Property's Favorite Review
Chose this hotel for our recent three day stay in St. John. We received a call from the hotel prior to our stay to verify arrival time and answer questions. This was very helpful. Check in was a breeze and off to the unit, a very spacious one bedroom suite with full kitchen and oversized veranda overlooking Cruz Bay. The unit was very clean and very nicely furnished, kitchen had everything we'd need for the stay. Loved the unit! Bed was comfy and the towels were very nice thickness. It was so relaxing to sit on the veranda and watch the activities below on the beach. Pool area is not huge but was also nicely appointed. Every staff member we encountered was helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend this resort for any St. John stay.

Management company and VRBO was no help when Covid-19 hit in March 2020. Lost $2829 and owners were rude. Only given 6 months to reschedule which wasn’t an option because my boss would not approve vacation due to ongoing pandemic! Owners of Mojo Blue were uncooperative

We had never stayed there before but will go back and thinking of purchasing one of there units. The staff was very helpful and the place was very clean. I was not expecting two full baths and a kitchen, my husband booked this and he may have known. We have decided to make this a yearly trip. I have told all my friends about it. go and enjoy

There are so many reasons why our experience was poor, but let me just tell everyone thinking about staying in St. Johns (Especially at Grand Bay Resort) that times have changed. Everyone in that town is extremely rude and extremely unaccommodating. If you want to see beautiful beaches, but be treated with cruel and poor service, then this is your place. We had a particular incident with Helen Tews "Resort Manager" that was horrible. Helen was drunk with her husband on the property one night and accused myself and the guests I was staying with, that we were being rude in the pool, but she was the one stumbling, fumbling and slurring her works as she was cursing in front of the children playing in the other end of the pool. Stay away from St. Johns Grand Bay, but if you have to go to St. John's, I would stay at the Gallows or in St. Thomas and just ride the ferry over for a day. Do Not Stay at Grand Bay, you will regret it!

Stayed in Grande Bay and can’t say enough about the location. Steps away from Cruz Bay beach and restaurants. Was able to easily walk there from ferry. Amazing views from balcony. We stayed in a 1 bedroom unit, the furnishings were beautiful and place was spotless. Included beach chairs and towels. The resort reached out in advance on needs and everything was there when we arrived. Pool was nice and had fantastic view. We did not use gym so can’t comment on it but it looked nice. Plan on staying there again as it was so convenient to everything. Included parking spot for car but honestly we didn’t need a car as everything was so close. You can just take shuttle to the further out beaches. We worked from there a few days and no WiFi issues which was a relief.

I have been going to The Grand Bay resort every year for 15 years now I love staying at The Blair’s condo. This year was the worst most stressful vacation I ever had due to the Property Managers rude behavior! I was showing her things that needed to be addressed because I think highly of the owners and she came right out and called me a liter to my face. She said she personally cleaned things that I took pictures of to prove she has done nothing. Thing are being stolen from the owners like dish towels, fan switches didn’t work, faucet didn’t work. Then she went as far as to text me and tell me never to contact the owners again. She also wanted me to make her a list of things to get done before the owners got there, I am a guest! Not there to do her job! She is taking advantage of owners not being around. She will NOT do this to my friends. It was a lot of drama this vacation because of her. The sheets were stained and dirty the glasses were dirty, things didn’t work it was terrible. I wouldn’t even rate her a 1.

What a beautiful place to stay!! The Low Key Watersports shop recommended Grande Bay Resort since we wanted to do a lot of diving and it's right next-door. We stayed in the Penthouse Terrace in Bldg. 1. THE VIEWS!!! This one bedroom, one bathroom VRBO was perfect for us. It has two large patios both with fabulous views of Cruz Bay. There is also a small deck we didn't use (no views). It has a large dining room that worked great for us to organize our dive gear and cameras. Close to the Cruz Bay Ferry, restaurants, shopping and medium size food store all an easy walk. I have to mention the bed - It was one of the most comfortable beds with the best pillows we have ever had at a resort. It was too big to take home in my luggage. We worked with Ashley, Jessica and Helen in the office ( as well as several other wonderful/helpful people at the front desk) with booking and other logistics. All very accommodating to our needs and questions. Very clean inside and out! Beautiful pool/hot tub/deck area. We would certainly recommend this place and stay there again!

We have stayed at many resorts and condos at beaches all over the world. This one was a fantastic pick. It is in the best location with the best views of Cruz Bay. It was very clean, probably the cleanest condo we’ve ever rented. We stayed in a studio on the first floor and was easy to get in and out of with elevators not far apart from each other. Our studio had a king bed and pull out couch for our two little boys, nice bathroom, and small kitchen. We could easily walk to High Tide within 1 minute or Mongoose Junction within 5 minutes. The pool was small but our kids loved it and the pool deck has great views of the bay. Note that the parking space goes to the bigger 1 and 2 bedroom units so if you rent a studio you might not get a parking spot. However, we prearranged parking with Slim Mans for the week. Overall, we hope to return here soon and have recommended it to friends.

Wow! What a great way to spend the day on the water. The family chartered the boat which includes Captain Mason! He lets the guest chart the course, or he will make some excellent suggestions. He knew all the great snorkeling spots as well as the best swimming places. St. John is so beautiful and what a better way to enjoy this fantastic island! Captain Mason was very good attending to every guest questions and needs, some were nervous and he did his very best to make everyone comfortable. I would highly suggest this as a group outing, been on other boats with other captains and this is a cut above them all!!

Location is hard to beat, close to both the car ferry and the passenger ferry. Plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance, and the beaches are close by right off of North Shore Drive. And did I mention the balcony views?!
