We booked another visit to Lavender Hill because our first rental experience was outstanding. I can report that the property is still outstanding. We had a different unit this visit (7E) and it was great. The unit had an excellent view of the harbor and was fully appointed with soft towels and linen. The kitchen had everything you could want in a rental property. I can give the staff an 5 star rating, thank you Gail and Brian.

Wow! My wife and I booked this not really having the highest of expectations (given the relatively low price for St John), but we were blown away. The room was actually an apartment-like setup with a FULL kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom, and closets.
The kitchen has everything you could want (coffee maker, pots, pans, knives, plates, FULL fridge not just a mini fridge, etc.). The living room has multiple comfortable chairs, couches, tables, and TV. Of course there was wi-fi as well. The bathroom was clean and looked recently remodeled, so it was quite appealing. Plenty of towels, pillows, and anything else that you could want.
Brooks was super helpful in picking up our luggage, helping with questions we had during our stay, and helping store our luggage on the last day before our ferry departed. He really went above and beyond and was always reachable by text message as well as in-person.
Free parking. Free laundry room with detergents.
Oh, did I mention you are a 5 minute walk from town, so you don't need to drive and figure out parking in Cruz Bay?
Very highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.

We stayed at Lavender Hill for the second time after a great experience the first time. It did not disappoint. The apartments are roomy and comfortable with full kitchens and great views. Brooks is a very attentive manager who will respond quickly if there is an issue. Apartments come with beach chairs and towels and there is also a laundry facility on site (next to the pool). Also important is that they are walking distance to town so no need to find a parking space for restaurants.

This is our third stay at Lavender Hill but our first stay in 2W. These condos are very relaxing, spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the wrap-around patio was huge and had great views of Cruz Bay and St Thomas. The condo was clean and well equiped. We spent many hours just sipping our cocktails on the patio watching the boats come and go, the beautiful sunsets, and the short rain showers. We've stays at many places around Cruz Bay and this is our favorite for price, views, and amenities.

We just got back from our trip to St. John and staying at Lavender Hill Suites was more than we hoped for. The 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our family of 4 and the king size beds were super comfortable after a long day of snorkeling and beach activities. Location is perfect walking distance to town and the view is incredible; I cannot say enough about the view. I am an early riser and would walk across the street to get a latte from the little store and sit on the balcony and just watch the boats go by in Cruz Bay. It was just blissful. We also had everything we needed from beach chairs, beach towels and even some coolers to bring drinks and snacks to the beach. I would totally stay there again and will recommend to friends.

What an amazing, beautifully decorated and cared for suite with everything you could possibly need. 3W blessed us with breathtaking views of Cruz Bay and the surrounding islands, while enjoying the sweet breezes that never seemed to fade. In the evening, the balcony provided just the place to recap the day with a glass of wine while listening to the waves roll in. And as if that were not enough, to top it off, our hosts were the greatest. Their attention to detail and our comfort, made us feel loved and cared for. Definitely going back, who wouldn't?

Location, location, location. You can't beat a stay at Lavender Hill, and unit 5-W was more than accommodating. The unit is walk up the hill from the ferry and a quick walk into town that has everything you need - including the grocery store and more bars/restaurants than you need.
If you walk away from town, Frank Bay is another quick walk that is an amazing spot to float and watch the sunset.
While the beach is just a hop and a skip away, the pool at Lavender Hill is also a great time and a recommended way to start your morning.
This was my second trip to St. John, and when I come back - I see no reason to even try to stay at another condo/hotel.

Loved our stay at Lavender Hill Suites. My husband and I stayed in 1W. Our 1 bedroom was perfectly appointed with a full kitchen, bath, & everything we needed. The wrap around porch overlooking Cruz Bay became our happy place for morning coffee & an evening cocktail. We enjoyed the short walk into town to restaurants & shops. Gail, Guest Relations, was very friendly & informational. We look forward to our next visit.

This was our first time staying at Lavender Hill and on St. John. We loved the location (short walk to the ferry/restaurants!) and amazing view of Cruz Bay from the private balcony! My husband and I did two days of scuba diving, so it was VERY convenient to walk down the hill to Low Key Watersports in the mornings. The condo also provides beach towels, beach chairs, and coolers, which was an added bonus! Gail, the property manager, was super responsive and helpful! I would highly recommend!

Our recent stay was a long awaited trip postponed since April 2020 due to COVID. The unit was perfect and exactly the needed respite from the work from home that the year had brought upon us my only regret was not staying longer. We stayed in 12E and with the added convenience of Thirst Quenchers St. John we had our refrigerator ready to go so we did not have to worry about running to the grocery store and allowed us a nice relaxing arrival. Views are perfect ! Very quiet complex and the pool is always a relaxing way to end the day after a long day at any of the beautiful beaches. Close to all the great Cruz Bay restaurants and ferry. Contacts were always available and willing to help with any questions/concerns. Can't wait to book again!

Lavender Hill Suites is located in Cruz Bay. There is a beach down and across the street but its more for strolling. It is where Wharfside Village is and all the REstaurants Shops and Bars are located. The bathing beaches are in the National Park. Beaches like Trunk Bay, Cinnamon Bay and HawksNest to name a few. They are a 5 - 12 min car ride away from Lavender Hill Suites Ltd.
There are more places to choose from in the Cruz Bay area.
