I booked this hotel because the price was ok for a 3 star hotel. Pictures were deceiving because there is not beach access or view. Gracebay beach is a 5 minute walk crossing the road and behind other resorts. The hotel has no restaurant but the rooms are equipped with small fridge, microwave, toaster and a sink. Is dated with...

This has to be the worst hotel I have ever seen... Unfortunately I trusted the reviews here and thought this was going to be just a below average hotel.. boy was I wrong!! This is way below any level of anything. When I arrived, the front desk man (totally clueless and not helpful at all) told me I did not...

This was the only hotel available in Grace Bay within the low price range. The room was large and clean although the overall appearance of the apartment was a bit run down. We found cachroach and lizard in the room. The manager was rather accommodating when we asked for extra bed. The location is quite good near the centre of...

This hotel could be great if fixed up. It is in a great location. But.... sewage smell so strong that you cannot sit on balcony. Pool is dirty and cloudy. Safe is broken. Wifi hardly works. If they fix up this hotel I would stay here again. I do not understand how people could give this place 5 star reviews!!?!!

Grace Bay Suites is a mostly run down condo complex that's been retooled as a below average motel. The bathroom and shower feature open drains that run to the complex's septic tank, so your room will occasionally smell like death. Don't expect a daily change of sheets, or the 9-5 manager to actually be at his station. There's no reason...

We stayed at Grace Bay Suites for a week through WestJet vacations. The hotel was in the perfect location, a block back from the beach and right in the centre of the restaurants / tourist area of Grace Bay. The room was completely adequate - big bed, tv, good shower etc. Staff was friendly and helped us hunt down a...

Hotel is located in Grace Bay area behind Danny Buoys. It only has ~24 rooms. Our first disappointment was that there is no staff on site after 9pm (this needs to be more clear in their Expedia info, although our flight was scheduled to arrive earlier when we made the reservation). We had emailed in advance letting them know that...

My wife and I stayed at this hotel last week (Nov 19th to 26th, 2016) and I must say we were disappointed. The moment we arrived we were greeted by a front desk girl that was not very helpful and could not answer questions like "what is this resort fee for?" The wifi was absolutely terrible and worse than dial...

LOCATION(4++): is amazing (considering it is not on the beach)! It is literally right behind both Salt Mills Plaza (boutiques & restaurants), & Danny Bouys (arguably the best bar/club on the island!), one block (walking distance) from grocery store, couple blocks to public access of the amazing Grace Bay Beach! Lemon2go coffee shop (& juices, bagels & more) is right...

I've stayed here before because of the location and the price. After checking some mixed reviews, I decided to give it a shot. The first time I stayed, I was less than overwhelmed by the level of service, but again, I still found it a great value for the location and price - considering the hotel on the other side...
