Not impressed at all. I knew going in that this would be a typical outdated Caribbean hotel. However... Broken shower for the first 5 days of my stay. A/C didn't work last 3 days of my stay. Internet was very bad. Resturant staff were crooks. Basically had to chase them down to get your change from the bill every time...

We did not stay at the hotel, but we took the 3-minute ferry from the Boardwalk on the main island over to the island that Hotel on the Cay is located on. It is $5 pp to go on the ferry. Once there you can rent chairs, umbrella's and/or a cabana. We rented 2 chairs at $5 each & a...

We arrived at the hotel on a Friday night at 9pm. Office was locked. We found the clerk at the function room where a wedding was winding down. She checked us in and we were given rm 110. We went to the room and it was flooded. It had rained during the day. She moved us to a dry room...

We stayed at this hotel after leaving another resort due to bugs. We had a great time at this property. The hotel is a little dated but very clean and a great staff. We had a great stay due to the location, close to the Christiansted boardwalk and shopping area. The location of the hotel on a cay, with a...

My family and I absolutely LOVED Hotel on the Cay!!! The room we were given was very spacious and the views were magnificent! The hotel is the only one on St. Croix that has direct access to the beach....score!!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is only one restaurant that sits directly on the beach but the food...

Hotel on the Cay is nice. Appeared to be under going some renovation. Water displays outside off and getting painted. But all the staff was very very nice and helpful when we had questions, even the ferry drivers were great. Now the price of food was over-priced not just at the Cay but everywhere close to it. But the bar...

The beach is nice manicured white sand with crystal clear waters and beach chairs are included in the hotel cost umbrellas are...

The location is great, private, beautiful views. But ! it needs to be updated. It is a shame to have this beautiful place and not update / renovate. The balconies are unsafe, I wouldn't go there with kids. Units - bathroom was newer, the main room dated. Grounds and the beach clean. Rats after dark ;(
