Blue Haven was everything I imagined and more! The moment when stepped in we were welcomed with Champagne by Lopez and Carmen! We arrived earlier than check in time but they gave my boyfriend and I, our all inclusive wristbands, collected our luggage and sent us to the bar, jammin by the sea (lunch/pool bar). Let me tell you…that was my daily spot! Chef Marsha, Mixologists Natalee and Janet made me feel like family as they kept the music pumped, drinks flowing and the GREAT FOOD coming. Once the pool bar closed I headed to the restaurant fire and ice when I was helped by Jamahl and Patrick both of these men were AMAZINGLY helpful with any questions I had or any food recommendations! Man, the view from Fire and Ice was BREATHTAKING and the food was MOUTHWATERING! I stayed for a week and wanted to fully experience what the island had to offer so Lopez helped me with all things TCI. From local restaurants to hookah lounges to excursions, he was basically like “the man” of the island…the plug of you will lol. I had thee best vacation ever and I never wanted to leave because the entire staff made me feel like I was home! At the end I was sent with warm wishes and safe travels from the manager, Vanessa, herself (I felt special) If you are looking for a luxury home away from in PARADISE highly recommend Blue Haven Resorts in TCI😘

I took a solo trip to Turks and Caicos (I would have never done this anywhere else, I did my research and was also told this is one of the safest islands to visit). However, based on the excellent reviews I read prior to traveling, I chose this resort. The resort is small but private and nice. It’s always clean. The rooms were very nice and to be a resort, I was surprised at how good the food was. The drinks were amazing and they are NOT stingy with the alcohol. The pool is nice. We can get shuttles to transport us to the sister property in which the beach was much nicer at this property, along with more activities. If you are looking for a laid back environment, then Blue Haven is perfect. If you are looking for more energy and activity, then the sister property Alexandria is better. The hotel itself at Blue Haven is nicer. The staff at Blue Haven is amazing, very friendly, personable and accommodating. I absolutely adore Lexi and Kimmy at the front desk. Mac is one of the waiters at fire and ice restaurant and he’s also very nice. I did not like that the resort charges $61 for a COVID test. Most resorts provide “free” testing. Otherwise, I had a great experience for this to be a solo trip and I definitely would return.

We missed our flight and original entry date. They were so nice at accommodating an extra day of stay and accommodated us with a beautiful ocean view suite on the 4th floor. The rooms are beautiful, well maintained and clean. It’s very quiet.

Blue Haven was the perfect place for a relaxing get away. The food was excellent and you never had to wait to be seated unlike the sister property the Alexandria, you had to wait to be seated sometimes. The staff at Blue Haven seemed much more responsive than that of the Alexandria. Lopez is a rock star. Whatever you need, he is the goto guy!!

What a nice resort. The staff was Exceptional! Natilee @ the swim up bar was Awesome. Also Lopez , who booked the excursion. He was Awesome too. I have a few complaints. We had to ask for face towels more than twice. When your spending $11,000 for the week you shouldn’t have to complain or ask for much. The ice maker was broken. Would havre been nice if they stocked the room with 1 roll of paper towel. The air conditioning didn’t fully work in one of the bedrooms. Constantly asked for more water for /four ppl in the room ..was only given 4 bottles daily. Couldn’t reach front desk when needed.
