This was our second time visiting the island. The last time was 11 years ago and since then I've always said Turks was ny favorite island. This most recent trip absolutely confirmed that fact. The Palm Hotel was all that you can ask for. Amazing Beach, Beautiful Pool and top class room and amenities. But most importantly the service was A+++. I would like to give a special thanks to Sherie, Oats, Abel, Alvin and Vega. They took great care of us the entire week!!! Sky Sampson

It was the first time my husband and 8 year old daughter visit Turks and Caicos. It was really paradise. Ariker, the concierge at the hotel booked all our dinners in advance of us arriving- the 2 first nights were at the hotel and the other 5 were at other hotels. Each dinner was fabulous! Dinners are pricy in Turks but food is absolutely delicious and the setting is like no other. The Palms is also located in a great location- you can take bikes out and have lunch at Mr. Grouper ( that is a must) or bike ride downtown. Activities on the beach are also complimentary. Dwayne took us out sailing many times and made each sail memorable. Totally recommend the hotel!

Our family of 6 (parents + 2 teen girls + 2 teen boys) from Orlando, FL stayed in an amazing, beautiful 3 bedroom/3.5 bath oceanfront suite 7/25/22-7/29/22 and had the best time. From the moment we arrived and were greeted with a cool towel and their famous house welcome drink (a delicious juice made from green apples, cucumbers, and mint) to the moment we, sadly, had to depart, we loved everything at The Palms. Our suite was so spacious for a family and well worth the upgrade in cost to have such a comfortable place. We all agreed The Palms was the best place we’ve ever stayed on any vacation or at any destination. Eddy was our butler - which was a perk that came with our room that we didn’t realize we would have. He spoiled us with getting towels and chairs at the beach/pool, securing dinner reservations, recommending things to do and see, and he even helped us track down a lost item we never expected to retrieve! He was always available to help with anything we needed and could not have been nicer. The pool bar staff was wonderful and served great frozen cocktails and exceptionally good “bar food,”and there was always ample seating at the stools and booths in the pool, which our family loved. The daily (included with your stay) breakfast in the garden was wonderful and far above and beyond a typical hotel “free” breakfast - there was even an omelette station. The concierges Michelle and Malie helped us book a perfect snorkel cruise that was the highlight of our trip. Sabine at the front desk was a true gem when I needed assistance with our departure. The resort manager could be seen around the property from breakfast through dinner making sure guests were happy and enjoying their stay. We can’t say enough about how we enjoyed our stay and we can’t wait to return to The Palms (and see Eddy again)!

I stayed at the hotel with another group of people who were on the island for a wedding. The hotel has a nice appeal, and I will say they have the best breakfast options of any hotel I have stayed in while in the Caribbean. Their grits are absolutely amazing. But I will say I was a disappointed in their practices and false advertisement. All Junior Suites are not created equal although the website provides a description that includes a sitting area with a sleeper sofa. The Junior Suite I was in and a few others in the group I traveled with did not contain the sleeper sofas. Some people were given room changes, and others, including me were offered spa credit. The hotel was really only accommodating to those that booked directly with the hotel and not with a travel agent. So beware of using a travel agent to book this hotel if issues arise because it becomes an ordeal to have issues addressed. Sadly, I was told that I could just go to the spa Sunday because it was their least busy day and I could get the massage I was credited. But wouldn't you know, they were all booked for the morning on the day of my departure. Love the look of this hotel and the ambiance but my first experience was disappointing and I don't plan on giving them a second opportunity to disappoint.

My wife and I are looking forward to going again. The entire staff made our vacation memorable for sure. Our every need was met - great spa, great meals, excellent pool, and one of the top beaches in the world! I'd like to recognize and the some of the staff: Ester, who came nightly to turn our bed down nightly, housekeeper Myrvie Homme that kept up our villa, breakfast hostess Judelka Neat and her servers - Reasa Louis and Merle Ralf, Michelle Handfield who coordinated and advised us on Tours and Excursions, and finally, Front Desk Agents Celine Frederic and Eboni Clarke. My wife and I definitely plan to vacation there again soon.

Arriving home after a week of ‘Sista-cation’ in the majestic and alluring tropical paradise on the luxurious island, on the Turks and Caicos, we are left in dire-want for more. The Palms Resort, deserving of a 5+ star rating, has left an indelible mark on our life’s travel experiences. Beyond the physical landscape of this tropical oasis in Providenciales we found nestled in a quaint resort the most gracious hosts you will ever encounter. Being greeted…with a refreshing welcome drink, our registrar, Woodson took very special care to make us feel welcomed and at home. From the concierge desk, we become instant family to Arika, Michelle, Mollie, and Celine. (Our new sisterhood) Their recommendations for food, sights, and adventures led us on a total Turks and Caicos cultural island experience. The grounds were immaculate, giving a picturesque scene of being emerged in an escape from our norm into a world of lavish living. The view from our third-floor suite, at every glance, was a breath-taking hue of blues from the sky to the sea and back. The accommodations and attention given to every room by the staff was impeccable. A lifetime of appreciation for the gracious service rendered to us from the morning and evening maid service… a special note of thanks to our Sweet Madeline. From the six o’clock morning clinging of glasses and plates in preparation for the delectable breakfast prepared for our consummation… was met with great anticipation each day. Ms. Selene, catered to our addition to a hot cup of java, as we approached our table each morning…’love that lady.’ From vegan, to vegetarian, and to foodies alike, all palates were well pleased. The Plunge had the very best Conch Fritter in the whole-wide world, bar none. Fine dining at its best was experienced at Parallel 23 on our last evening with our gracious host Davidson and the sultry sexy voice of Tess brought a rousing applause that prompted our feet and body to get up and bogie-down to the music. Until our soon return, we will be waiting with bated breath to be back in the presence of our Turks and Caicos family at The Palms Resort.

The Palms is a "home away from home" and it keeps getting better ! I have visited the Palms more than 10 times since 2015 for Spring Breaks as well as Festive Week (New Year's) and have been there for the last two Memorial Day weekends as well. We can't find any better place to stay! My girlfriend and I went for a five-day Memorial Day weekend in May and it was glorious again. It was spectacular as ever ! Bougainvillea grows everywhere and all the foliage is well maintained; the smell of jasmine permeates the beautiful courtyard.. The huge pool is fun for people ages 1 to 101 ! We tip our hat (and kudos to) Sherrie, Yakeva, Rodsen, Comalita, Arlean, Merle, Wilson, Vega, Abel, Othneil Jean, Jenero, Neville, Connesha, Alvin, Stacey, Everson, Fitzroy, Esther, Kristal, Clive, Arliana, Nicole, and Linda (and especially Gen. Mgr. Jeff Morgan) for making our stay a "home away from home". This is the best resort on the island if you want access to everything - Scuba diving, golf nearby, tennis, beautiful beach, great restaurants, and beachcombing. You can 'sign out' bicycles and ride into town or wherever... The beach staff can point you to the right people for parasailing, snorkeling, dune buggy and horse-riding excursions. The breakfast buffet is a virtual smorgasbord and "bacon has no calories when you are on vacation"!. There is a new "orange juice machine" which (before your eyes) slices, squeezes, and pours the orange juice into your glass. The fitness facility is clean and has ALOT of great equipment. Our room was cleaned immaculately once a day plus turndown service at night. Taxi cabs are readily available. There is something for everyone here. I've reached the end my travel "bucket list" and cannot find a better place so I keep coming back here !! I have already booked our visit for New Year's 2023. This is a slice of Heaven. See you again soon ! Date of stay: May 2022 Room tip: Rooms (like ours) on the beach/pool (north) side have better views of the Ocean and pool.

Room: Awesome spacious penthouse room. King bed was extremely comfy. Large bathroom and lil kitchen area was a nice touch as well. Beautiful natural skylight in bathroom nice touch. Felt very luxurious. Staff: Everyone on the property is very welcoming and kind. People greet you everywhere you go, you really feel like family here. They got to know us and we had great interactions with all staff. SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO: Othniel (server in pool area, please tell him bonswa for me!), he was great and treated us like gold. Also, shout out to to Arlean in breakfast area, very nice and attentive and Clive in the front desk area, he took great care of us and got us whatever we needed. Features: the pool is AWESOME, loved the in-pool bar. You are sitting in stools in the water and they bring drinks and great food right to you! Loved this, didn't want to leave this area. The beach is simply the most beautiful thing you will ever see. Crystalline turquoise water, soft powdery sand & gorgeous scenery. For those complaining that it's expensive, it's true, but everything is expensive in this beautiful island, just part of the island. Get over it, you will absolutely LOVE this place. Just be aware they do charge a surcharge for food/drink. Again, would do it all over again, just pure paradise.

This hotel misses the mark in so many ways. I can’t believe any seasoned traveler would rave about this hotel because I was disappointed at every turn and couldn’t wait to get home. We get to the hotel and they mixed up our luggage and brought some wrong luggage to our room. Then, even though I talked to both staff and GM prior to our stay and they were aware we were traveling with 2 small children, the sofa-bed (which was horribly uncomfortable) didn’t have ANY begging on it. On top of that, the breakfast is just horrible and very limited. Other guest were even telling us they stated eating off property for breakfast because they couldn’t take it anymore, either. The on-site restaurant, Parallel 23, is nothing to write home about and outrageously overpriced!! I had the lamb and risotto and the risotto was undercooked and totally flavorless (the lamb was just OK). The food poolside wasn’t much better. We made the mistake ordering the pizza one day and I’ve honestly had better, AND BETTER LOOKING, pizza from the frozen food section of the grocery store. We also ended up tipping to get more than 2 bottles of water from housekeeping only to find out halfway though our stay (from another guest, at that) that there is a container of free water by the pool. Also on Sunday the poolside service is HORRIBLE. You’ll wait for literal hours before anyone comes by. (There is one guy that’s amazing and everyone loved him but he is off on Sunday’s). Also on more than one occasion the person at the towel stand didn’t want to give my husband towels and tried to make him go all the way down to the towel stand on the beach while we were at the pool! There were even times I tried to call the front desk and no one answered! I could go on and on but the bottom line is this is certainly NOT a 5 star hotel!! It would have been well worth it to spend more and stay elsewhere and I’d certainly never return or recommend this property to anyone.
