We arrived at the PH post Christmas for a stay through the new year. Following the St Kitts covid protocol for testing, arrival was fairly simple- and kudos to the island nation for the organization and clear direction upon arrival at the airport. Having stayed at the property twice before- it was a no brainer to come back- especially to take advantage of the deals due to the covid impact. Glad to come here and support this beautiful property and amazing staff during this time. Due to covid- the property is sparsely populated with guests- thus making this experience feel additionally remote, unique and special. I can go on and and on about the beauty of the property, the beautifully detailed design of the buildings and spaces or the beauty of the surrounding natural landscape- But, the main reason I’m compelled to post a comment is about the exquisite personality and warmth of the staff. EVERYONE is exceedingly warm and gracious- but the folks you see daily as your servers for breakfast lunch and dinner- are stellar. The staff to guest ratio almost feels one to one- we seemingly always have the same servers at every meal. To the hotel management- I have to make a special shout out to Juliet- who served us most mornings- she’s so friendly and nice- it was the best way to meet the day! We didn’t know what to expect given the covid protocols- but the PH St Kitts is handling it professionally and seamlessly, making our third time here the best ever! Thank you!- we can’t wait to come back.

Hotel's Favorite
We just returned from a one-week stay at The Park Hyatt in St. Kitts. During that time we left the resort only once, as we loved the property so much we didn’t want to lose any time there. Our beachfront King Suite was literally steps from the beach, and beautifully furnished and appointed, right down to the easy and intuitive lighting system. Housekeeping was excellent and thoughtful, especially the turn down service which always left you a bottle of water and a glass bedside. We frequently ordered room service, both for breakfast and dinner and it was prompt and delicious. If something was missing or incorrect it was quickly replaced and done with a smile. We ate in all 3 restaurants on the property, with the tasting menu at The Stone Barn being a standout. It was really one of the best meals we ever had. We used both pools and the beach and service at all of them was again friendly and prompt. You simply show up and within seconds someone is setting up your chair, your towels and the umbrella and bringing you a glass of ice water. Sunscreen stations are a nice touch as well. They checked on you often during the day to see if you needed anything. Throughout our stay the service was always friendly and gracious. All in all a luxurious and relaxing top-notch resort.

Could not have asked for a better stay at the Hyatt in St. Kitts. As I work from "home", I was able to relocated without missing any work as the Hyatt accommodated to all my needs. The staff was amazing and became family throughout my stay. I would recommend this trip to anyone and everyone looking for a relaxing get-away.

This Resort is simply paradise on earth. The environment is simply serene and calming. I have stayed at 5 Star hotels across several continents, this hotel’s amazing! The staff are very friendly and polite- they’re very attentive and was constantly asking how things were and how they could help. The CAN-do attitude was fantastic. It would be impossible to praise the staff and resort enough. I was so fortunate enough to be upgraded to the Plunge Pool Rooftop Suite because of my Elite Statue with the World of Hyatt. Huge room, super comfy King Bed, nice living room / seating area, tub, oh and the Plunge Pool ❤️ Absolutely unrivaled and amazing... stunning views 😍 I ate at two of the restaurants, the Fisherman’s Village and the Great House, the service and food was impeccable, as to be expected from a brand such as this. I kinda mentioned Concierge I haven’t eaten any legit Kititian dish so she called Fisherman’s Village to see if they have something for me. When I got back to my suite, I received a call asked me if I want to have a lunch and ofcourse I said YES! They prepared for a Salt Fish and Dumplings... sooooo delicious! If you travel a lot and into eating and drinking like a local, you should try this! They live to the brand’s tag line... Luxury Is Personal ❤️ Best 4 days in paradise- will definitely return. ❤️
