I was fortunate enough to have my company setup a two week business trip for me at the Melia. The hotel needs a little work on the exterior but the rooms are very clean and the views from the room are fantastic. Lots of things to do and the beach is fantastic. Little on the pricey side, but most places...

Very pleased with the efforts of the staff of the Melia resort. One person in particular was Jody at the bar of Esta Vida. She is an exceptional bartender with a skill for anticipating the guests needs, remembers what you drink and eat as well as your name and every details of your interactions with her. She made my stay...

We went for our wedding anniversary and had big expectations. Upgraded to level and check in was a breeze. Food was below average and sometimes had trouble getting drinks on the beach. Our food reservations got lost and restaurants that require reservations will absolutely NOT seat you without one even if the restaurant is half empty. Our TV did not work...

The hotel was amazing. The vibe was great and the people was awesome. I recommend booking as a level guest! Trust me it's worth it. The water activities was fun and the games with the DJ was also fun.

This was our 7th all-inclusive trip - we've done Mexico, Jamaica and now Bahamas. This was probably our favourite of all of them. We upgraded to Level status and I see many places that this was a huge benefit. First off, we were greeted outside and whisked up to the Level Lounge, where they checked us in (no waiting at...

I needed somewhere to stay before I left for a week-long windjammer cruise (Liberty Clipper-awesome!) in Nassau. The price to stay here as an all inclusive seemed like a good idea. I had no trouble at check-in and actually got my room early. I proceeded to the restaurant desk to confirm reservations for Nekkei that I made on line the...

Took a trip here with some of my employees as a reward for '16. Very disappointed. Paid extra for "level" accommodations which was suppose to offer great benefits. Check-in was ridiculous and very unorganized in the private Level area. One check-in person and it took minimum 1 hour to check-in, further my room was not even ready until close to...

This was our first time ever to the Bahamas. Our attraction to the Melia was in part the all-inclusive option. Appears that areas of the hotel like hallways and some of the rooms could use upgrades and/or renovations. Our bed was probably one of the worst we've slept in a hotel ever- but it did not ruin our overall stay....

We waited 3 hours to check in bc the systems were 'down', when we finally got our room key we discovered someone else in that room, had to wait longer for another room. There was no obvious activity board to see that day's happenings. The separate adult/family pools are a bonus and they have a great beach with palapas and...
