can say is the staff is great. Hard working and friendly. The one bedroom we stayed in room 218 had black mould in the walls and you could smell the mould. My husband started to get sick and we packed up and left. Stay anywhere else but not here. Not recommended.

Only 18 of the rooms have been renovated at this "resort". Facilities are very dated. No cabs run to the hotel, can't even catch a taxi to get around without calling ahead and waiting for it to arrive. Very below average accommodations. Would not recommend. Even considering the location and proximity to Atlantis, spend your time and money elsewhere.
