Check in was a breeze. Stayed for a week, The large suites are extremely comfortable with two baths. Stayed a couple of nights in one of those, then moved to a single bath, one bed condo. The office always has fresh towels for the beach. The food at Roberts was excellent albeit pricey, but thats paradise and convienance. The grounds... More

Where do I start? I went there for Spring Break with my spouse. The room they give use was horrible. It was dirty and had several mosquitos in the room. The tub was dirty and the beds were uncomfortable. I literally cried. I went to Elysian as part of the Wyndham Discovery Package ( never get that by the way)... More

Was expecting the worst due to previous reviews. The staff was more than accomodating, friendly, etc. The beds could use some help, hard, need more pillows, the air conditioner was noisy. Loved the beach, restaurants, pool. A very relaxing vacation. I would go again to the Elysian.

I stayed at the Elysian with my husband and three teenagers. I had no real complaints. I was expecting the worst as I had read many complaints about the cleanliness of the rooms. They wouldn't have passed the white glove test, but they weren't unsanitary by any means. A broom would have been nice to have in the room as... More

I had to write a review for the Elysian because I'm quite frankly suprised by a lot of the negative reviews I'd read prior to my trip. In all honesty, I was very nervous about my trip upon reading so many negative reviews, so its definitely possible that my low expectations set me up for a nice surprise. While I... More

Room Review We stayed in a one bedroom with a mini-mini kitchen that had the worse bed I've ever slept in. There was no DVD or VCR (if those still exist) nor a flat screen but rather a 19 inch box television sitting in an oversize television case. White tile floors with stained grout aren’t pleasing. The bathroom was large... More

This was not our first visit to the Elysian resort having been therefor the first time in 2006 for two weeks and we were anxiously returning for two more. As indicated the resort is in need of a major update. We stayed in Studio 241 with a partial view of the harbor. Our arrival went smoothly since we were not... More

We enjoyed our 11 day stay at the Elysian. The weather was absolutely beautiful. The grounds, beach and pool areas were very neatly kept up and clean. The resort staff was friendly and helpful but the office staff was not. The room itself was in a good location but could use some updating and thorough cleaning. If you don't like... More

The elysian, is not the Ritz Carlton. My only complain with the resort is the room. The room was outdated. Once you stepped in, you were brought back to 1980s. I stayed in a Studio Parlor which was big and had a full kitchen and murphy bed and several other seating. The balcony was great. I did some of my... More

We just returned from the Elysian Resort-stayed in room 118, studio king- nice view of the water. This resort looks wonderful from the outside. Grounds are very well maintained. Staff is ok-most were very nice, but a few were not very helpful and made us feel as if we were bothering them. Customer service could be better(when we checked out,... More
