The Grace bay area of Caicos is fairly new - perhaps 10 years old and is super expensive. Restaurants, grocery stores and bars are really pricey. This little gem of a hotel was a total bargain. Not directly on the beach - 5 minutes and you're there. Grace Bay Suites offers beach towels, ice (you can drink the water directly... More

We spent 8 nights at this hotel and we could not have had a more pleasant experience. Mandy was just the best hotel manager in the world. She was very attentive to our needs and answered all of our questions regarding transportation, activities and restaurant choices. We are definitely going to stay here again. It is not the Ritz Carlton... More

It's not a classy hotel but it's a clean and proper place to stay. The staff will provide what you ask but they are not in it for a five-star. I didn't mind it at all since I was looking to save money. You'll have access to the restaurants in the neighboring resorts and the shopping center nearby. The beach... More

Overall, The room served its purpose. There was a bed to lay my head at night. I wouldnt stay there again because the place needs improvement. The hotel attendant Mandy and her daughter's had excellent customer service. The location was great (e.g. short walking distance to the beach, eateries, shops, bars/entertainment) but the hotel is nothing like the pictures online.... More

I stayed for 11 nights & was nervous having read some earlier reviews. Providenciales is very high end tourism Conde Nast Traveller 5* everything. My daughter & I found this place to be perfectly adequate for the location. You're in the thick of it all for a fraction of the price & bearing in mind you only sleep & shower... More

The best thing about this place is definitely the location. It is located right behind Danny Boy's a popular hang out spot. They host Karoke there a few times a week. It is also located next to Salt Mills Plaza and down the street from the beach and grocery store. If you like being able to walk to restaurants and... More

My husband and I stayed at Grace Bay Suites March 13/16. It was exactly what we were looking for at a reasonable price. The location was great, close to several restaurants, the grocery store and a short walk to the #1 beach in the world! Mandy and Kevin, the managers were great and very helpful. We have visited the island... More

I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews online, so the experience of staying there was a pleasant surprise. We just wanted to explore the island, without spending tons of money. This small hotel provided us with all the things you can expect from a lower end price place: it was very clean. The staff, although they warmed... More

Stayed at Grace Bay Suites March 7-11, 2016. We were nervous to stay here because of some bad reviews, but it was the only place we could afford. We were pleasantly surprised. Yes it is outdated and a little run down, but our room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. A few small ants were in the... More

This place was right down my alley. Close to the beach, close to a ton of restaurants not to mention 50 feet from Danny Buoys. Manager Kevin really polite, knowledgeable and Mandy and the girls were a lot of fun. I enjoyed what was to be my only night so much that I booked for the second night even though... More
