Stayed a week in January 2018. Worst weather they’ve ever had. But location was great. Condo was older but in good shape. Still great to hear the surf as you sleep! Near the southern end of the seven mile beach.

When you stand at the beach, you can see the coral. You will see plenty of colorful wildlife at this coral. There are other spots where you can see turtles and such (none on Seven Mile), but I would recommend taking a look at least once right in front.

Hi. I am the owner of #40. That review is almost 3 years old. Since that time, the club Royal Palms Beach Club has installed an enclosed bandshell to dampen the noise. We have spent $20,000 to install, sound barrier sliding doors. The sound level is monitored very closely and we have had no complaints in several years. Hope this helps.

where did you book from?
VRBO's website -- I recommend Trinda Blackmore! Her condos are wonderful, I think she owns three there now and lives on site.
