Moderately priced accommodations with a beautiful view! The management staff are friendly and helpful. Loved the available washer/dryer and beach chairs, floats, ice chest! We stayed in the Hibiscus Suite - a two bedroom unit on the second floor with a kitchenette - full size refrigerator and toaster oven. Has filtered water and ice trays so bring refillable bottles for water and save the island from the extra plastics. Both bedrooms had queen sized beds that were very comfortable and we slept like babies! The only drawback was the air conditioning is only in the bedrooms, but there are ceiling fans in all the rooms and during the day you can usually get a breeze blowing through the living area. Wonderful covered balcony for beautiful views of the bay and watching the boats. Perfect place to start each morning with coffee! Recently renovated bathrooms with walk in showers, just need completion of the towel racks and would suggest some handicapped bars for getting and out ;-). Kitchen had all the supplies we needed to make breakfast (breakfast tacos) and sandwiches to take on our day trips to the amazing beaches. Plenty of parking in front of villas. It is within walking distance of Cruz Bay, but note VERY LARGE incline/decline hills to get there and most anywhere else. My spouse is handicapped (requires braces on legs and cane with walking) so a rental car was a must and well worth it for exploring the island! Will definitely be back for a stay at Coconut Coast Villas!!

This was the most affordable option for a room with water view and balcony. Has a small kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, A/C. They have thought of all the extras you might need, there was a small mini ice chest with a blue ice in the freezer, a community closet that had beach chairs, laundry room had extra towels, snacks and drinks at an affordable price, and a washer and dryer with laundry soap at no additional charge. We had the poinsetta room, balcony had dining table with 4 chairs, a lounging chair, bed was comfortable, there were 6 king size pillows in the room with a king size bed and a daybed. Inside the bath room I found a small collection of books, and extra beach towels, a couple of make up wash clothes as well 4 sets of towels, 4 soaps for the shower or sink. Kitchen has paper towels, dish soap and a new sponge. We were there for 4 nights, and they gave us extra trash bags, and extra toilet paper to last throughout our stay.

Closer to car ferry, but within a 15 minute walk with a short cut around the pond to town.

Our stay in the Poinsettia Waterfront studio was every bit of perfection! The lullaby of the ocean tides put us to sleep and woke us up each day. Our favorite features included the king bed and pillows that were extremely comfortable, sitting out on the open air porch, and the the beautifully tiled shower with rainfall shower head. There is a huge binder of local tour services, restaurants, etc. that was extremely helpful as well!

We loved the location of walking to town quickly and used the pond path a couple times, as well as the streets. We learned that parking is non-existent in the village area, so it was much easier to walk.

We packed nonperishable items like coffee, crackers, nuts, instant grits and oatmeal, so that we had snacks without needing to hurry out to a grocery store, but there are services through coconut coast, as well as local grocery stores to have food ordered and delivered. We were in the park early every morning and snorkled and/or hiked everyday so we always had an early dinner (5:30ish), and were always able to get a table.

It was awesome to be able to use their chairs, cooler, and snorkle gear ($6 from the condo, $10 in the park). We also found the honor bar very useful and reasonable for cold drinks and other light snacks. We would absolutely stay here again, I hope we can sooner rather than later!

We had such a wonderful stay at Coconut Coast! Our suite was well furnished, had everything we needed and everything worked. Housekeeping does a fabulous job: the room was spotless and odorless (I was a little concerned there might be cooking smells since it is a studio- but not to worry) . We were greeted by Jeanine who is an absolute treasure and very knowledgeable about all things St. John. We arrived early and were allowed to drop off our luggage so we could go explore until time to check in, which was a huge plus. It was so nice to do without a car for a few days, too; we could easily walk to town and not have to worry about parking or driving after a night out. We also walked to Soloman and Honeymoon, and caught taxis (from the stand next to the ferry dock) to other beaches. Would return in a heartbeat!

I could not have asked for a better place to spend 6 days! I had the Petrea unit with a balcony view looking out to the ocean. The room was clean, comfortable and suited my needs perfectly. There was a small clothes drying rack on the balcony so I could hang my bathing suit or whatever I needed. That was great! There is parking, laundry (free), snacks and beverages for $1, free use of beach toys, towels etc. Just a fantastic operation. Thank you Julie and Matt! I will be back.

We stayed in the Orchid room which I would stay in again due to location of building. Up above and only one neighbor. This isn’t really a “villa” more like an efficiency. I loved the balcony/deck to sit in morning or evening and listen to waves. Bathroom was nice and updated however very disappointed that nightstand top was cracked and the drawers were broken so no use of that. The lampshade had holes in it, and several draw pulls on kitchen drawers were missing or fell off. The patio furniture could use a painting too. Needs some minor updating. It was nice to be able to borrow some beach chairs, snorkel gear and use of washer and dryer. We did not rent a car and walked a lot every day which was ok but made use of taxi to go to beaches. Pool is small and quiet but really not much ability to access beach from here as very rocky as well as Frank Beach. There are several lounge chairs at Frank Beach which was nice surprise. Definitely preferred Starfish market to Dolphin market. And if walking bring a bag to carry groceries as Starfish (more choices) may or may not have a box. Research some of nicer restaurants as making a reservation prior to arrival kind of a must. Great specialty coffee, espresso, gelato, etc right next to Starfish market. Also, advisable to secure ferry tickets prior to and from. And lastly, did a sunset cruise thru Westin which was affordable- great views, drinks, and apps - highly recommend! Beautiful island!

LOVED this place! Close to everything, the friend that was managing while the owners were on vacation was wonderful! The laundry room is provided free of charge to guests, they have all the beach toys and coolers you might need, and an honor bar stocked with beer, soda, mixers, and snacks. We had the loft room with two couples and it worked out great for us.

Just returned from an amazing three night. Stay at Coconut Coast and everything was great . It was wonderful to deal directly with the owners onsite. There are many nice perks that come along with the villa such as complimentary beach towels , chairs and coolers , washer and dryer . Also ,the honor bar offering a quick drink and a snack came in very handy . The room was spotless and had everything I needed including satellite TV to watch the Celtics playoff game. The view from my private porch was spectacular and the sound of waves was calming The location was an easy drive into town and the north shore beaches . I will return and highly recommend this hidden gem .

We have stayed here several times. It is perfect for us. Our room was well-appointed and the bathrooms have recently been updated. The property managers are great resources and very attentive. We stayed in the Poinsettia Waterfront room. It has a king bed, full-size fridge, day bed, TV, and kitchenette with all the needed utensils, plates, cups, and pans. They recently installed new exterior doors with codes for entry, very nice no key is needed. My favorite part of the room is the balcony. FANTASTIC views!!! We always get an upstairs room which gives you better views. They have a nice pool. They have a generator so when the power goes out on the island, they still have power. My only complaint is the new rain shower head, with trying to conserve water on the island, this doesn't seem very practical. It uses more water because it takes forever to rinse off. Easy walk to downtown for dinner or shopping. Love hearing the waves lap on the beach at night, so soothing.

We just got back from our one week stay at Coconut Coast Villas. Two couples shared the Bird of Paradise condo which worked out well. The location is walkable to Cruz Bay and so close to the water and excellent snorkeling at the condo and Frank’s Bay (5 minute walk). We felt like we had a true experience of living on this island. It’s not the Westin but a view of locals life which we loved. The bedrooms are air conditioned but not the main area. However, the cross breeze from the doors/windows was perfect. The condo is already stocked with paper products, soap, shampoo, etc. so we only had to purchase snacks and drinks. But there is also an Honor bar with basic snacks and drinks/beer in the shared laundry room so when we ran out of tonic water I just ran downstairs! The owners are always available and so responsive and helpful! We would highly recommend this place!

You can definitely taxi back from town and walk there in about 10-15 minutes. The only beaches to walk to from here are Frank Bay and perhaps hike to Honeymoon Beach and Solomon (45 minutes).
