My significant other and myself went on a trip and stayed here. The location is beautiful, the service was amazing and the food was good! The people, that really stood out to us, were Remy, Rosita and Charlene. Remy was a great bartender and made sure our stay was comfortable while drinking on the beach. Rosita made sure our room was always perfect and was so kind. Charlene was the joy of our breakfast every morning as was one of the pastry chef’s. We would come back alone for the service and how pretty the location was. Small SMALL things I would recommend would be music in the bar areas. Also, anyone going to Turks will need reservations anywhere you go for dinner, not only at the restaurants on location, but any other location some are booked a month in advance.

We recently returned from a 7 day stay at The Palms Resort, and really enjoyed our stay! This was our first trip to T&C and we were so looking forward to some well needed R&R. The resort definitely lived up to our expectations and more. We stayed in a garden JR suite, which was nicely appointed with adequate space for the two of us. We had timely maid service and nightly turndown each day, our room was impeccably clean which we appreciated! The daily buffet breakfast was nothing special, but all the selections were fresh and tasty and included an omelet station and served in the garden patio. The beach service and pool amenities were top notch, always there for anything you needed. Although the resort was busy for the holiday weekend we didn’t have an issue with getting loungers , plenty of space around the pool and also did utilize the quiet area near the beach boardwalk. Appreciated the fresh towels and cold waters from the staff! We absolutely enjoyed the good food at all of the restaurants , we were actually surprised how good it was. We loved eating at the plunge swim-up bar… and drinking too ! Excellent fish tacos, burgers , salads and sandwiches , shout out to Charlene , Jobel and Danny for their excellent drinks… frozen pomegranate mojito & mango Monitors were the real deal ! We celebrated our 30th anniversary at Parallell , and experienced terrific food and stellar service from Carol & Nadia. They we’re so personable and genuine, they made our evening a memorable event! Beautiful setting amongst the fountain garden, appreciated the live music as well. Don’t miss enjoying a sunset dinner at 72•west, near the beach. Loved the live music on Wednesday & Thursday, cannot stop thinking about the jerk chicken , the ribeye steak and the chocolate cake dessert!! Damn good :) One thing we would recommend is adding a coffee station to the front lobby, although they offer brew in your room it’s not the same. We enjoyed going for bike rides , may we suggest adding a few more bikes as several days they were not available. The overall staff was very good, friendly, attentive, but not pushy. Appreciated the concierge for their recommendations and Mackinson & Mia for their courteous attention in the lobby . In closing , The Palms exceeded our expectations, we enjoyed the smaller boutique style hotel versus the larger bustling bigger properties. More personable and more attentive , less nosier. Excellent facilities & grounds . Thank you for a memorable vacation ..,, Hoping to comeback again real soon 🏝

Not helpful, not accommodating. Jodi was extremely unfriendly. Please and thank you don't exist in the vocabulary here. Trying to get answers to questions about things to do in the Area resulted in many hands pointing to printouts. nobody offered to pick up the phone and book anything for us and wouldn't even as much as get a phone number. I wouldn't return to Turks and Caicos unt the Ritz is finished!

We stayed at The Palms Turks & Caicos a few weeks ago for my fiancé's 30th birthday and it was nothing short of amazing!! The resort itself is beyond beautiful and is the perfect combination of relaxing and fun (complete with a pool swim up and beach bars). The staff was so welcoming and went out of their way to make sure our entire trip was nothing short of spectacular from the moment we arrived! BIG BIG thank you to Jeff Morgan, Emmanuella, & Mackenson! We will absolutely be staying here when we come back to Turks (hopefully very soon!!).

Just returned from a 4 day stay which was not nearly long enough. Let me first say that I traveled solo (female) as a 60th b'day present to myself. Always felt safe walking around the property and in town. I wish I would have written down the names of all the staff that I encountered because they were all professional, friendly and welcoming. The resort is immaculate (esp important during these times) and STUNNING! Lush flowers, colorful foliage... ahhh! The free breakfast was hot, plentiful and good. Service was excellent and coffee refills quickly. My junior suite was large and spotless. It will not be my last trip to the Palm. Kudos to all!
