West bay club is a small property located in grace bay. only 140 units. The best of the hotel is the units its self, open with amazing views full equipped and very confortable. The only con will be the beds maybe be better together with the linens ( maybe a foam mattress with better pillows) but is general the room is just amazing . hotel employees are very attentive, spacial thanks to ragiv the chef who was extremely helpful and put up with all our requests. Also MARGARETH, the best of the best took care of our children the whole week and would be reason to come back. the beach of course is the best in the word, 1-2-3 i have ever seeing. Internet works well and the pool is good enough to relax.

Came to West Bay Club for three nights after spending four nights down the street at The Palms. We had a great time! The hotel was only 10% occupied so it felt like we had the property to ourselves. We booked a 1 bedroom luxury ocean front suite and loved the room. It was about 1500 sq ft, with nice kitchenette and refrigerator, full dining and living room. Great ocean views too from our large outdoor balcony. The staff was very nice and pleasant. Kizzy and Earlnisha were great at the front desk and helped with anything we needed or set up dinner reservations for us. Bernardo was an excellent waiter at the restaurant and made the best ice coffees! The gem, though, was Miss Margaret, who ran the kids club and opened up especially for us, for our 7 year old daughter. Our daughter had the best time and it gave my wife and I a few hours each day to relax by ourselves. We look forward to coming back again soon!

The resort called us the day before we flew out to make sure we would be landing before they closed the airport due to Hurricane Laura at 4 pm. Once we got to the resort they informed us that due to the storm the island would be shutting down at 4 pm, the beach was closing at 3 pm and that we were welcomed to hang out at the pool and have dinner there. So we walked out to the beach for about 30mins and then just hung out at the pool and had drinks. The chef on staff made us dinner and even prepared us dishes, not on the menu like grilled salmon. They also prepared and sent us that night complimentary breakfast and lunch for the next day since the resort would be shut due to the storm. They had a text service so that we could easily text them if we had any requests or problems. They would send us daily texts to see if we needed housekeeping, or if we wanted to make dinner plans with them. The staff was small and they all knew us and made us feel so welcomed, Jose was a delight as our bartender for the week and Kyonn was so pleasant and sweet with her recommendations. We later found out there were only 7 couples total at the resort too. If I am being honest at many times we felt like we had the island to ourselves. We snorkeled, rode bikes, and took out a Hobie from the resort. We even planned a photo shoot at the resort and the beach one evening too. We couldn't get over how beautiful and easy everything was. We rented a jeep and it was dropped off and picked up from our resort, and we rode the Provo Ponies and they picked us up and dropped us off. Top-notch service everywhere. We drove all over and enjoyed the Sopadilla beach and the Malcolm beach. We loved that our place was so close to places we often walked to dinner at Mangos and Shark Bite and would walk the beach on the way back. We even rode our bikes to the grocery store, I wouldn't recommend that it was scary. The resort was on top of it down to the last night there they text us to ask if we would like to schedule a taxi to take us to the airport and allowed us to check out later due to our flight time. Absolutely fell in love! Thanks so much!

The hotel has a great location on the quieter end of Grace Bay. From the moment we stepped on the property, everyone was extremely nice and very accommodating. Kizzy and Earlnisha were just a text away even while the island was shut down because of what was to become Hurricane Laura. The entire staff was great! Everything we had from the chef was very tasty including breakfast each morning and two nights of room service. We would definitely recommend West Bay Club.

This is the 11th year my family has stayed at the WBC (20th year visiting the island) . I have never written a hotel review but this year more than ever I needed to as I made the decision to travel during the pandemic and have to mention the outstanding job everyone at the WBC did in making the hotel safe and comfortable. First and foremost, I am a very discerning traveler and the fact I have made WBC my home away from home every year we visit speaks volumes. The rooms are always updated with the most beautiful furnishings, spotless, comfortable beds and all rooms face the breathtaking Grace Bay. Many nights we have no desire to even leave and will either order in or make something so we can enjoy the view from our balcony. WBC's restaurant is always very quiet but imo a hidden culinary treasure. The food is absolutely amazing. They have added a pizza oven and being picky New Yorkers I have to say it was some of the best pizza we have ever had. The rest of their food is completely gourmet but I had to mention the pizza. Due to the pandemic WBC made all the necessary changes to keep everyone safe. Menus are accessible utilizing a QR code on your phone, check in area enclosed and all staff wear masks (guests required to as well when moving about the resort.) Guests were extremely respectable wearing masks throughout the property only removing while eating, swimming or in beach chairs. Hand sanitizer was availbale throughout the property, masks and "wellness kits" containing sanitizer were provided in your room. Earlnisha, Rachel, Giovanni, Katiusca, Kizzy Mae were at your service via text for any needs we had whatsoever-reservations, room service, housekeeping-you name it-they checked in to assist. Security guards stationed at the front during the day and around whole property throughout the night. Beach was extremely quiet ( private cabanas available) and many private nooks around the pool to lay about- social distancing not a problem. Charles is amazing and keeps his entire team of the nicest guys you will ever meet on the beach at your service all day. My older sons are great sailors and the guys always safely set them up on the hobes and ensured their skills were up to par for the conditions prior to letting them out. Jose ready to make you the best drinks you will ever have at the beach bar. I am saving the best for last. I have four children who have grown up going to WBC. They have built a beautiful kids club which is run by Margaret. There is not enough space here for me to describe what a special person she is. My kids talk about her all year long and can not wait to get back to be with her. My older sons are 12 and 15- they will occasionally hang out and play video games with her but my 8 year old twins get completely spoiled by Margaret who does a daily craft with them, swimming, beach walks and just in general showers them with her genuine love of children. We feel truly blessed WBC brought her into a staff that is already top notch. From the waitstaff to housekeeping ( Miss Marie :) ) these people make a luxury resort feel comfortable and like home. To be able to due that during a pandemic is no easy feat. I was extremely anxious to travel this year but Val Kalliecharan from Turks and Caicos reservations (who I have also planned trips through for years) guided me through the entire process from start to finish. He is on island and was able to assist me with any issues I had with the portal or questions about testing. He has personal contacts everywhere and is able to get you answers that are accurate. WBC was amazing providing info on the insurance which I utilized and was very reasonable. Val and his lovely wife Susan who works with him is like having a personal friend, concierge and reservations agent on island wrapped in one. I miss WBC already and can't wait to be welcomed "home" next year by them as they always graciously do.
