This 3 story condo complex is located on Seven Mile Beach. It is a small complex - 15 condos. The Anchorage is known for having one of the most fabulous beaches on Seven Mile Beach - Cayman Islands. Beach front condos are 2 bedroom, 2 bath and den or 3 bedroom condos. The Garden A and Garden B condos have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. All condos have central A/C, free wireless internet, cable TV, ceiling fans and a complete kitchen. All condos have either a screened balcony or patio. Amenities: Fresh water pool, beach cabanas, beach umbrellas, plenty of beach furniture for all to enjoy, outdoor shower, barbecue grills, tennis court and daily maid service everyday except Sundays and some public holidays.
We are a family of 4 that vacationed at The Anchorage Nov 1 to 9, 2022. We will definitely be back in the future. A small clean and well kept complex. Refreshing pool, groomed large beach area with palapa huts, umbrellas and plenty of chaise loungers. Ocean was Crystal clear and nice and sandy out front. Down the beach to the right We snorkeled and seen a giant green moray eel, several rays, tons of beautiful fish, puffer fish and octopus. Pool, beach and ocean are spectacular. We were in unit 10. Very clean, nicely furnished, everything you need to cook meals and lots of place settings. Large Beach towels are provided. Maid service daily to fix beds, change towels, and clean. Provided in this unit were shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, bar soap, dishwasher pods, dish soap, paper towels and tissues. There is a washer and dryer combo in the unit, bring your own detergent. Fosters grocery is a 2 minute drive and you can get everything you need. In the same complex is a wind and spirits store, dairy queen and Cafe that serves food all day long. We can't wait for our return to the Anchoarage. Andy, the property manager is super friendly as is all the other staff.

I couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our family summer vacation! The water was amazing! The sand was perfect! Staff were amazingly accommodating! Rooms were always clean! There were pots, pans, utensils, plates, wine glasses all included in the room. It felt like I was home. Laundry available in the room. I will definitely be going back! I won’t stay anywhere else!

We have stayed in the Anchorage for over 30 years. It is situated on the most beautiful part of Seven Mile Beach-the sand is like sugar and the water is so clear that you can literally see the fish swimming by. The condos have all the amenities you need and the staff are personable and willing to help you in whatever you need. Since the complex is so small, the beach is never crowded and is serene and calm.If you want a quiet place to destress and take in the beauty of the Island-this is the perfect place to stay.

The Anchorage has been our favorite location to stay while visiting Grand Cayman. While we had stayed at other condos on 7 mile, more than half of our 20+ visits have been to this condo. It is ideally located on 7 mile. The units are excellent, convenient and well apportioned. Our family has grown (we're now grandparents), and our second visit this past year was the first time the grandchildren accompanied us. Yes, they brought their parents as well! Their mom has been coming since she was in diapers herself as well as their aunt. The staff is always welcoming, taking care of us and welcoming us back - feels like family. In fact, they went the extra mile this last time making the grandchidren's condo 'kid safe'! Andy was so very helpful (again!) with the grocery delivery service. I have to mention the beach and area. Representative of 7 mile, you aren't fighting to find a beach chair each morning! The other clients we have met (and seen again at following visits) have been great to sit watching the sunsets. And the area in the water is without coral to step on or slip on as in some other areas. Looking forward to our next visit to Grand Cayman and The Anchorage!!

The Anchorage is a hidden gem! We stayed in unit #16 with a lovely garden view. We spent all our time at the beach, which is a 2 second walk downstairs, so we didn’t need the ocean view. The location is perfect, you are close enough to walk to the hotels/ restaurants, but you don’t have the crowds. Plenty of lounge chairs by the beach in this boutique complex. The unit is very nice, comfy beds, stocked kitchen and a washer dryer. The unit can sleep up to 6 people comfortably. We got great value and will be booking this unit again. Also the snorkeling was great right in front of the complex. Highly recommend!

We have been visiting The Anchorage for many years. We always stay in #12, which we consider our home away from home. When we have a larger group, we have also rented additional condos; this year it was #7 which was beautiful.
This condo complex is perfect for our needs. It is small, has a beautifully maintained private beach and pool, plenty of chairs available, with umbrellas and palapas available as well. The beach is great for walking, the water for swimming and snorkeling. Several paddle boards are available, and many of our group really loved them.
Management has changed since our earlier visits, so we were a little concerned, but Andy was FABULOUS.
We also like that it is situated in West Bay, away from the crowded areas. Yet it is very accessible.
My family, friends, and I all highly recommend The Anchorage.

My family and I have been coming to The Anchorage since the 1970's. It is always the perfect place to recharge and enjoy the most perfect beach on the island. The management goes above and beyond on a regular basis. Most recent trip was to bring my "new" family along for my beach wedding. They fell in love with it instantly. It's not just the location, it's in large part the staff - the groundskeepers, housekeepers as well as Andy that make you want to keep coming back. This trip we stayed in Unit #3, which was perfect for our family of 6 who were constantly in and out of the water. We also loved that we were north of the hotels, in a more quiet area - but an easy drive to everything that we needed. We'll be back soon!

Another wonderful stay in unit #10, three bedrooms, two full baths and a view of the beach. Complete with all amenities: WiFi, equipped kitchen, daily housekeeping and beach towels. The beach has plenty of lounge chairs in the sun or under shaded palm frond roofs, and of course the clear turquoise water! Already looking forward to next year.

My brother and I live on island with our families. We rented 2 condos for our family to come visit us. Everyone had an amazing stay! The condos were perfect for our large group. The pool was so clean and refreshing. And that VIEW! It doesn’t get any better. The screened in porches were awesome to keep the bugs away and relax in the shade with a fan above for a breeze. The walk out unit was so convenient for the kids coming back and forth too. The cleaning staff were so kind and did an amazing job. My family stayed at The Anchorage Condos during Spring Break of 2022. I cannot say enough about the week we spent at The Anchorage. Andy and his staff go out of their way to make sure that your stay at the property is a positive and memorable one. The Anchorage is truly a hidden gem on Seven Mile Beach. It is far enough away from the busier parts of the island to keep you away from the noise and traffic of those areas. The beach and pool area are kept spotless and clean by Andy and his staff. I will make sure to find my way to the Anchorage Condo as soon as possible !

no rocks, sandy bottom,beautiful crystal clear water. no drop off either. If your facing the water swim towards the right an there are rocks, but that's where you'll see the fish, great snorkeling otherwise just perfect.
