We loved the Orchid villa at Coconut Coast! Our view was stunning, the bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed available for us to use, including laundry facilities. If we had questions, we would just send a text and they would quickly to respond! It was a short walk to “town” (less than 15 minutes- but closer to 10) and the trail made it so easy… only one uphill… lol! (Iykyk) We loved waking up to watch the peacocks and listen to the waves crash on shore! It was the perfect start to our vacation.

Loved, loved, loved our stay at Coconut Coast! We stayed in the Orchid Suite and it was perfect for us. The view was amazing - and the sound of the waves and tumbling rocks was so peaceful. Very comfortable, everything you need. Plenty of parking and a cool little path to walk downtown, too. Two highlights were: Watching the July 4th fireworks from the front balcony and having a visit from a local peacock!

This was the most affordable option for a room with water view and balcony. Has a small kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, A/C. They have thought of all the extras you might need, there was a small mini ice chest with a blue ice in the freezer, a community closet that had beach chairs, laundry room had extra towels, snacks and drinks at an affordable price, and a washer and dryer with laundry soap at no additional charge. We had the poinsetta room, balcony had dining table with 4 chairs, a lounging chair, bed was comfortable, there were 6 king size pillows in the room with a king size bed and a daybed. Inside the bath room I found a small collection of books, and extra beach towels, a couple of make up wash clothes as well 4 sets of towels, 4 soaps for the shower or sink. Kitchen has paper towels, dish soap and a new sponge. We were there for 4 nights, and they gave us extra trash bags, and extra toilet paper to last throughout our stay. Closer to car ferry, but within a 15 minute walk with a short cut around the pond to town. …

Perfect spot for my family to stay at while in St.John! Walking distance to multiple restaurants and having a free laundry room was an added bonus. The host was amazing and made us feel like we were right at home.

Great spot in Cruz Bay. Easy walk to downtown using the salt pond trail. Close to swimming, floating at Frank Bay. Nice balcony facing the water. Nothing fancy but has everything you need as you should be out exploring the island! Plenty of beach items to use - cooler always a great option to have. Option for laundry also came in handy. Great shower! Loved it and would come back in a heartbeat. Thanks Dave and Julie!

Nice quiet place in Cruz Bay St John VI., I didn't know what to expect based on the numerous emails from the owners prior to arrival. But they were just trying to make sure our visit was wonderful., It was. The place had many little extras, such as beach chairs and coolers you could use. It's not downtown, so be prepared to walk a little, but it's worth it.

Within walking distance to the Ferry landing, this villa is tucked away from the downtown congestion. With only a handful of rooms, you are guaranteed peace and quiet during your stay. Downtown Cruz Bay is a quick 15 minute walk to shopping, great eateries and even some hiking trails. Each room is fully equipped with a water facing balcony (bay or salt pond), AC, great shower and all kitchen amenities. Some beach stuff available to borrow. Small pool. Free laundry--and grab and go snacks/drinks available at nominal prices. Enjoy your stay!!!

LOVED this place! Close to everything, the friend that was managing while the owners were on vacation was wonderful! The laundry room is provided free of charge to guests, they have all the beach toys and coolers you might need, and an honor bar stocked with beer, soda, mixers, and snacks. We had the loft room with two couples and it worked out great for us.

David and Julie have a beautiful place! Located in the perfect spot, it was perfect for our group! We had a group of 24 ladies which the majority had the house booked directly next door, so it worked out perfect for all of us that were not staying in that house. They provide free towels and beach chairs which was also so helpful to us! Great place and I highly recommend booking here! I know we will again!

We had a wonderful time on St. John! Our stay at Coconut Coast Villas was perfect. The accommodations were perfect for two couples staying in the Bird Of Paradise suite. We all we needed to be comfortable. The view was amazing from our room, my wife said, "I feel like the ocean is in our room." Location, Location, Location-you are off the beaten path but a short walk away from downtown Cruz Bay. The honor bar was a life saver. The staff were always helpful and accommodating. We will stay here again!
