The service was above and beyond—to the point that they even delivered my favorite Dunkin Donuts coffee from downtown to me every morning! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The grounds are impeccable. The food delicious! Can’t wait to go back! Very luxurious. Not touristy. Perfect!
The Ocean Club is the ultimate luxury beach experience. The accommodations, staff, atmosphere, and dining are first class. They go out of their way to make sure all your needs are met, and always with a smiling face. The beach and pools are fantastic. We also enjoyed the fitness center, biking, and challenging golf course with gorgeous views. We can't wait to return!
Kudos to the Four Seasons in Bahamas. Great location, service was good and close to other places to visit such as the Atlantis retail stores and the most beautiful Aquarium. Only area to work on are the food flavors at main restaurant for breakfast & dinner. Stunning views all around the facility
What else to say. The experience was first class. The concierge was proactive in discussing our needs and everything but one event went off without a hitch. Partially my fault as I did not confirm a birthday dinner; however, the hotel manager was a completely unsympathetic to the snafu. I will say that his lack of concern actually save us some $$ so his loss was our gain. The spa was amazing although they were always upselling products. The boutique...bring your Black AMEX! All in all- a must go!!
This is a beautiful, relaxing, luxury resort - gorgeous beach and infinity pool, amazing staff, fantastic restaurant at Dune. When I am in the Bahamas, I will not stay anywhere else. We’ve visited Atlantis and Baha Mar. Those are “mega hotels” with a very different feeling and a totally different experience than what the Ocean Club provides. The beach is simply breathtaking. The pools are beautiful and pristine. Staff could not go out of their way more to make sure you have a great experience. Loved my luxury oceanfront room in the Crescent wing. The longer I stayed here, the more I appreciated all that this resort has to offer. It is pricey, but in my experience a really special treat. Stay here and you won’t regret it!
This place is perfect!! Staff are wonderful!!! Location is prime!! Beautiful beaches and pools with stunning grounds to walk. Quiet and relaxing compared to the other resorts in the island. I strongly recommend this resort if you want to feel pampered.
Very old rooms, 3 star quality service. No variety of food and no healthy food. Staff inattentive to needs even after complaining. Over priced. Location is amazing. I would not recommend unless you absolutely want to be in paradise island.
The quality of the rooms are a shame . We have paid so much money for room with a ventilation which was so noisy that you can not sleep . The service is at the lowest unfortunately . The facial (450 USD ) with a very rude therapist with no empathie no psychology . This is such a disappointment for all of us . Except the location and the Dune Restaurant everything need to be review and drastically reorganize . What a shame
I have been to 5 Four Seasons in the last year. 2 in Hawaii, Jackson Hole, Vail and the Ocean Club. This property is very tired, and the rooms were very disappointing. The food and overall experience are not up to Four Seasons standards - unfortunately the prices are. The ocean is beautiful and the larger property nice, albeit not at all like a regular Four Seasons. If cost is not an issue and you mainly like to sit by the ocean and don't care all that much about amazing food or a nice room, go. We did Oceanfront rooms and the view was lovely, but the room was not fabulous. I consider this a fine location, and it is a good alternative to the mega Atlantis down the street, but buyer beware.
Save yourself the hassle of being ignored for the preposterous rates charged. Stay anywhere else. Check-in was delayed by over an hour. We waited for nearly two hours in the restaurant. The beach staff was unresponsive to the button ordering system and we had to flag them down repeatedly. We were on a wedding schedule and ordered lunch timely (salad and burger) - it arrived nearly an hour later. Housekeeping neglected to resupply used toiletries and was unresponsive to in person requests and to phone requests for replenishment. Neither the resort nor the beach felt exclusive. The location and food was superb, though not enough to overcome the disappointing service. In short, the staff, though courteous, was unresponsive and incapable of satisfying the most menial requests.
