I have visited the Palms twice in the last 60 days. Everything about this property is exceptional -- Location is right on Grace Bay, 15 minute walk from many restaurants, Rooms are superb, and even though you don't really need it -- the pool is fantastic. Above all, the service is beyond compare -- from the minute you step on the property to when you leave. One special shout out to the Concierge -- Ariker Garland and her team did a fantastic job and made both our trips worth remembering. Looking forward to our next trip.

Hotel's Favorite
My husband and I recently stayed for a week at The Palms. From the minute we checked in until we left, our experience was wonderful. The resort was beautiful and the staff treated us as if we were celebrities. Ariker, the concierge, made dinner reservations for us for the entire week and always greeted us warmly when we were in the lobby. Irvina, who checked us in, gave us a tour of the resort and answered all of our questions. Breakfast was amazing and the hostess and servers, especially Reasa, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. All of the beach staff were gracious and efficient in getting us set up with chairs and umbrella and were friendly and courteous to everyone. Special thanks to Vega for making us feel like family. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and came back from the beach to find a beautiful chocolate cake in our room. Dinner at Pharrell 23 was delicious and Nicole went out of her way to make the celebration special. Our week at The Palms was wonderful and we are counting the days till we return. Heartfelt thanks to everyone for making this a magical vacation.

The venue and service couldn’t have been better! Alvin at the front desk was always helpful w bags and taxis Christina and Mrs Shanklin were beyond professional w their helpful advice! Their gorgeous smiles are so genuine an welcoming …… they definitely belong in hospitality! The service and food at 23 parallel was among our favorites on the islands ON THE NIGHTS WJEN THERE WAS NOT ENTERTAINMENT. We definitely preferred the wind rustling thru the palms and our own conversation Try to get Fitzroy as your server at breakfast! He truly goes out of the way to be helpful ! Even though breakfast is included don’t forget to leave a small tip for these hard workers! We enjoyed a late lunch down by the pool daily. Great food but highlighted by the lovely Sandy, one of the supervisors! Take a moment to get to know her and you will be rewarded w a truly lovely human being and she will watch out for your group all week One word Of advice….. avoid the taxi out front. Some will take advantage of you. Call Patterson Kennedy….. super reliable, prompt and hilarious. Just tell him when and where…… was much, much better and way more fun to be riding w someone we considered a friend by the end of the week. 649-243-1724

This place was so overpriced . Breakfast was included but it’s a cheap American buffet with the same items everyday. The rooms are ok but are not worth the value for the rate charged. Beds are the best part as they are comfortable. And they charge a 10% service fee of the nightly rate plus other taxes and fees so take the published nightly rate and add 30% at least Food and drinks are way overpriced in their restaurants and bars … and pool beach service food and drink is null and void. You have to seek out at the bar. Pool attendants are very helpful if you get out early in the morning. Seats fill up quick

I’ve been to many resorts around the world and in comparison, Palms is a very basic resort - there’s no entertainment, very limited dining options (only 2 restaurants and one of them is closed for a few days during the week), and the food is expensive but mediocre (but I’ve come to learn that’s just TC in general). What’s frustrating too is the first row of beach chairs always seem to be “reserved” when we arrive to grab chairs early in the morning before going to breakfast, and most of these chairs remain empty for the rest of the day. One day we had a couple arrive much later than us & the staff for some reason removed the towels on a pair of the “reserved” front row seats and gave it to this late arriving couple. This makes no sense?! Breakfast is also a bit of a frustrating experience. It’s the same every day (and it’s basic stuff I could basically make at home), there’s often a shortage of some ingredient/food or bowls, and waiters often forget to take our coffee order. We also got a room on the first floor and can hear all the noises of people coming and going. But giving at least 2 stars because the rooms themselves are nice (although ours is very dark because we have to keep the curtains closed being on the first floor otherwise people can look right into our room) and room service is very thorough. There’s also lots of complimentary gear you can borrow from the beach (kayak, snorkel, fins, etc.). Overall pretty disappointed and don’t plan on returning.

Yes- this is a beautiful Resort! It’s so relaxing, you almost forget that you have to go back home! The staff is so friendly. The food is so good. The breakfast is included- it’s not all inclusive so you get what you pay for. Everything is within a bike ride away. There is a beautiful spa onsite. Grace Bay is the number one Beach in the World. I promise you will not be disappointed. We were in the Junior suite that had a nice balcony on the 3rd floor overlooking the garden. It still had a view of the ocean. This room is so comfortable and clean. They turn over the room day and night. It sleeps up to 4 people. Bc it has a pull out sofa bed. But comfortably a king size bed with a nice sitting area, a butler pantry and a nice bathroom. The suite was perfect for a week stay.

Wow! Luxurious with many amenities, we loved our stay at the Palms! Chrissy took us to our room and ensured we were all set up for the week. We LOVED Parallel 23 (went twice and once to the bar), Monique, our server went above and beyond for us, the food was delectable and the vibes unmatched (think romantic Italian villa). A highlight of the trip was the daily breakfast, Fitzroy was the BEST, his service was amazing and we loved getting to chat with him. Highly recommend the piña colada and margarita from the pool bar, yum! The location was a great launching point to explore the rest of the island, free parking too.

Absolute perfection for our anniversary trip! The property is gorgeous and the beach is phenomenal. The resort was quiet and relaxing and absolutely beautiful. The staff is friendly and welcoming and eager to help. The food was delicious at the restaurants and the breakfast buffet was expansive and delicious. Our trip to the spa was amazing! I would recommend the palms to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing get away with your loved one. I cannot wait to go back!

I spent a week on a business trip at The Palms and I will definitely return anytime I have a chance to. This property looks so much better in person than in pictures. The pool is amazing! The afternoon I arrived, I was greeted by Chrissy at the front desk. She was extremely professional and personable. I immediately felt welcomed and valued as a guest. Initially I stayed in a Jr Suite, which was very spacious and nice. I was suppose to be there for 2 nights but my flight was cancelled due to hurricane Nicole going thru Florida, and I extended my stay for another 2 nights. Thanks to Mr Jeff Morgan, the General Manager, who made the extension seamless for me. And then I extended another 2 nights because I loved the property and needed to stay for additional work assignment. I moved to a 1 bedroom ocean view. My recommendation is, definitely due the ocean view or ocean front suites, they are worth every extra penny. The best part about this property is Mr Morgan and his team at the front desk and the folks who maintains the grounds. I think they're very professional, nicer and more down to earth than staff at many other properties in the area. The folks I dealt with mostly were: Chrissy, Eddy, Clyde, Mali, Sabine, Emanuella, Mr Leroy, and Mr Elie, who cares for the grounds. They were all so helpful in assisting me with anything I needed. After a few days, this place really started feeling like a true home away from home. Also, many people at the main restaurant were friendly as well. The Jalapeño chicken sandwich was my favorite food from the pool bar. Because I do not eat white bread, I asked for them to make it into a wrap and that was never a problem. Last but not least, I looved the breakfast options. It is not just continental breakfast...it is a real breakfast spread with many options. Making fresh orange juice from the orange juice machine every morning made me x-tra happy. In general, having fresh squeezed orange juice is one of my favorite juices and when I saw they had the machine that first morning I went down for breakfast, I knew I was at the right place. And for the rest of my stay, this property and the staff did not disappoint. I'll be back...and will definitely tell my clients about this property. Thank you Mr Morgan and staff!

My wife and I spent a week in October and our stay was fantastic. The staff was first rate including the concierge (forget her name) who made great suggestions and Mona who made great omelets every morning. The suite could not have been nicer. The beach and beach staff were amazing. The pool was outstanding.
