An incredible stay with Matt and Pam! Every morning started with a great breakfast. No one rushing, everyone taking the time to chat. We spent the morning on the pergola watching the cruise ships come in before we ambled off to explore the islands. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay there.

We had such a delightful few days here! The hospitality and care are fantastic. There are so many wonderful memories made here from the fantastic breakfasts, the relaxing dips in the pool and the beautiful vistas from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone else who is traveling in St Thomas. Pam's recommendations for dining,... More

At Home in the Tropics is a wonderful hideaway tucked on the hillside in Charlotte Amalie. We stayed our first 2 nights here before going to the BVI's for a week. We liked the convenient location, which meant we didn't have to rent a car as we could walk to many shops and restaurants but could still rent a taxi... More

2 couples together - chose the 2 rooms with an adjoining outdoor balcony - fantastic views. Nice little outdoor pool, amazing home made breakfast each day by the owners, served poolside. Easy walking distance into town (though lots of stairs). Would definitely stay here agin.

Great breakfast, excellent outdoor lounging, swimming and eating. Has a little mini outdoor kitchen for do it yourselfers. Pam and Matt very helpful re restaurants and exploration of st Thomas. We would stay here again. The decor is relaxing with great views with a deep pool. There is a lot of steps on the path to town. It's not wheel chair accessible. This is on Blacks Beards Hill. The inn keepers are very nice and accommodating.

This was our first visit to the Caribbean, marking our 50th wedding anniversary. We discovered killer views, comfortable room, historic buildings (once barracks for governor's body guards), pool and deck with view, terrific breakfasts, gorgeous flowers, close and convenient walk (note: lots of steps!) to town/harbor for food, drink and shopping. Pam and Matt are terrific people, wonderful hosts who... More

While we only got to stay just one night, our hosts were lovely! They are truly a couple with many hats. Wonderful food, information, impeccable taste. The location is great to be near town. So much fun to explore the streets of St. Thomas. If you'd like to be " in town" this is a perfect choice.

We stayed for 5 nights in this lovely, quiet and comfortable B&B. What made this B&B memorable: the historical and architectural details of the building and rooms, breakfast variety and sustainability, walk able to town (steps are involved ,a good aerobic workout), watching the seaplanes arriving and departing in the harbor below , viewing the harbor lights with our favorite...
