Deteriorating rapidly. A quick summary… Positively, the worst breakfast and coffee I’ve tasted. Tired rooms with housekeeping every third day ! (Why not daily???) A hot and stuffy gym with no a/c and no music. Pool area where they can’t be bothered to collect the cushions at the end of each day, meaning the seats are wet for guests the following day. Dinner for one , a beer and one glass of red $80 And finally; Staff who don’t wear masks , but bellow at you; for not wearing yours! (For the avoidance of doubt masks don’t work and are simply “theatre”) I just felt a tad “wronged” by the staff here ! What’s good ? The location and the friendly “pool bar staff” The pool itself is spotlessly clean. I’m afraid the atmosphere in Nassau is grim thanks to the Covid nonsense. This isn’t the hotels fault of course, but I felt it worth mentioning, for anyone who is considering a vacation here.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. We did not travel with kids and wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of a big resort. The pool and beach is quiet and clean. We enjoyed walking to the Fish Fry, John Willes distillery, the art gallery, Greycliff, and Bay Street. Every interaction with the staff has been warm and friendly! We will definitely be back!

What terrible hotel and experience. Boring in every way old I mean old decor. Dated and very tired. We were 407 which had an amazing view over a building site. Great bathroom. They didn’t care that the place was empty and had spare much better rooms . Just past it and out of date and uncaring

We stayed here in preparation for a cruise. The staff greeted us warmly and let us check in early. The hotel’s efforts toward cleanliness were evident everywhere, and we felt very safe. The bed was comfortable. For these reasons, and others, the Hilton has been our first choice for lodging for the past 18 years.

Only was there for the AM to check into our cruise; however, i must say the hotel does not disappoint. It was gorgeous both on the grounds and inside the structure. The staff was awesome even though we weren’t guests. Looked them up online and rooms look great. Awesome location. Looking forward to a formal stay there in the future.
