First, I never write reviews unless I feel like a hotel exceeded or, in this case, horrified me. Second, I still have two more nights to go at this hotel unfortunately, but I feel the need to save some last minute Christmas travelers from making the same mistake I did. Just to have some background - I typically stay at...

My husband and I spent 3 nights at this resort. The grounds were absolutely beautiful. The fact that they have a little kitchenettes in the rooms was a big plus. We did our grocery shopping at the nearby supermarket and ate breakfasts and lunches in our room. Here are some of the things we didn't like: 1. The Service. People...

Just returned from two weeks in early December. Had a wonderful one bedrooom botanical view in building 6 overlookiing the pools and hot tub. This year the grounds where as lush and beautiful as ever. Front desk offered a gracious welcome with Noel helping us to our room. Virgil, Eddy, Russel and others at the beach took great care of...

I must say that i for the price of this hotel the expectations were exceeded. No need to stay at over priced hotels because you will get the same service as you would get here. BEAUTIFUL garden area and pool. The water is the most beautiful water I've ever seen. I did a 2hr jet ski tour throughout the island...

First, I am one of those people who never writes reviews so this should tell you something! I was choosing between this hotel and a couple others on the Island and I am so glad I went with this one. Lovely boutique hotel feel: there are 8 "Residences" separated by brick walkways with lush botanicals. the landscaping is great. You...

My husband and I just returned from a weeklong stay at the Royal West Indies Resort. The hotel and its lush and colorful garden-like setting were just lovely. We reserved an "ocean view" room in building five (third floor).I have to admit the "ocean" part of that "view" was somewhat underwhelming. I mean, technically I could spy a sliver of...

My husband and I only stayed here 2 nights in a garden suite and we couldn't have been happier with the location and grounds. RWI was only a short walking distance to shops and restaurants. The grounds are well taken care of, and for the most part was fairly quiet. The beach area was great and the pools are small...

I won't sing the same praises other reviewers have said better than I could. The grounds are beautiful, it's spotlessly clean, it's located on the most beautiful spot on the one of the most beautiful beaches in the world (and we walked all of Grace Bay - so we know this for a fact. Many other spots were plagued with...

We have stayed at the RWI twice in the last 14 months - that should give you an idea about how much we LOVE it. Right on Grace Bay, the most beautiful beach in the world! Can't really think of one thing that we were unhappy about other than we had to leave! Close enough to walk to restaurants, bike...

This place was located on Grace Bay Beach and was picture perfect! White sand, not crowded, no one bothering you to sell you stuff! Everyone from the front deck clerk to the pool guy to the cleaning lady were so nice. Rooms were large with tile floors, very fresh looking. Our view looked over the pool and had a very...
