The location of this hotel is amazing, you can see the ocean right from the balcony. Sandi the manager was amazing and I truly can’t say enough about her. They could use a little extra help with house keeping, but that was the only complaint I had. We can’t wait to get back there.
Really nice boutique hotel with great location and beautiful views.. easy check in and check out , Manager Keith is nice and friendly. Quiet area and close to everything, beaches, shopping, etc.Very clean. Will book again.
I had already planned on writing a positive review of the hotel, but I would like to highlight what happened the day we checked out. After checkout we headed to the airport for our flight home. After sitting on the plane for a couple of hours, we had to deplane due to weather in Miami. I was very concerned about finding a room with everyone else at the airport affected by the weather. I called the Inn from inside the plane and explained my situation. The manager couldn't confirm whether they would have anything big enough to accommodate my family of 4, but he said, "Just head on down here, and if I can't accommodate you, I will do my best to find you a room somewhere." As it turned out he was able to accommodate us at the Inn.
I found peace here. And safety without braking my wallet. This is the most St home I have felt in a hotel room The location is perfect The service and the staff are awesome I wish I could stay past Sunday If you are interested in staying in Fredriksted at a locally owned hotel, the only one I know of, then stay here I truly wish I could stay longer Truly I have never been treated so kindly The people here a patient helpful and understanding Not everyone travels to vacay Some travel to heal, like me I have to thank the people and staff here for getting me closer to healing I feel humble. Grateful. And rested. You can find your rest here And fun sun and beaches are all around No need for a taxi I’m happy here. I wish I could stay longer.
The pictures on the website are misleading. The pictures don’t look like anything like what’s in person. The staff are very unprofessional they bust into the room while you are trying to sleep. They are also very noisy. I would not recommend this hotel at all. It was not worth the stay.
Located within walking distance of the harbor. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Housekeeping provided clean towels daily but cleaned the room 1-2 days. Office staff was helpful when asked. There is a cafe for bkft/lunch in the courtyard.
This hotel is full of construction workers hanging out all night drinking and playing music. Not suitable for tourists. You won’t be comfortable in Frederiksted after dark either. I suggest Christiansted if you visit USVI !
We reserved a room (paid a deposit) well in advance of our arrival. When we arrived we were told that the room was not available and so they gave us a different room which looked horrible. The room was under the stairwell and there were people just hanging around as if it was a local hangout. The room was outdated from the floors, the furniture, the bathroom -everything. The room was extremely small and not worth $1300-$1500. The office staff is incompetent and the hotel itself could use a major upgrade. PLEASE do your research and do not reserve at this dump. There are other hotels in the areas that understand customer service, that do not resort to trickery such as bait and switch and that have beautiful rooms at or near the same price as this dump. Trust me, you will regret booking a room here. Glad it did not work out because I cannot imagine staying in this dump for even one night. HORRIBLE!…
The Inn is a beautiful boutique hotel with awesome views of the turquoise blue waters of the Caribbean Sea. We stayed 2 nights in a comfortable room with air conditioning. The bed was comfortable, small kitchenette and quiet hotel. This island is great for its beaches, food and drinks. Very laid back island life. The weather is mostly sunny and 80s all year round. The only drawback is no pool at this hotel. Breakfast is served in the courtyard until 1030am. The beach is close, and pier is just outside the hotel, where cruise ships frequently dock. These island beaches are not crowded, and seashells and conch shells abundant.
The puctures of this place do not do it justice as they look look so much better than when you are there in person. We booked the “family suite” for week and we learned the family suite was given to someone’s niece. (Suite for their family I guess. They put us in a room that was probably 12x10. The bathroom was smaller then a handicap toilet stall. When we complained and asked for a discount due to the vast difference, they said we would have to talk with our booming agent as we paid them and the agent paid the hotel. People were cutting hair in hallways, sitting, drinking, and smoking in the hallways. I attached the picture of our secure door. Your safe camping on the beach.
