I stayed at Paradise Pointe Apartments in West Bay for one week over Christmas 2021. Mary and Phil, the hosts, are incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, there to help, but give you enough space if one wants. They live on the property. Paradise Pointe overlooks the sea, so you have the most wonderful sunrise and sunsets and can hear the waves every time you sit out on the balcony. The location is breathtaking. The apartment (number 3) is well-decorated, has a large living room, kitchen with everything one would need, bathroom stocked with towels for bath and beach, and a large bedroom. It felt like your own homey apartment. All apartments have their own private entrance. The apartment is spotless and was recently painted. I suggest that if staying here you rent a car and parking is accessible on location. I would not personally swim from the location as there is a lot of iron shore, but it is a quick drive to 7MB. For me, this was an absolutely perfect location and Mary and Phil could not have been more pleasant. There is no housekeeping at this location which was absolutely no problem for me, but should be noted in the review and you are asked to take out your own trash. I loved my stay at Paradise Pointe.Would absolutely recommend this property and will definitely plan to stay here again.

This was our second visit to Grand Cayman and we could not be happier with Paradise Point. Mary and Phil are the most gracious people and wonderful hosts.They made us feel very welcome. Our apartment was well equipped and we enjoyed watching the sunset from beach area each night. This is a perfect location - easy walk to the public beach and easy access to the public bus which will affordably take you anywhere on the island. We will definitely be back as soon as we can.

We stayed here for a week. The apartment was clean, bed comfortable, and right on the ocean. If it was a calm day you could probably snorkel right out in front, though it didn't get calm enough for us there.
They also have a beautiful deck you can relax on right on the ocean with comfortable chairs.
It is a beautifully quiet location. We had a rental car and it was perfect for that. They had beach towels and beach chairs you could take to different beaches with you. There were also plenty of towels in the bathroom. That was wonderful. We would go back there in a heartbeat.

Paradise Point is a gem of a find! The location couldn't be better, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. Enjoying our morning coffee on the edge of the ocean, watching the sun rise and the boats coming and going was an absolute perfect start to every day. We ended the days the same way, watching the boats out on the water, and the lights of Seven Mile Beach. Phil & Mary are wonderful hosts! Our apartment was 2nd floor, ocean view, with a balcony, full kitchen, and king size bed. It was clean, and comfortable in every way. Went to GCM last minute to join family already staying there. Phil and Mary are great hosts and the apartments were so clean and comfortable. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Prices are very reasonable for the Caymans. A car is helpful for getting groceries but the bus goes by the property as well. I can’t wait to go back again. We originally stayed at Paradise Point in 2018 and we couldn't wait to go back. We were there the first week of December and we had a different room this time but it was just as great! Bathroom is freshly renovated and everything is always so Clean! Mary and Phil are great and very helpful. Love spending time on the terrace and just listening to the ocean and watching all the boat traffic and waves! Best keep secret! We can't wait to go back again!

We stayed in apt #2. 2nd floor apt facing the ocean w/ a wrap around deck and nice courtyard w/ briquette BBQ area, lounge chairs, and swaying coconut palms. No beach but one is within short walk or even shorter drive. Nearby grocery, gas, dining, beaches, liquor store, and access to public buses a huge plus. Area is quiet and away from cruise terminal and the daily hoardes of passengers. Mary and Phil, the owners, were pleasant and very helpful w/ directing us to the sites and best places to eat and shop for our stay. We would come back and stay here exclusively for a repeat visit. While not a 5 star glitzy or newly remodeled facility, it met our needs perfectly. It is a VRBO property and was the best value I could find after much research. My husband and I recently stayed at Paradise Pointe, unit 5. The views are wonderful, great little courtyard to hang out in. The apartment itself was clean, had all the necessary bits (linens, towels, coffee pot, cookware etc..)-- even beach towels for us to use since i neglected to pack any. Mary and Phil were friendly and checked in without being invasive or anything- nice people that want to help you have a good time. The actual location was perfect for us, far enough from the center of everything that we didn't have party/touristy noise/lights/traffic all the time but a super close drive to get wherever we wanted. Grocery store and liquor store very close and a place for me to get lots of my favorite Tortuga Rum Cakes down the road...
I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and I would stay there again!

This was our second stay at Paradise Point and we couldn't be more pleased. Our condo was right beside the ocean, well equipped and convenient to the diving we did in the West End. AC in both the bedroom and front room kept us cool despite the very warm July temps. With a great views of 7-mile beach, the complex itself is a bit dated, but has an Old World charm. Mary is so easy to work with and very attentive. We very much appreciated her and her husband's efforts to make our stay perfect in every way.

We stayed a week in condo 11. It met all of our needs -- clean, quiet, close to groceries and north dive sites. It does not have a pool, which would make it unsuitable for some, however it is right on the ocean as you can see from this picture. We only had AC in the bedroom, which made the living room/kitchen area very warm at times, but it did have a ceiling fan and screened windows. Since it was cloudy the entire week we didn't have a problem with the heat. Condo 11 is on the second floor with a small table and chairs out on the balcony. We enjoyed "happy hour" there every evening watching the waves. Since it was low season we had the complex to ourselves most of the week. The kitchen was sparse. It needed pot holders and a pitcher, but everything worked well. We would have liked a gas grill, but as it was we never had a chance to BBQ. It does have high speed internet, flat screen TV, hair dryer, plenty of plush towels and a very comfortable king-size bed. This complex is aging, but the owners are working to fix it up. It does not include maid service of any kind. For the price we thought it was a good value and plan to stay here again in the future.
