Great condo for our family of 6. One bedroom has king, other bedroom has queen and 2 twins. Pullout sofa and a Murphy bed (double) if needed. Clean, Spacious, great location!! Check in was easy. Right on the beach. Felt safe with gated parking lot. Would easily stay here again in future.

We just returned from a 10 day stay at Grandview. Our unit was ground floor so we were able to walk right out to the pool/hot tub and beach was just a few steps away. We've stayed at many ABNB/VRBO and this unit was the best equipped we've ever stayed at. Regina really made us feel at home. Definitely check in with her before your departure because you may be able to leave some items at home (i.e. they had beach bags you can use and many kitchen essentials). We're already figuring out when we can return!

We booked through VRBO and stayed in unit 102. It was gorgeous, clean and steps to the pool, hot tub and best of all Grace Bay beach. A picture book place. It was more like a dream setting than real. It is a two bedroom unit, beautifully appointed with a modern beach vibe.The master suite is fabulous and the second bedroom is spacious and nicely done. Children 10 and 7 took the pullout couch as they were light enough to nest in the queen couch. It never felt cramped and the screened porch was an additional space for meals and games and family time. Plenty of amenities too numerous to name. We could walk to numerous resorts and loved happy hour at Pelican Bay a quick walk across the driveway. Ahhh, those tasty rum punches and an appetizer list to wow! We also enjoyed Cocovan food truck and garden. There are plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. The unit had beach toys and floaties for the kids. EVERYONE was sublimely happy!…

We just got back from staying in Unit 305 at the Grandview and it was phenomenal! The condo was newly renovated, stocked with essentials, and had access to beach equipment, bikes, etc. We loved the private and more secluded feel of the condo with access to a pool, hot tub, and direct beach access with included chairs and umbrellas. The owner was extremely accessible and helpful and we would most definitely stay here again!! The condo was also extremely clean which we truly appreciated. Beautiful property with an absolutely stunning view!!!

We have stayed in Unit 306 which is well appointed and quite large. 3 bedrooms and a fourth room converted to a bedroom. 6 beds in total and it comfortably sleeps 6+ adults. Fantastic views. The staff are prompt, friendly and very helpful. One of the best beach locations and condos we have ever stayed in. We will be back for sure.

Beach beautiful just a few steps from patio! Great service and scenery friendly atmosphere with automatic beach chairs and umbrellas setup, Great Restuarant’s walking distance from condo. Beautiful sunsets too.

The condo was well stocked and perfectly situated. The pool was right outside our door, and the ocean beach was pristine. The accommodations were exceptionally clean and of high quality. The location was convenient to restaurants and shopping. You do need a car there.

Location location. Steps to beautiful Grace Bay. This condo had everything you could need. Clean and neat all amazing restaurants. Charles the owner has wonderful restaurant recommendations. Our favorite, Coco Bistro. And Karan couldn’t have been more helpful. Picked us up from the airport and stopped at a grocery store so we could pick up necessities ( pina coladas and beers) Karan also was ready to book us all our reservations and activities. Will definitely return. Cant recommend enough!

We rented #105 for the week with our friends. Plenty of space. Graciously stocked with supplies like laundry soap, toilet paper, coffee filters, shampoo etc. The condo was so clean. I wasn't afraid to use the blankets like I usually am in other places we've rented. Our concierge, Karan, was the best. We appreciated her help with making decisions on things to do and her running us around several places. Charles was just as helpful with ideas of things to do and places to go. It was by far the best vacation spot we've been to.
