For an American, the standard of the room is equivalent to a run down motel 6. You can tell it used to look nice but that the maintenance wasn't kept up. The room was poorly cleaned, tiles were missing in the shower, water leaks were evident. They do offer free Wifi but it was very slow and unusable at times.... More

we only stayed 1 night after a 1 week liveaboard diving trip and so picked something convenient and less expensive. we should have spent just a little more and stayed somewhere else. will not return. the location was okay, but our room had multiple things that obviously needed repair - including the shower door which was not useable due to... For the first time without an all inclusive, we stayed at this hotel from July 02 to July 09/2016. We traveled with West Jet, when we exit the airport, the West jet representative were no where to be seen, so the other taxi drivers are forcing you to go in their taxi, as a frequent vacationer, I told him I... Horrible sewage smell from sewage leak. Had to switch hotels- did allow a refund. Dirty bathroom sink and dirty sheets. Ants in the mini kitchen. Good location on the strip of stores. Why travel thousands of miles to stay somewhere like this.

We stayed here for 2 nights before renting a villa for the week with friends. Wanted to save some money and just explore the island the first couple days. When we finally found the building, after driving behind Danny Buoy's restaurant dumpsters, we were already wary. We entered the lobby to checkin. No one was to be found. There's a... More

The Grace bay area of Caicos is fairly new - perhaps 10 years old and is super expensive. Restaurants, grocery stores and bars are really pricey. This little gem of a hotel was a total bargain. Not directly on the beach - 5 minutes and you're there. Grace Bay Suites offers beach towels, ice (you can drink the water directly... More

We spent 8 nights at this hotel and we could not have had a more pleasant experience. Mandy was just the best hotel manager in the world. She was very attentive to our needs and answered all of our questions regarding transportation, activities and restaurant choices. We are definitely going to stay here again. It is not the Ritz Carlton... More

It's not a classy hotel but it's a clean and proper place to stay. The staff will provide what you ask but they are not in it for a five-star. I didn't mind it at all since I was looking to save money. You'll have access to the restaurants in the neighboring resorts and the shopping center nearby. The beach... More

Overall, The room served its purpose. There was a bed to lay my head at night. I wouldnt stay there again because the place needs improvement. The hotel attendant Mandy and her daughter's had excellent customer service. The location was great (e.g. short walking distance to the beach, eateries, shops, bars/entertainment) but the hotel is nothing like the pictures online.... More

I stayed for 11 nights & was nervous having read some earlier reviews. Providenciales is very high end tourism Conde Nast Traveller 5* everything. My daughter & I found this place to be perfectly adequate for the location. You're in the thick of it all for a fraction of the price & bearing in mind you only sleep & shower... More
