Quiet, Ocean View
NUMBER OF ROOMS
We had a great time at Ocean Club. We arrived quite late and we woke up in the morning to discover that we had a nice little view of the ocean. So pretty. Loved the screened balcony. Room was nice. Third floor, high ceilings, spacious, loved it. No mosquitoes or maybe one when we barbecued. Four stars because the hide a bed was awful and noisy. Had to ask for a cot that was quickly brought to our room. Great service. The air conditioning was too cold in the living room when ok in the bedroom but not that big of a deal. Beach is amazing. Took very long walks. Don’t appreciate people leaving towels on beach and pool chairs. Shouldn’t be tolerated. The Cabana Grill is good - their staff didn’t smile much but they were kind... you just need to peel the onion :-) Overall, I recommend this resort. Was very clean, peaceful - even with young children around. We would come back. In a two bedroom suite. Staff is amazing.…
Stunning beach with turquoise water, white, fine sand and gently sloping entry. Warm water in December. The resort had lovely staff and our accommodations were delightful. Great bed. Screened porch. Full kitchen. Access to other Ocean Club a mile away. - either by free shuttle or beach walk. Nice bartenders and good pools.
It was my first time on the TCI and I had a pleasant stay thanks to the staff at Ocean Club Resort. We were welcomed with a delicious ginger iced tea, rum included if you desire. Check in was quick. We were informed of all the amenities on site (free use of paddle boards, kayaks, tennis court, bicycles, gym, etc.) the receptionist was pleasant and offered to book any excursions we may plan during our stay. There is also an Ocean Club West resort, 1.5 miles away, which we were told we could use their amenities as well. We had a unit in section I. It was a small walk to the beautiful Grace Bay Beach. Check out was quick. Pros Location - The hotel is on the beach with only one time share building to the east. The remainder of the beach to the east is quiet. The busier part of the beach is to the west. At no time was the beach overwhelmingly crowded. There are plenty of restaurants within a mile and Grace Market is about two miles away if you want to grab some fruit, snacks or drinks for the room. The Salt Mill for shopping is also a short drive. There is a restaurant on premises, Cabana beach bar, but I won’t recommend it. The drink I had was flavorless. Having the free use of the bikes was a big perk. We took them out for breakfast and lunch. It was also a nice way to tour the island. Room - The unit was big, the ceilings were high which made the room seem massive. There were two sinks in the bathroom (which was nice!) and a small kitchenette with a regular sized refrigerator. The cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen were a bit outdated. There was a nice screened in balcony but we didn’t have a view. It was nice to relax outside on the patio furniture provided. There was a washer and dryer in the room with detergent provided. Grounds - the grounds were kept very clean. There are two pools that were very clean. There is ample parking if you rent a car. Cons Noise - we had some noisy neighbors and the walls were not sound proof. Beach chairs - we got to the beach around noon the first day and there was only one chair open. The frustrating part about that was all the chairs were marked with towels but during our four hour stay, no one used a majority of the chairs! So people just leave their towels there all day and others can’t use them. So we would wake up early and claim a chair. Overall I would stay here again. The staff were very friendly and helpful. …
the Ocean Club Resorts consists of two properties that are located on Grace Bay in TCI. We stayed at an ocean front condo and had the best view of the view and water. There are only a few condos w this view, most of the rooms are quite a ways back from the beach. Being on the 3rd floor, our room had large vaulted ceilings and was incredibly spacious, full kitchen, washer, dryer and stocked cabinets. The water is warm and clear, the beach has the coll powder sand. The only negative is the food on the is not great but incredibly expensive. If your main goal is to relax, then this is the best place to be, overlooking the best beach in the world.
The Ocean Club Resort proved to be a great place for our Turks and Caicos vacation. We had a junior sweet with a garden view. The suite was large, in very good condition, very clean, and the kitchen was furnished like your own home as far as appliances went. We had a large, screened porch looking over the beautifully landscaped courtyard and one of the two pools. Rooms are cleaned daily, including cleaning up the kitchen area. Large beach towels are provided each day. There is a staff that keeps up with the towels, and will also take you and set you up on the beach with your lounge chairs and umbrella. Grace beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean, and the water is so clear and that beautiful aquamarine color. The two pools are cleaned every day, and there are nice lounge chairs set up around the pools with large private spaces between sitting areas. This resort was very quiet both on the beach and in the pool areas. While there were children with their parents having fun, you didn't hear or notice them unless you just like children and enjoy seeing their joy. There is a beach restaurant on site just as you leave the courtyard area for the beach. There is also an elegant restaurant with a private outside eating area with white table cloths and a more upside environment. The beach bathrooms are large and very clean. The best I have seen. There is staff everywhere at this resort, all very friendly and ready to help with whatever you need. This is a very nive resort that we highly recommend.…
