This year, wife and I split our Grand Cayman vacation with a few nights at a condo on Seven Mile Beach and a few nights at Annie’s (early February, 2020). Annie and Peter were great hosts, answering questions, providing information and making sure our stay was confortable. The residence is in a very quite area (didn’t hear a single chicken at night!) and a short drive out to the main road (Esterly Tibbetts Hwy) so, it’s very convenient to the restaurants and beaches of seven mile beach. Our room had a confortable queen bed and an in-suite bathroom, with walkin shower and double sinks. There is a large “common” area in the center of the house which is covered, but open air. This is where we would have breakfast and also bring our cheese, crackers and drinks out for a ‘before-dinner’ snack. As we left early for dive trips a couple of days, they made sure we had some hot coffee and a small bite to eat on our way out to the dive boat. After returning a few hours later, we were offered a made to order, full cooked breakfast, which was wonderful. We also used their outdoor shower/hose to rinse our dive equipment and wetsuits and were able to hang items outdoors to dry. Although Annie’s doesn’t have an ocean view and direct, walking access to a beach, it was a wonderful place to stay, and a small fraction of the cost of the beachfront condos. We would happily return for another stay at Annie’s.

I visited Grand Cayman March 14th thru March 17th of 2019. I stayed three nights at Annies place B/B and the B/B exceeded my expectations. From the time I arrived until I left I had the feeling that I was at home. Annie and Peter who own and operate the B/B are wonderful people that make you truly feel welcome. The B/B is just beautiful and when I walked into my room the first night I felt that I had arrived in my own home. Comfortable - spotless and everything I needed for a great stay. The room had all the amenities needed including an inroom safe, television, mini fridge and modern ensuite bathroom. I slept well and the queen bed was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious each morning: fruit bowl, eggs, bacon, toast, fresh orange juice, coffee - perfect start to every day!! The walk to seven mile beach was only 12 minutes and I enjoyed the safe residential neighborhood along the way. Annie and Peter went out of their way to make my trip perfect. They and their B/B ARE FABULOUS. I've traveled to many b/bs around the world and this property is at or near the top of my list. Do not hesitate to book this B/B.

This must be a world class little guest house. It is centrally located yet quiet, with an old-world ambiance. The award-winning proprietors have great experience of Grand Cayman, which they are very happy to share. Peter and Annie are a mine of information on the history of the island, as well as on where to go and what to do. Generously staffed, the standards of service are very high. We cannot speak too highly of the establishment.

We stayed at Annie’s Place during Christmas holiday. It was an absolutely delightful experience. The owner Annie and Peter were kind and helpful. The room was sparkling clean and the location was close to everything. We were served free a la crate breakfast everyday! They even invited us to their Christmas party. We highly recommend this place to anybody!

I can’t say enough about Annie’s Place. Our hosts Peter and Annie and their fine staff treated us to the kind of stay one usually dreams of but rarely gets. The location is fantastic as it is central to all the best beaches and restaurants. The driving is easy making this retreat away from the throngs of tourists even more appealing. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family and hope to see these fine people again next year!

It is always very rewarding to see such kind reviews written about our property and ourselves. It just goes to show that if you practice Cayman Kind hospitality at your property it will reap rewards and ensure the guest has had a most enjoyable time visiting all of Cayman. Thank you Martha, come back soon. Peter and Annie.
