As you can see from my excellent rating, our do-over trip to Rosewood Baha Mar was well worth going back to within a year of our last visit. After my last review, the hotel graciously apologized and invited us back. After some careful thought, we said "Why not?" I knew this trip would be better since we were able to maintain consistent communication with the spa and reservations staff prior to our trip. The Butler Manager, Mohammed, ensured the plans for our trip were finalized a couple of days prior to us arriving and I'm glad he made the extra effort to ensure my guest preference form was correct, so I could relax and not worry about the trip ahead. We visited again near my husband's birthday so I decided to try and make the celebration special.. again. Needless to say, not only did they have the set up I requested but went above and beyond by having one of the butler staff serenade him upon our entry to our suite.. it was BEAUTIFUL and we were both in tears. They made me look like wife of the year LOL! I also hosted a private dinner for our friends during our stay and requested additional help for preparations from our butlers and housekeeping. They fulfilled each request with grace, poise, timeliness and professionalism. They also took extra steps to ensure our dinner was perfect, such as presenting a bottle of champagne to go along with our meal. This is now the second time they made me look good without me asking and you can't put a price on that! I honestly can't say enough about the butler staff and the overall staff of the hotel. If there was an issue to address, they addressed it promptly and humbly.. which is all that you can really ask for. They are constantly "on" - always greeting you with a genuine smile, elevated courtesy and polished professionalism. They are calm, confident, friendly and have a way of making you feel special. It is simply for that feeling that made this hotel one that we will always want to come back to. While I admit nothing is perfect, The Rosewood Baha Mar came extremely close thanks to Mohammed's and his team: Anastacia, Tariel and Eugene. You deserve not only a special thank you from us, but most importantly, from executive management. If you want to stay at hotel where you actually feel like you received your money's worth, you simply must experience this beautiful hotel and wonderful staff.

We just got back home from our trip and wanted to write before I forgot anything. We absolutely loved this place. We have been to Mexico, Florida, Grand Cayman and stayed at 5 star hotels that don't compare to the Rosewood. If for nothing else but the service which was undeniably the best we have ever had ANYWHERE. Every single staff member was super helpful, friendly and over the top in making certain that you are satisfied. You check in right at the airport! This was so convenient. Sheniqua was the girl that checked us in and she was a joy. We paid for the car service to get us from and back to the airport. Very convenient and worth the cost. Our room was ready at check in and it was beautiful with a lovely view of the ocean. You can't beat these turquoise waters and beautiful beaches. The negatives: The restaurants are not the best. Filia was terrible. My chicken was watery and the service was poor. Carna was just okay. They are all very expensive and the wine choices are ridiculous. The by the glass wines are not good quality and $15 to $30 a glass. So you are forced to buy a bottle. At Shuang Ba we paid $325 for a bottle of Caymus which is just so so. Having said that we loved our meal there and Maurica, the manager, is a wonderful lady. She talked with us and made us feel very special. I recommend this and Katsuya as far as food goes. Breakfast do the Swimming Pig! It was by far the best place for breakfast and we loved the staff in there. All very friendly and service was prompt. Go to the Jazz bar located in the casino by the Grand Hyatt. There was a 3 piece band playing and we enjoyed it 3 different nights. Never did gamble but the Casino is quite lovely. It is on scale with some of the finer Casinos in Vegas. I could go on forever about this place. We will go back and have already convinced some friends to go back with us. Beautiful...…….

Had a wonderful Mother/Daughter getaway at the Rosewood Baha Mar. Prior to arrival, I organized airport transportation, restaurant reservations and Hidden Beaches excursion with the concierge team. Check-in at the airport was easy; we arrived early morning & our room was ready for us. The team must have noted my birthday was near & decorated our room with balloons, signage & a cake prior to our entering the room. Was a nice surprise to say the least! The room was lovely, clean & well appointed. The beds and linens are plush. Bathroom could use a little more counter space and the shower door leaked (typical frameless shower door issue). Spent most of our time at the beach. We were so thankful we were staying at the RW over the other hotels part of Baha Mar. RW's beach area and pools were peaceful and with cushy lounge chairs. Grand Hyatt & SLS had loads of people piled one on top of each other. Big shoutout to Wendyl at beach service - no matter what was going on, he always had a smile and great sense of humor. I noticed in several areas staff members were being trained. While so many staff members were on point with RW, there were a few who fell short of the Rosewood quality of five start service. Based upon recent T/A reviews/stays, seems things are moving in a more thorough Rosewood quality direction. Also, I hope at the beach/pool service, RWBM will consider using personal refillable water jugs/coolers with reusable cups - way too much plastic water bottle waste.

We booked our most recent trip at the last minute and it was a wonderful experience. We were traveling for the July 4th long weekend and even though the Baha Mar resorts were at full capacity, we still received excellent service at the Rosewood, the staff, rooms and amenities were incredible and there is nothing I can complain about during the trip. The Rosewood is private and quiet and you really get the full 5-star Bahamas experience. Check is was smooth, our room service was always on time and well done, and we enjoyed the resort as we have in the past. Definitely recommend the Rosewood and will be returning again.

My wife and I spent a week at the Rosewood Baha Mar recently and it was one of the most memorable trips either of us had ever experienced. Every staff person we encountered met us with at least a smile if not a warm greeting. The manager went out of his way to help with our accommodations, the staff on the beach were warm and attentive, the spa staff were fantastic, the grounds were immaculate and every area of the property we saw was clean and obviously tended to with great care. There's plenty of fantastic restaraunts as well...you never have to leave Baha Mar! The property is beautiful and the people make you feel special and cared for! We are anticipating going back in the future and taking our kids as well!
