This place has a fantastic location, right on top of the beach in Aberdaron. We were a party of 10 for Sunday lunch. The carvery was just what the doctor ordered. We also went back on a wet and windy night and the kids really enjoyed a hot chocolate with a load of whipped cream. The reception on both occasions... More

This pub with rooms is situated right on the beach in the beautiful village of Aberdaron. We had a first floor room with French windows which opened onto a wonderful Seaview. The outdoor terrace beneath the room can be quite noisy in fine weather and at peak times,so if you want an early night it would be better to ask... More

We have just returned as a family of 18 from this wonderful hotel in aberdaron. We we're celebrating my parents 50th wedding anniversary and we had lots of small children. The staff were helpful and polite at all times and despite the small children running around, never lost their cool once. For that, as a family, we will be eternally... More

Overlooking the beach my room had fantastic views. Clean and comfortable with a large walk in shower. The buts concern service. At breakfast had the impression that staff did not know what they were doing. On Saturday morning, a sausage was cooked only on one side and uncooked on the other. I left and mentioned to waitress who said "Oh,... More

Haven't been here for 20 years but so glad we went again. First class location great food and a good choice of beers. Rooms are very nice, very attentive staff and an owner who just doesn't stop working... I was really happy to hear so many Welsh speakers this time too, even the old corpulent white haired woman who did... More

I stayed for a couple of nights in this very pleasant hotel. My room was on the second floor, looking straight out onto the vast and beautiful Aberdaron Bay. The staff were helpful and in most ways, my stay was delightful. WiFi works well downstairs but wasn't good in my room. And for those guests who prefer a dark bedroom... More

Delightful room with excellent decor and huge walk in shower room. Dinner was to be a special occasion. Horrified to first be told we could eat at 6.15 or 8.45 as a local treasure hunt was terminating there. A drink was ordered but on entering restaurant dirty empty glass covered tables and meals not cleared. We waited 45minutes and the... More

A friendly hotel with beautiful views of the sea, comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. The restaurant menu was ok - meals varied from average to good and there was a good choice of beers, wines and other drinks. Free parking was available on the National Trust car park 200 yards from the hotel. The main reason for us staying... More
