This stay was booked months ago for family of 5 for one week. We booked it through our new membership with Diamond Resorts/Interval. We were assigned to room P2-6. Anyway, pros were: 1) minutes walk to beach (private and never crowded). 2) spacious rooms 3) Easy parking (and free) 4) very functional and fully stocked modern kitchen 5) spacious and furnished balcony 6) very clean pool, never crowded 7) Peaceful neighbors (and area) 8) Spa on site with more services and more competitive prices than local competitors. Cons: 1) Absolutely worst front desk staff member lacking customer service I’ve ever experienced = worthless staff where it mattered most- front desk (the “face” of your establishment). By facial expression, body language, and verbal response, or lack thereof, appeared turned off by the simplest questions we had at check in. Couldn’t get a single packet of sugar from them for our morning coffee when the 2 packets included were finished the first morning. Same experience when requesting a single small trash bag for bathroom when full. With a 2 yr-old, I won’t say how many creative ideas we had with her diapers in the trash when they refused that one. But couldn’t bring ourselves to stoop that low. 2) 2nd bedroom lacked any furniture aside from work desk and chair. 3) Unit required much- needed maintenance. Bedroom had hole in ceiling with Fire alarm system dangling from it - safety hazard. Blinds broken in living room and main bedroom. 4) Unexpectedly quoted extra $100 fee for a single room cleaning, linen change. Because of how important service is to the average consumer who pays $5,000/week for a simple 2 bedroom unit, it’s unfortunate I’m forced to give Atrium Resort a rating of ‘2’ based on value.

Dear Unlimited Travels, Thank you for your review and your comments about the spacious rooms and beach. In response to your comments: (1) We are surprised by your comment regarding the front desk and it is not in line with other reviews which compliment the staff. Your comment has been forwarded to management for review. (2) Units are inspected prior to arrival and any issues that you mentioned would have been addressed prior to you checking-in. (3) Please note that daily housekeeping is not provided. Units are prepared for arrival and cleaned after departure. Any additional cleaning can be coordinated for an additional fee. Only starter kits of personal hygiene items and basic kitchen items (not including spices, etc.) are provided. Guests purchase items at the local IGA grocery store or onsite convenience store. The Atrium offers one of the most value-conscious rates and your comment about the price is not accurate and is not in line with other reviews. Travelers can check rates on our website, which are clearly not reflective of the amount you mention. Sincerely, Atrium Management

Now that was a fantastic week I just spent at Atrium. We are from Singapore and WOW 100 percent when visiting Canada or USA we will come back. Its not the Ritz or ST Regis but Turks is not a cheap place to go but The Atrium is very reasonably priced for the island. A steal. You have your own kitchen with all the pots pans and utensils you need for cooking and the IGA is a short drive from the property. Beautiful sunsets and I could go on and on but I would just say go and experience it for yourself. And on those hot days the pool is wonderful. great gardens and I cannot say enough great things

Let me start by saying we had a great time in Turks staying at the atrium. We use interval and are accustomed to staying at timeshares all over the world. However, staying at the atrium was more like staying at a furnished apartment than a timeshare. As others had said Robert is the only helpful one at the front desk, he’s the only one that can even make a key! The room is supplied with starter things which we are accustomed to, but we are not accustomed to that including limited toilet paper. So if you run out of toilet paper you must go to the store and buy more. They looked at us like we were crazy when we asked for tissues and again when we asked for a couple trash bags to carry out our trash. The only part of the stay that was slightly like a resort was that they put out chairs and umbrellas at the beach. However, the first day we went out it was drizzling so no chairs, the second time they only had 3 sets out at 12pm, we called to ask for more and were told we had to wait an hour. I told them there were 5 of us (two separate groups) and so we needed 5 chairs and 2 umbrellas. After an hour they brought 2 chairs and one umbrella. It took another hour for them to bring the other 2 chairs. The beach is really more like a 10-15 minute walk from the place. It is rocky without sidewalks. It is beautiful once you get there. The pool is standard, pretty. I can’t imagine there are enough loungers but people didn’t really seem to go to the pool. The gym is the lower side of average. Some of the weightlifting equipment is broken. A couple treadmills, elliptical. The stationary bike that looked ancient did not work. The water machine was broken for half our trip but they did fix it. We had a standard 2 bedroom. The master and the rest of the apartment are nice. The second bedroom is tiny with maybe a foot of space around the bed. Neither room had drawers, but the master had a tv stand you could use as such. The 2nd bedroom didn’t have a closet either, but for some odd reason it had a desk. You absolutely need a car. The closest next resorts are about .6 miles away without sidewalks so I wouldn’t recommend walking at night. We did walk to blue haven in the morning to get coffee. The car did open us up however to seeing new places. I highly recommend driving to Taylor bay beach or saprodilla bay. Overall everyone was nice. If you are looking for a resort this is not the place for you! Get a car! Bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, dishwasher soap!

Dear Sophie, Thank you for your review. In response to your comments: (1) We are delighted to hear that Robert was able to be helpful and assist you during your stay. Please note that he is not the only one who can make a key. (2) A starter kit only of supplies is provided and guests are responsible for replenishing these items once they are used up as per description on travel websites. (3) Chairs and umbrellas are set up at the beach daily, weather permitting and there is always enough chairs for all Atrium guests. (4) The beach is approximately an 8 minute walk from the property. (5) The onsite gym is equipped with treadmills, ellipticals bicycles and other equipment. Your comment regarding the gym is not in line with other reviewers. Sincerely, Atrium Management

I have just returned from a 2 month stay in the Providenciales (Turks and Caicos Islands) and found the accommodation at the Atrium to be first class in every respect. The resort is spotlessly clean and the rooms are fully equipped with everything that you would expect in your own home, dishwasher, washing machine (and washing powder), tumble drier, TV in the lounge and bedroom and an amazing balcony, with furniture, overlooking the pool. The rooms are large and spacious with an open plan kitchen (fully equipped), diner and lounge... with good storage! There are ample cooking utensils, an iron, ironing board and plenty of towels and ‘beach’ towels. Parking is available in the basement which keeps the car cool and offers direct access to the lift to your floor. The pool area is stunning and adopts a child friendly approach by having a shallow and safe area for the little ones whilst the deeper side of the pool is under the arch and provides a quieter area for the more established swimmers and dedicated sun worshipers. I even used the fully air conditioned gym, something that I don’t access at home !!! The walk past the Sunset Villas, to one of the many stunning beaches on the island, takes about 10 mins and I preferred to walk than take the car. The Atrium arranges loungers and parasols on the beach for its guests... You can also walk to Grace Bay if you’re feeling fit (about 30/40 mins) which I did regularly. I am familiar with other hotels and apartments around Grace Bay however the Atrium is the one for me. In terms of value for money this wins ‘hands down’ and I will be returning... I would advise hiring a car, shop around for the best deal. I must give a special mention to Robert (the manager) who was incredibly helpful and on hand to give advice about what to do, where to go etc. Robert has an open door policy and ensures that he knows his guests. . Thank you Robert for making my stay a positive, safe, and happy one... I love the beautiful Island and the Atrium is my first choice for accommodation!!!

Rooms were clean, well equipped with washer, dryer, utensils and cutlery- clean and sufficient. The pool was very clean, well maintained, the landscape maintained and clean. The private beach was not too far, though not walkable on a very warm day, but very secluded, and an absolute delight. I stayed in a room on the first floor, facing the outer periphery of the resort, and very close to the elevator. Which meant that any moving traffic in the passages, always interrupted/ disturbed sleeping. The front desk was supervised by Robert - a special mention to his friendly, helping and going-out-of-his-way demeanor but cannot say that about any other staff at Atrium. THere was no response to requests, any useful info or even an attempt to help by the others. I was traveling with an infant which meant we needed more linen than what was provided due to unforeseen spillages in the room, and it was flatly declined. The sink in the kitchen fell apart on day 2 of our stay, and it took us a day just to get attention to it. Basically things moved only when Robert was on premises and got somebody himself to fix it. Imagine being with an infant, and not having the ability to use a kitchen. The shower was so tiny, that any above average adult, in height or weight, would not fit in. I think the assumption was that people wouldnt need a shower and would make do between the ocean and the pool!!

Dear Travelshoes365, Thank you for your feedback. In response to your review: (1) Thank you for your kind words about the cleanliness of rooms, pool and the landscaping. We take pride in our ability to provide guests with a beautiful, peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. (2) Thank you for your kind words about Robert, the Manager. We have passed on your compliments over to him. (3) Based on your review, it sounds as though you stayed in a studio unit. Please note that studio units are between 355 and 388 square feet, and do not feature a patio/balcony and no views. This is clearly stated at The Atrium website under the room description for the studios. Also, please note that maximum occupancy for a studio unit is 2 adults. Usually, travelers which consist of 3 guests in total, even if it includes a child or infant, book a 1 BDRM unit, which is 1077 square feet and features a full kitchen, separate living/dining area, master bedroom with full ensuite bathroom (separate bath tub and shower), and a patio/balcony. Kind Regards, Atrium Management
