My husband and I just left yesterday and cannot wait to return. There are so many reasons why we loved this place, but here are a couple: 1. THE VIEW - our jaws completely dropped when we walked into the room (A-204). We spent a lot of time on our patio enjoying the beauty of Grace Bay. Despite the fact that we loved that we could just walk out to a gorgeous beach, the expansive view from our floor and the privacy of the patio made it extremely desirable to just hang out there. 2. The suite - SO.MUCH.ROOM. It was just my husband and I and it was so comfortable to have so much space. Additionally, it was stocked with plenty of bottled water, a complimentary bottle of rose that we enjoyed on the patio and in the jacuzzi, snacks, and plenty of high quality toiletries. The tech was fantastic as well. The main TV was gigantic and had many more channels than I've ever seen on a hotel tv, and also had streaming service apps. There was also usb chargers by the bed that came in very handy since I forgot my charging hub (had my cord). They also had a phone sanitizing device that I used often! I also loved the decor in the room (and the rest of the resort as well). Very stylish and unique touches throughout. I also loved that an adults only section existed here. It was one of the main draws for me to pick this resort. Lastly, the walls and floor were concrete, so sound pollution is minimal above and next to you. It was fantastic. 3. The food/drinks - the daily breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food (our faves were the french toast with vanilla sauce and the pastries), so we never tired of what was available each day. We also had lunch at Krave, Just Tacos, room service, ate at Infinity Restaurant and the bar/lounge, and all was delicious. The truffle fries at and Watermelon crush cocktail at Infinity are my absolute faves. 4. The service - it was very convenient to be able to text our concierge and the front desk for anything we needed. They were always very helpful. We were also given a late check-out without us even asking, which was a great gesture. Check out time is at noon, but our airport transportation wasn't picking us up until 1:30, so they extended to 1:30. 5. Location on Grace Bay - we walked about 20 min in each direction on the beach, and it really does seem like Grace Bay Club has the premium location. The beach area is very roomy, giving you tons of space from the water and people walking by. It was also nice that any boat excursions would pick you up right on the beach from the hotel. 6. Covid protocols - we felt very safe here. Staff always asked us to sanitize our hands upon arrival, entry to the restaurants, and other public areas. All staff always had masks on and encouraged guests to have them on in public areas as well. I cannot wait to return!…
From the check in to check out there was the greatest experience of my life. We had a concierge wich name is Jose who was very kind, friendly and accessible to us. Always smiling and willing to solve our demands. Great breakfast with a WONDERFULL view to the caribbean sea. Beautifull and confotable room and always very clean. Excellent food, specially at the Infinity bar. Its an expensive island but its worth it. Hope to go back soon!
I have traveled with my two young toddlers internationally to many places before and during the pandemic. To say Grace Bay Club has surpassed our expectations of both perpetual excitement and the epitome of luxury excellence is an understatement. They made my family feel like the world was not only safe but NORMAL. As a parent, you try to shelter your children from the chaos of the world and let them enjoy their innocence for as long as their youth allows. The genuine smiles on their faces were permanent from check in to check out as a direct result of both the Grace Bay Club team and it’s beautiful surroundings. Our first stay with Grace Bay was in August 2020 and we have our second stay quickly approaching. The little things that make the biggest differences: Grace Bay Club provided us a home with in-room full kitchen, dishwasher, extremely clean rooms, almost too comfortable bedrooms, amazing spa services (I’m still reveling in the massage I had 4 months ago), impeccable service at the bar, restaurants and room service, and.....most importantly.......the best people in place. We got to know and love each and every staff member by first name. The memories we made laughing with them at the hotel bar, night swims with the kiddos, breakfast adventures with two toddlers in tow and more gave us the best “souvenirs” we could ever ask for.…
My husband and I were looking for a luxury resort in a prime location that would complement our St. Regis stay in Miami. To say GBC was underwhelming is an understatement. While the location is top notch, the rest is mediocre at best. We stayed in the Hotel portion of the resort, since it was just the two of us. Our room (consisting of a separate living room and bedroom) was enormous with two spacious balconies. The view was nice too. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room and providing turn down service at night. Hotel staff were very pleasant. The adult pool was top notch, although I can imagine not having enough chairs during busy weeks. Shower had a good pressure, there was a ton of closet space and the room was very clean. The room and grounds felt very dated and tired. The grounds were also a bit shoddy, with many spots with dead our no grass. Half the towels at the pooling area were yellowing (maybe from use?). The pool/beach attendants sometimes forgot our order, so the items ordered never arrived. Breakfast, while free, left something to be desired. Omelettes very overcooked, selection was meager, bagels were stale and fruit didn't look ripe. The reception area was underwhelming and at night there was a noticeable sewage smell. All in all, it was not close to what I envisioned when looking for a luxury/upscale resort. Seven Stars looked more upscale (at least from the outside). …
Although expensive, the food is stupendous. Double what it is in the states. Even in grocery store down the street. Gerard Moses and shaq for water sport have u taken care of. Beer is $9. Highly recommend the red stripe. On non windy days - free daily kayaking and windsurfing w ur room. Melissa the housekeeper will change ur sheets daily so u don’t have to sleep w sand. This is my best vacation ever other than the wind is howling of which they have no control. We have an apartment 20 steps from the adult pool. 40 steps from the Awesomesauce beach. The place is gorgeous. Fun and friendly. Service is top notch at the adult pool thanks to Moses and Gerard. I am in awe. Will be back next year if they will have me!!!! Kim Ray
