Our beautiful home can sleep up to 16 comfortably. It is on over an acre of beautiful tropical, lush landscaping and it has amazing trade winds that create a cool breeze year round. You get to choose from five different patios to relax on each with a million dollar view. Our main patio and pool are facing due south and looking down toward Frenchman's Bay and downtown St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands.

Best place to be! The views are simply amazing and the home was gorgeous!! We had 13 people and we all slept in very well maintained rooms. The AC was nice because it was hot and humid, and the fans helped on the days when we wanted to have the breezes despite the heat. The pool was great, we spent a ton of time in there and the water was always bath water warm. There was plenty of room for our three rental vehicles (probably could have held two more easily). The trail down to the private beach was a good challenge but there is a small rocky road that does take you down there if you have a SUV or Jeep. The views were almost 360 degree views, but even the non ocean views were gorgeous. The management team was amazing and the owners were quick to respond when we had a minor issue with the washing machine. We will rent this villa again for sure!!!

If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in St Thomas, look no further. Villa Marbella was mmaculate, the beds were comfortable, a short hike down the hill to the beach, the views...need I say more?! A must stay!!
These owners thought of everything. The walkie talkies in each room were a terrific addition that made things so efficient when we had a group at the beach that needed additional drinks or snacks brought down. Though not needed the gated entrance into the property made the girls feel more comfortable.
Everything worked properly and we loved the open kitchen and living area that opened up to the pool and the million dollar views. If I could tell the owners of this property how perfect it is and how impressed I was, I would.
We are already looking into booking our trip down in the fall.

Breathtaking...the most descriptive way to sum up the views from Villa Marbella USVI. From the moment we arrived I realized that my harmonic soul and tranquility had arrived. The owners did a wonderful job of making us feel like this was our home, and the property was unblemished.
I will have eternal memories of the short hike to the beautiful beach to read Hemmingway and poems from my favorite poet, Elizabeth Barrett Browning. My solitude cannot be expressed in words and I am so grateful to have this experience at Villa Marbella.
The house was well equipped with all of the essentials and the owner's special "welcome touches" were a delightful surprise. The owners of VM are heartfelt, endearing and they truly care about their guests not only for your visit, but for future vacations to be planned at their beautiful slice of Heaven.
I unequivocally recommend this St. Thomas vacation home. Enjoy!!

Me and 4 of my buddies booked this place for a guys getaway. We walked into a beautiful main room and kitchen that was designed to the Tee!! the master bedroom was beautiful with view to the West and South and some of the east, I think..lol. all the amenities we needed were there with very clear instructions and hints on how to have a great time and answer any questions about the House (19 pages). everyting worked , no issues with house at all. the pool and self controlled air conditioners in each room was a huge plus as you know all of us doing not have the same body heat! lol. we enjoyed so much sitting at the pool and watching the sunsets and listening to great tunes we bluetoothed into the houses sono speakers which were aweome. not the little ones but the big daddy speakers in house and out at the pool. each room was very well decorated and comfortable and spacious. we also loved how close it was to down town STT and also we could get to several restaurants and beahes within a short 5-20 min drive if we wanted. This place will impress your friends if you go to show. we had fun now it's your turn. we left it in great shape. I'll be added pics later. This is my 2nd time staying at Villa Marbella and I’d go back again and again. If you have a large group you will love the layout of the house. It has an open main room that was so easy for us all to gather and eat, play games, mix cocktails, etc…all while still enjoying the different stunning coastal views. The other rooms flow from the main room giving everyone their individual space. Each room has its own perks and are all decorated beautifully with a unique style. The entire house has such an easy feel…imagine luxury meeting comfort and that’s what you get. The linens, the pillows, and the towels were exquisite. Oh and the body wash in the shower smells amazing! The attention to all those little details was apparent and an added bonus to its convenient location. This property checks all my boxes on so many levels. You will not be disappointed!

Had a great time on our vacation and staying at this house. The house layout was perfect for our group- we all had our private spaces. Having the pool and stunning view was amazing. The place is perfectly decorated and furniture inside and out is very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place with a family or with couples.

Villa Marbella is awesome!! Breathtaking views of the crystal blue Caribbean with amazing sunsets every night. The home is spacious and very open with views of the ocean from all the upper rooms. Beautifully decorated with a beach/island theme throughout and great attention to detail. Great vacation destination for a family or a group of couples. We will definitely be back!

Gunnar & Leah are amazing hosts and there is no better view than from this property. Every time I visit St Thomas I go to Villa Marbella. You will not be sorry, thios place is amazing! Ask them about car & jeep rentals if you need one.

We have now stayed at this place for 6 straight years. We return every January to stay with Leah and Gunnar Watson (proprietors). They pick us up at the airport and drop us off when it is time to leave the island. We rent our car from them while we are there. The rooms are exactly what we want and need. Each room has a little fridge to keep things cold (like Carib beer). Their pool is a perfect picture and faces due West for spectacular sunsets. The have little special things (like lounge chairs or coolers or umbrellas or snorkel equip if you're going to the beach) that they do no charge for. Their staff is very friendly and accommodating. The property is located about 15 minutes from downtown and in our opinion one of the best locations on the island. If we lived full time on St Thomas we would want to live where this is located. We always encourage people who stay here to rent a car as it will enhance the quality of your trip. Yes driving is on the left hand side of the road but it is easy to pick up. Enjoy your stay!

I am so sorry we are closed for your birthday, because mine is on the 10th of October and we go away at that time. We still have someone running our boat his name is Floyd and his number is 340-643-4529. And we will still be renting vehicles at that time also. Please tell me what type of vehicle you are interested in and I will give you a quote. You may want to check in with our friends at The Green Iguana or Bellavista Bed and Breakfast for accommodations.
You can take the vehicle to St. John for the best experience. The weather is usually very good that time of year unless there is a tropical storm, then it might rain for a day.

I am giving you the big car quote because I do not know what type of vehicle you want or haw many people will be in your full party. I can accommodate you at the villa provided you want to stay in the Frenchman's bay suite. We have a 3 day minimum, but I have someone checking out on the 5th so it will just seem like they extended :)
We have the following vehicles available for your trip; 4 door Jeep Wrangler; Jeep Cherokee Latitude ($1150), 2 door Jeep, Jeep compass or Patriot ($875) and a Toyota Corolla or similar full size sedan ($775). This includes Airport pick up/Drop off and all fees and taxes. We will be standing right by baggage claim with a sign with your name on it and will take you to your rental car, so you can start enjoying your Caribbean vacation immediately if not sooner! No lines to wait in and we never ‘overbook’ our vehicles!

Good morning, we are a self catering Inn. All of our guests either eat out or we have a coffee pot, microwave, hot plate, fridge and toaster in each room along with a BBQ for our guests use. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
