Everything you can want in a vacation from fun and relaxation to great food options each night, movie nights and bond fire nights. Both pool and ocean with spectacular views of Nevis both at day and night. Priceless scenery from any room on the property. I cannot say enough. My family and I had an awesome time. Kj

Hotel's Favorite
We just returned from a one-week stay at The Park Hyatt in St. Kitts. During that time we left the resort only once, as we loved the property so much we didn’t want to lose any time there. Our beachfront King Suite was literally steps from the beach, and beautifully furnished and appointed, right down to the easy and intuitive lighting system. Housekeeping was excellent and thoughtful, especially the turn down service which always left you a bottle of water and a glass bedside. We frequently ordered room service, both for breakfast and dinner and it was prompt and delicious. If something was missing or incorrect it was quickly replaced and done with a smile. We ate in all 3 restaurants on the property, with the tasting menu at The Stone Barn being a standout. It was really one of the best meals we ever had. We used both pools and the beach and service at all of them was again friendly and prompt. You simply show up and within seconds someone is setting up your chair, your towels and the umbrella and bringing you a glass of ice water. Sunscreen stations are a nice touch as well. They checked on you often during the day to see if you needed anything. Throughout our stay the service was always friendly and gracious. All in all a luxurious and relaxing top-notch resort.

Really disappointed to give this hotel 3/5 as many of the staff here really do work hard and were beyond lovely. But ultimately, we paid for and expected a Park Hyatt level of service and attention to detail and this property fell short of that standard on multiple fronts. I left today feeling like I let my family down in providing a relaxing and stress-free week at the beach. About us: Traveled with my family for 7 nights in July 2021. Booked two ocean view suites. Highlights: - Staff could not have been kinder and more welcoming - Food was consistently good to great - Hotel’s stargazing activity was a surprise highlight of the trip. Professional astronomer brought his professional quality telescope to the hotel and spent over two hours with our family. Highly recommend. Tips/FYIs: - Get the private cabana. Great value, nice shaded spaces and lovely staff taking care of you. Also note that most balconies and decks off the guest rooms aren’t covered. So if it rains, you can comfortably sit in your cabana until the rain passes rather than waiting inside your room - Water sports are only available at particular times (e.g., kayaking at 1pm) and have limited slots. So book activities as soon as you arrive - No ATMs on property, so bring plenty of cash for tips - The boutique on site has very limited supplies and the prices were pretty incredible, even for a luxury resort ($35 for a bottle of sunscreen). So bring whatever you need if possible - Food is as expensive as others have noted Disappointments: - One of our “ocean view” suites had a view of palm trees rather than the ocean (avoid room 111). A real disappointment and when we mentioned to a member of staff, we were told “you can see the ocean through the trees”. To be clear, I’d even have been disappointed if this had been referred to as a “partial ocean view” room and, more importantly, that’s not the response I’d expect from a luxury property. - The removal of daily housekeeping for COVID reasons hasn’t been replaced with adequate replacement services. For example, we asked for wash cloths 3 times over two days before ever receiving replacements (and then only one replacement). We similarly drank our morning coffee each day out of empty water bottles because despite asking for coffee cups on every day of our stay, we only ever received two new paper cups on the final day of our stay. Similar issues with towels and a requested tea kettle to make the tea provided in the room never arrived, etc. For a Park Hyatt with Park Hyatt prices, it was a real frustration to struggle with coffee and towels every single day for a week. The basics shouldn’t be requested multiple times over, let alone requested and not received. - Finally, despite the two issues above, the reason I wouldn’t be likely to return was the manner in which an issue at the pool was addressed. Every day of our stay a single party got out a Bluetooth speaker and played their own music loudly so that it could be heard in all areas of the family pool. More songs than not contained explicit lyrics that were inappropriate for children and despite raising with multiple members of staff over several days, nothing changed and we just lived with this for 7 days (direct confrontation with the guest didn’t go well and staff failed to intervene). To be clear, the front desk staff agreed from our first complaint that playing music through speakers at the pool is against policy so it wasn’t an issue of the resort’s vibe not meeting our expectations. Rather, it was simply a service failure that was never rectified. Just before our departure on our final day, the food and beverage manager came to our cabana to apologize for the inconvenience. However, as this was 45 minutes prior to our departure from the resort, it was really too late and the fact that nothing had been done for a full week made clear that our comfort was not the priority. Our pool experience every day was diminished and the stress of dealing with this issue daily to no avail was a real dampener on my vacation. Unfortunately for the amount of money we paid, this resort didn’t meet our expectations and I’d be unlikely to return. Given that multiple service failures were raised and not addressed and no attempt was made to rectify those failures, our stay was surprisingly inconsistent with our experiences at other Park Hyatts. Just not sure this hotel is appropriately classified as a Park Hyatt.

We had a great stay. The location was clean and had very impressive safety procedures. My wife and felt safe and secure the entire stay. We had a beautiful room that overlooked the bay. The front desk was very nice to upgrade us as Globalist to an amazing suite. The staff was incredible, we had the best time.

It's hard to describe how incredible the staff was at the Park Hyatt. They not only assisted us in request we had at the resort, but they helped us get stuff we forgot off the resort during an extreme COVID lock down period on the island. We would highly recommend the Park Hyatt and their amazing staff to anyone looking to travel to the Caribbean.
