This was a last minute trip to join friends vacationing here . The staff here are very friendly. While on the beach they are accommodating and they keep the drinks flowing. The restaurants are just average. There was a beach party one night with Junkanoo which was so much fun! Prior to a grill buffet was provided so I opted...

We spent a week here in December, really good relaxed atmosphere. The beach is great, we seen numerous types of fish and rays while snorkeling right at the reef in front of the beach. Rinnon and Cedric at the level made sure we were well taken care of and the one bartender made the ladies the best Pink Sand and...

Reading previous reviews I was both excited and nervous; a lot of bashing about the condition of the place, those people didn't quite know that this was a Sheraton property and is being renovated constantly. Even newer properties, i.e. Atlantis has rust in places, it's the Bahamas. Upon arrival, everything was smooth, lobby was awesome, clean etc. Our room wasn't...

Beautiful beach and property, but isolated. Not close to shopping, nothing within walking distance, etc. This resort has over 700 rooms, but never more than 2 people at the front desk. As you can imagine check in/out is VERY slow, plan on wasting 2 hours of your first and last day to check in/out. Phone in my room didn't work,...

This is a very nice hotel. The location was beautiful with a very nice beach, The staff was very pleasant as well. I would like to see them improve the quality of the food at lunch and dinner. If your culinary needs are simple I would definitely check it out.

Stayed for 2 nites though wish I had booked for 1 as was not able to get refund for second night when we wanted to leave. The food at this resort all tastes the same. The place where I had most problems with was The Market Place. The service was very poor. A lady sits at the door and grunts...

My wife and I just completed an eight-day stay at Melia Nassau. We previously came to the resort twice on a day-pass while on a cruise, and both times we had a blast - thus, we chose this place for our wedding. We had approximately 40 people traveling with us, and there were no complaints from any of them -...

All my girlfriends and I went here for our spring break. We were able to go into the small town and go to local bars, but stayed here for the most part. There is a nice bar inside and fun music (a band most nights!) The drinks are mostly watered down, but the food is amazing! Great Mexican restaurant, sushi,...

A naturally small resort that happens to be too big for what it can handle. Ultimately, what turned me off here are the workers. They were either very friendly or the far opposite. I have never seen so many eyes roll back, huffing, and misery from there workers. I'm. It even needy. However, what I was able to capture shows...

There were 10 of us who went to Amelia to celebrate our 50th birthdays! We had a fabulous time. Little Moe ( Monique B, Slow Moe, and especially Calen were awesome. They made out trip special and made us feel special. A trip to remember and repeat!
