Our twelve oceanfront villas are located a mere 50 feet from the Sea. They each feature a large front and back porch, air conditioning, and a kitchenette equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, refrigerator/freezer, as well as necessary kitchen dishes and utensils. Our "Hungry Iguana" Restaurant & Bar serves lunch & dinner with daily specials and special requests! So if small, quiet & private appeals to you....contact us today!
This is a perfect place to stay - they offer everything you need. We chose Paradise Villas to celebrate our 38th wedding anniversary and it was the perfect choice. Sabine helped us coordinate booking the scuba portion of our trip (with Little Cayman Divers who were also fabulous). She greeted us at the airport, loaded our bags in her truck and had them delivered right to our cottage's porch (including dive gear and a cooler full of adult beverages).
Check in was quick and painless - Sabine provided us with all the information we needed for our stay, including the opening hours for the local grocery store, liquor store and other bars and restaurants. We were also briefed on all of the COVID 19 protocols they had put in place to ensure guest safety. Very thoughtful and thorough.
Our cottage was an open plan one bedroom unit with a queen size bed. I believe the couch in the living area could have also been used as a pull out bed. The bedroom area had a nice big dresser in it. The toilet and shower were in a room with a door and the sink, vanity and closet were adjacent to that room. The TV is in the bedroom, mounted above the dresser.
The kitchen is very compact but has everything you can think of including dishes and appliances (toaster, microwave, bar fridge etc...). There is a little table facing the window overlooking the water if you want to eat inside. The couch and coffee table were also in this section of the cottage.
Outside there was a table and four chairs if you wanted to eat on the porch facing the water. Beyond the porch, there were comfortable loungers and hammocks.
There is a pool area which is attached to the Hungry Iguana Restaurant (see separate review).
Paradise Villas also provides bicycles for their guests - you just help yourself. The selection was good because we found a bike to fit me (4'10" female) and another for my husband (6' male).
Mark handled our check out and he was fabulous. He made sure we were happy.
Sabine and Mark run an excellent operation and we will definitely be back.
My husband and I live on Grand Cayman and were looking for a weekend getaway to unwind and relax after the Christmas festivities and Paradise Villas in Little Cayman was the perfect choice. We had fantastic communication from Sabine from the very start and she even met us off the plane to help check us in and escort us to our villa. Paradise Villas are gorgeous one-bedroom studio-style villas, just opposite the airport on their own private stretch of beach. The villas are simple but well thought out, providing everything you need for island life. There's a very private and peaceful beach to lounge on in your own private hammock watching the wildlife or a communal pool and jacuzzi to enjoy near The Hungry Iguana (aka the Iggy) restaurant and bar on site. The villas have a portable cooktop, kettle, fridge/freezer and bbq and we brought a cooler full of food and drink (including Boxed's ready meals) and enjoyed home cook meals and a glass of wine on the patio and it was bliss! Our villa also came with fresh towels and beach towels and was cleaned during our two night stay which was a nice stay. We also booked a scooter through Scooten Scooters which was dropped off to us at our villa which was great! If you're looking for a couples escape or a family vacation where everyone can have their own space, Paradise Villas is perfect. I'd highly recommend them and we look forward to visiting again soon!
Thank you for choosing Paradise Villas for your weekend getaway. We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and able to unwind and relax. Thank you for your review and recommendation. Looking forward to seeing you again soon.

Spent four wonderful days at Paradise Villas - we wish we'd had much longer! Mark and Sabine were so helpful before and during our stay. The location is absolutely wonderful - I could sit on the verandah and look at the beautiful view forever! Not to mention the frigate birds, swallows and booby birds.
The rooms are spotless and the kitchenette has everything you need to prepare a meal if you don't want to eat out. The off license and supermarket are only a couple of minutes walk away. There was a BBQ too which was great and we used that most evenings. The bed was incredibly comfortable and enormous and the shower was amazing!
Wish we could have stayed much longer and really hope to be back one day!

Just finishing another great stay at paradise villas. Still enjoying the salt breeze on the deck, listening to the surf and taking in the great ocean view with frigates fishing in the surf. A manager at one of the nearby resorts where we’ve previously stayed, just shared, if she were visiting little cayman, paradise villas is where she’d stay. Exactly low key, everything you need and fun! Food at Iggys snd Gay’s seahorse cafe is hard to beat. Diving with Little Cayman divers was lovely. We’ll be back.

We enjoyed our one week stay at Paradise Villas. The cottages are right on the beach, large front porches with chairs & tables. Lounge chairs & hammocks on the beach. Swimming pool & hot tub at the end of the cottages right beside the Hungry Iguana restaurant. Marc & Sabine are so friendly & accommodating, helpful with everything. We rented a car from Little Cayman Car Rentals & dove with Little Cayman Divers, all located in the same office building as Paradise Villas. The cottages are clean, comfortable, fully-equipped with coffee maker, tea kettle, hot plates, fridge, microwave, dishes, silverware, pots & pans. Great air-conditioning. The beautiful, big king-size bed was a dream! Thanks Marc & Sabine for a great stay!

The location just cannot be better - literally 1 minute walk from the airport and the grocery store. Pool and hot tub are amazing, a great way to relax in the evening. Villas inside are super clean, have everything we needed, microwave, portable stove, kettle - you name it. All staff are super friendly and will go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Restaurant just by the pool have a bit of limited dinner menu, but is very delicious! Make sure you book in advance for New Years Eve - we were lucky to get the last available table, but other days it was pretty quiet. You can take bicycles for free from the hotel and they are a great way to go around whether you go to a minute-away grocery store or around the island.

What a wonderful place- the name says it all, "paradise". We had such a peaceful and wonderfully laid back and much- needed vacation at Paradise Villas. It surpassed my expectations. The room (#2) was immaculate and much better equipped and supplied than expected- I was expecting a coffee maker and a small refrigerator but we were supplied with a microwave, a portable burner cooktop, cookware, crockery, glassware and flatware/cooking utensils. The unit was very thoughtfully equipped with soaps, drying racks, sponges, etc for the kitchenette as well as bath toiletries along with beach towels. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. A table and chairs on the porch were great for morning coffee with a view and there were plentiful chairs, loungers and hammocks along the beachfront. The best thing about this place was the very friendly and helpful management and staff- from booking until checkout they were top notch. There were bicycles for free use, a library of books in the office, a car rental office on site and advice and recommendations about places to visit on the island- wonderful service!! The pool and hot tub had a wonderful oceanfront view and plenty of loungers and a bin of pool towels - a great place to relax. We also enjoyed the onsite bar and restaurant- The Hungry Iguana that served lunch and dinner- breakfast only on weekends, unfortunately, so we did not have breakfast there; however, the Seahorse Boutique and Cafe very nearby had wonderful breakfast and lunch. The grocery store (much better than I expected!!) and liquor store were virtually next door so you had all one would need at hand. We loved our time at Paradise Villas and hope to return!! Thank you all so much.…

My wife and I stayed here for a week while diving in Little Cayman. Mark and Sabine own and manage this place. They are terrific and a pleasure to work with. We dove with Little Cayman Divers who they share a building with (highly recommend). The villas were very nice and have everything you will need. The Hungry Iguana is a restaurant that adjoins the villas and is quite good. Plus you visit the Iguana’s bar and they provide you with all the ice you can carry. Our villa looked out on the Caribbean and had a clothesline to dry your dive gear off. The villa was cleaned every day by two friendly housekeepers. We loved staying here and will be back as soon as we can pay off the last trip 💰🤿

This was our first trip to Little Cayman Island. Our stay at Paradise Villas was amazing. First off Mark is awesome! He was so helpful. The Villas are very nice. So comfortable and located in a great part of the island. The ocean views from the villas are beautiful. We will be back and will be staying again at Paradise Villas! Thanks Mark. We just made our second visit for 4 nights to celebrate our 35th anniversary. We love the charm of the villas and the fantastic view just outside our back door. The room was very well maintained with all the amenities you need for your stay. We really enjoyed the walk-in rain shower after a day of snorkeling. Marc and Sabine were more than accommodating to our weather-struck arrival and departure issues. The villas are conveniently located within easy walking distance to the airport, car rental and grocery store. The restraunt on the groumds is one of the best on the island. We wouldn't stay anywhere else!

We had a fabulous stay at this unassuming beach villa/bungalow. We love the island for its simplicity, peacefulness and lack of amenities. The bungalow is freshly decorated, compact but with all you need for a holiday by the ocean. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom and kitchenette well equipped and the balcony view wonderful. The villa was cleaned up daily by the lovely ladies and we used the pool and hot tub regularly. The beach is ok for a dip but not a full sandy experience so recommend going out on the dive boat for full swims, dives or snorkels. In the office Mark was very helpful and we loved the little restaurant attached, the Hungry Iguana. We made breakfast and lunch in the villa with purchases from the ‘village store’ and we couldn’t have been happier. The dive operation attached to the villa is also five star and I will be reviewing them separately. We can’t wait to come back. Many thanks to the team. Virginia and Andy…

My wife and I have stayed at Paradise Villas many times in the past, but not for a few years. Just visited again and we are so pleased with the renovations and improvements they have done. Our villa had a renovated bathroom, beautiful tile and glass shower enclosure with a rain-shower and handheld, and new kitchen cabinets, fixtures and small appliances. During COVID, they built a rock wall behind the villas and created a sandy “beach” between the villas and the wall, which is beautiful for lounging. The new king-size sleigh bed is great and new windows and screens let in the fresh breezes and the sounds of the palms and waves. The WiFi is strong and the fajita specials at the Hungry Iguana next door were fantastic. We’ll be back for sure.
