My wife and I stayed at this hotel last week (Nov 19th to 26th, 2016) and I must say we were disappointed. The moment we arrived we were greeted by a front desk girl that was not very helpful and could not answer questions like "what is this resort fee for?" The wifi was absolutely terrible and worse than dial...

LOCATION(4++): is amazing (considering it is not on the beach)! It is literally right behind both Salt Mills Plaza (boutiques & restaurants), & Danny Bouys (arguably the best bar/club on the island!), one block (walking distance) from grocery store, couple blocks to public access of the amazing Grace Bay Beach! Lemon2go coffee shop (& juices, bagels & more) is right...

I've stayed here before because of the location and the price. After checking some mixed reviews, I decided to give it a shot. The first time I stayed, I was less than overwhelmed by the level of service, but again, I still found it a great value for the location and price - considering the hotel on the other side...

This is the perfect location for anyone looking to spend little money on the place you will probably only sleep. If you are adventurous, rent a scooter and travel the entire island! Stop for some rum punch at the Da Conch Shack, snorkel at Smiths reef (AMAZING!) and check out the Chalk Sound! So much to do, you won't care...

I stayed in Grace Bay Suites in May for a business meeting I was attending in Provo. Decided to stay here because I was only in town for three nights and didn't want to shell out the exorbitant amounts the area luxury hotels were asking for. I'd suggest this property for business or guys wanting to stay in Provo on...

Hotel needs work. It is in the process of renovations, so I am sure some things that other people experienced will improve. Room was a little beat up, but clean. The pool did not look so good. It is an older facility and it shows, but allows an affordable place to stay in Grace Bay. Staff friendly. Wifi was very...

For an American, the standard of the room is equivalent to a run down motel 6. You can tell it used to look nice but that the maintenance wasn't kept up. The room was poorly cleaned, tiles were missing in the shower, water leaks were evident. They do offer free Wifi but it was very slow and unusable at times....

we only stayed 1 night after a 1 week liveaboard diving trip and so picked something convenient and less expensive. we should have spent just a little more and stayed somewhere else. will not return. the location was okay, but our room had multiple things that obviously needed repair - including the shower door which was not useable due to...

For the first time without an all inclusive, we stayed at this hotel from July 02 to July 09/2016. We traveled with West Jet, when we exit the airport, the West jet representative were no where to be seen, so the other taxi drivers are forcing you to go in their taxi, as a frequent vacationer, I told him I...
