Fantastic stay and still here now. Was worried at first and it is evident that people are now coming to this resort already worried and on edge which is a shame. I've only seen very rude English people complaining to staff about something in all seriousness irrelevant which is really sad. All restaurants great - Sam deserves a mention at...

We just returned from a 10 day holiday at Buccament Bay. Don't read all the bad stuff - we really enjoyed it. Like others, we arrived close to midnight, having been bumped off our Liat flight at Barbados. We'd been upgraded to a one bedroom villa with plunge pool. I'd like the plunge pool at home! The spa treatments were...

We have just returned from a 10 day holiday at Buccament Bay. We had been reading the reviews for months in advance and were so close to cancelling our hotel because of all of the negative reports but were so glad we didn't. There are some minor problems with the hotel and it is not quite a 5 star but...

Review based on a one week stay at BB between 7th-14th March, having paid around £1300 each via a TravelZoo website deal which included flights from Manchester to Barbados with Virgin and connecting flight with LIAT to St Vincent. Also included were 5 spa treatments each, beach dinner and Sunset Cruise. Upgrade from Elanor Suite to Garden View Villa with...

I have waited a few weeks to write my review so that I could give a balanced viewpoint on reflection. My husband and I got the opportunity to get away for a week without the children and we saw this an opportunity for a bit of a 2nd honeymoon and it was an anniversary for us. I wanted to go...

Stayed for 10 days and overall we enjoyed our stay but there is so much room for improvement. Our villa was lovely but the plunge pool was out of action for the duration of our stay and the A/C dripped onto the ceiling and then through and onto the floor. Our sunset cruise was cancelled and one of the main...

Having read all the reviews I was dreading arriving at Buccament Bay! I need not have worried. We travelled as a group of 4 (two couples). All the positives first----our villa was lovely. the staff were 99.9% absolutely delightful. The food was amazing. The drink was all premium brands and whilst we were there they did not run out of anything....

Stayed here for 3 nights as part of a tour group. The road leading to the resort makes you wonder where you are being taken to....very ramshackle. You have to pull your own luggage along the boardwalk to check in, we were taken to our rooms and shown how things worked. Our villa was great, huge bedroom, dining/seating area, walk...
