After we arrived in Little Cayman we took the 30 second walk to the front desk area. We was given a detailed orientation and then made our way to or villa number 4. A quick inspection of the room, then out the back overlooking the ocean, my first opinion was exactly as stated in the title of this review. Thay opinion only got better. We usually stay at the Little Cayman Beach Resort when we visit this island. Well I think we have found a new location. Already taking about doing at least a week here as this time round it was just a couple of days. Well equipped, spacious, clean and bright rooms. Fantastic pool and deck area. Great restaurant and bar. All staff very welcoming and friendly. I can't recommend this place enough.

We spent two fabulous weeks at the Paradise Villas. This was our second visit to Little Cayman and Paradise Villas and, as before, Marc and Sabine and all the other staff were so friendly and helpful and made our stay perfect. The villa had everything we needed. It was right on the sea which made the front deck the perfect place to relax and enjoy the breeze. The airport is a short walk from the villa but Marc or Sabine will take your luggage in their pickup. The grocery store and ATM are also within walking distance and, although the kitchenette was well equipped, we made good use of the Hungry Iguana. The food at the Hungry Iguana was excellent and you can run a tab which is settled when you check out with Paradise Villas. There are also plenty of bikes available which allow you to get around the island and visit the other resorts. There’s something special about Little Cayman and can’t wait to return.

We returned in May 2019 for a fifth visit, and PV and Little Cayman seem to get better with each visit. Where else can you walk from the Twin Otter airplane to your cottage? Paradise Villas and the Hungry Iguana continue to subtly update their facilities without changing the unique vibe of Little Cayman. A new pool, better wi-fi, improved menus at the Iggy, etc. Marc, Sabine, Kathy, and the crew provide friendly and efficient service and advice. Another big advantage of PV, in our opinion, is that it is not an all-inclusive resort. While you can sign your tab at the Iggy with your PV room #, you are also free to visit the resort restaurants for a change of pace. Did I mention the diving with Conch Club Diving (arranged via PV) is superb? All-in-all, I highly recommend Paradise Villas! Just one request: don’t tell anyone else! 😀

These accommodations were straight out of a dream. The staff, rooms, and location were all incredible, and the best getaway spot you could hope for. The rooms are right on the water, have gorgeous views, and provide a comfortable stay for everyone to enjoy. HIGHLY recommend

If you are looking for a busy, crowded, high energy place to stay, don't come here. If you are looking for a quaint, quiet, Caymanian style cottage feel, this is the place for you. The villas are like duplexes. There are two efficiency style rooms in each building. There are 6 buildings in total (let's call them Villas). Each villa has a full front and rear deck, the rear is sea facing. Each deck has a table and chairs for each room. There is an entrance in the rear and the front, so if you wish to turn the A/C off, you would get the most amazing cross breeze through your room. We went as a family. Me and my husband and our daughter, along with my parents. We had villa 5 and my parents had villa 6. I can not express how happy we were with our choice of accommodation. To have the views of the sound, the breeze, the privacy, the long front porch, the well-stocked rooms, the comfy beds, the access to the pool and bar/restaurant. Everything was just wonderful. I want to point out a few things that I kept emailing Mark and Sabine about in hopes that it will help a fellow traveler. First, the kitchenettes are fully stocked with your basic pots and pans and a set of crockery for 4. There is enough kitchenware to cook many meals (now, I say this because we were on a bit of a budget and would not be able to afford every single meal at LC prices). You can bring your own meat to the island along with other food stuffs (check online with Cayman government). The bathrooms are well stocked with all the shampoo, conditioner and lotions you need. There is even a hairdryer should you need one. Beach towels are provided in the room and at the pool. The futon opens to a full size bed that could sleep 2 just fine. It is also very comfortable. Our daughter had no issue on it at all. The rooms are bright and airy. The bedding is comfortable and if you need anything extra all you have to do is ask. The Hungry Iguana is only a few second walk, you can either walk in front of the cottages on the sand or on the boardwalk, either way, the Iguana is a great place to pop in for a meal or a drink after, we met a lot of locals and a few guests and throughly enjoyed our evenings. One thing to mention is the pool hours are not for paying guests and you can bring your own drinks to the deck and enjoy them. Review for H.I. seperate. Overall, the value for Paradise Villas is amazing, the rooms and service is great. Loved everything about it.
