When we walked in and saw the view we knew we found the perfect place! The property manager was excellent in communications and recommendations. Condo was nicely laid out, plenty of room, very clean, housekeeping was outstanding with cleaning and kept replensihing towels. Private beach with tables, chairs and umbrellas. Walking distance to multiple great restaurants! The grounds were gorgeous with a swimming pool and tennis court. An amazing place to stay and we will be returning! Highly recommend!

We stayed four nights in unit #25 and couldn’t be more pleased with our choice to stay at Colonial Club. The units are modestly priced (relatively speaking) and we feel you get a lot of value for the price! The units and grounds are immaculately maintained. Our observation is that the Colonial Club is very well managed. Omar and staff provided excellent service and are also very friendly and endearing.
Our unit is well appointed and well stocked. It has a very open feel and plenty of room. There are two bedrooms with “on-suite” baths. The den can easily become a semi-private third bedroom with a closet. There is also a half-bath in the main hallway. The kitchen is well equipped. There are plenty of towels, plenty of beach towels and plenty of provisions.
The beach at the complex is pristine. There are plenty of umbrellas, tables, chairs and lounge chairs … and we never felt crowded at all. This complex is on a very nice stretch of beach, was not crowded even with cruise ships in port. We enjoyed several leisurely walks down the beach in either direction.
Although our particular unit was not one of the “direct walk onto the beach”units … the view from the covered patio was more than adequate to satiate our “beach view cravings.”
The grocers (Fosters) and several restaurants are all within short walking distance … to include a nicely landscaped, paved and lighted walkway to the Camana Bay shops.
Colonial Club looks just like their representations on their website. I am attaching a few of our photos for your reference. We own a light twin airplane and prior to covid made three to four Caribbean trips a year … both in our aircraft and via airlines. This one is on the “We’ll be back” list!

As someone who has taken many beach vacations on many different islands, This was the best beach, location and overall vibe I can remember, The condo is about 40 steps away from the water. When we were too lazy to walk outside for the sunsets, we just watched them from our living room. Omar, the manager, was extremely helpful and professional and keep everything as carefree as possible during our stay. The maid service was great as well. We will definitely be going back.

The best unit possible, ground floor 50 yards from the Caribbean Sea, best location on the 7 Mile Beach, just south of the Ritz the Westin Hotels. Everything is updated in the unit and spotless. This is our third year there and we are already booked for next year. On site management is excellent.

We stayed in a first floor, gulf facing unit with two master bedrooms, a den with a pull-out sofa, a very large dining and living area, and a screened-in front section veranda. There was a third full bathroom near the den. There were 4 large Samsung smart TVs connected to the WiFi system. The Colonial Club is located on the best section of 7 Mile Beach, just down from the Ritz and the Weston. The beach is beautiful and is raked almost daily, creating a pristine view of the Gulf of Mexico. The property has installed about 10 large umbrellas for shade and has numerous palm trees offering additional areas of shade. The swimming pool is small but adequate and perfectly maintained. It is across the street from Ragazzi’s, Deckers, and Lone Star and less than a 5 minute walk to Copper Falls and Saltwater Grill, all great restaurants. The manager, Omar, is very attentive to all your needs, is very friendly, and runs a great organization. This condo is the nicest one we’ve ever rented and we booked our 2021 stay of 2 weeks before we returned home to Michigan.

We stayed 18 nights and will certainly return....hopefully next year!!
Amazing sea views and a fantastic spot on Seven Mile Beach. The beach is perfect here for both sunbathing and swimming. The sea was so calm and warm.
The apartment was well maintained, very comfortable and clean, and had excellent cooking and washing facilities. Omar and the team were so friendly too, which was lovely.
The location is great for eating out as there are a good choice of bars and restaurants only minutes away on foot. There is also a quality supermarket (Fosters) and wine store only 10 minutes walk away to stock up with all your usual goodies.
All in all a wonderful experience and one we will certainly be repeating.

Of all the places we have stayed in Grand Cayman The Colonial Club is by far the best. It has the most spacious suites equipped with everything one would need. The grounds, pool and tennis court are exceptionally well maintained. Rooms are cleaned and fresh towels are placed daily and the property manager(Omar) is attentive to your every need. The beach is the best and quietest of any around. It is an easy walk to the new Foster’s grocery store, Camana Bay shopping, and some of the best restaurants on SMB. Needless to say , we highly recommend The Colonial Club.

A beautiful hidden gem on seven mile beach! So quiet and clean, with plenty of umbrellas and chairs for the entire condo. Perfect walking distance to Camana Bay (restaurants) and grocery stores, as well as some other quick local places. Omar was extremely helpful with navigating the island. Housekeeping was scheduled to come daily, which we didn’t feel we needed, so we let Omar know and took care of things ourselves a bit. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

We made Colonial Club and Grand Cayman our first vacation after the long COVID interruption. We are repeat customers and are glad to report that the Colonial Club is every bit the perfect stay we were expecting. Omar and his staff are really the best representation of what hospitality means. Omar manages to be cordial, friendly, attentive yet un-intrusive all at the same time. It's obvious he runs a tight ship as the condos are extremely well-managed and in great condition. He has answers to every question or request you'll ever have. The cleaning staff is so thorough and friendly. There are abundant towels, lounge chairs, umbrellas, etc. The pool is clean and well maintained as well. We can walk right out of the condo and be at a central, wide yet quiet stretch of Seven Mile beach. We were in a 3 bedroom condo on the ground floor. There was plenty of room for our family including 2 teens. It was also well stocked so as to make the place feel more like a "home". Restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies all within a very short walk and water sport rentals such as jet skis are within a short stroll along the beach. No better place to be if one wants a private little stretch of paradise. Huge thanks to Omar and his staff for making this all possible. We will for sure come back.

We stayed for a week in a ground floor 2 bedroom (plus study with a fold out couch), three full bathroom unit. Fantastic property and location. There are plenty of umbrellas and lounge chairs for guests. Beach and property are immaculately maintained. Walking distance to many restaurants (Tillies is next door) and Camana Bay including Foster's supermarket, Blackbeards liquor store and other stores. Highly recommend.

Hi Carole. I don't know of anywhere on island that rents the circular rafts, but "paradisepaddlecayman" rents a number of floating mats and pads as a possible alternative. Also, most of our rentals will have a floats and water gear available for use. We'll investigate adding a circular raft in the future. Thanks and have a great day!
