Sea Orchard Retreat is directly oceanfront and offers (4) private 2BR/2BA cottages, a large pool with heated spa, gym, studio, cabanas and hammocks. Airport greeting and transportation. Menu of activities, workshops & vendor-supplied excursions. We are only a 10 minute ride from the resorts, water-sports, restaurants and activities on 7 Mile Beach

Our family rented Papaya cottage and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Fiona was so kind and helpful - she helped arrange transportation after our unexpected late flight arrival meant we couldn't get our rental car...she even brought food to the cottage since we had had nothing to eat all day, and took us to the car rental office the next morning. The cottages are clean, bright and modern with great amenities (even the rollaway bed was comfortable). The quiet and peaceful setting was just what we were hoping for, to avoid crowds. Paddleboards, kayaks and snorkeling gear were available for our use. The property is adjacent to a nature preserve which was a great route for a run, and Ristorante Papagallo was a short walk. The pool and cabanas were great and we spent a couple of nights hanging out with the other families who were staying which was really nice. Getting to 7-mile beach was a quick 10-15 minute drive. We are glad we rented a car, since the quiet location means a little more driving. This is the perfect place to stay if you don't want hotel rooms, and are craving a serene location.

A group of 17 of us girls stayed on the property for a girls trip bachelorette weekend. The property is spectacular and beautiful! There are 4 “cottages” that really are homes with huge living room space, nice updated and clean bathrooms and kitchens. The pool is big and there were plenty of lounge chairs and great outdoor eating space. There is a stairway right down to a private beach, just need water shoes because it is a bit rocky. Fiona the property owner is lovely and was a great help to us in every way! She helped us coordinate taxis throughout the weekend, a private chef to come to the house, and even took us to the liquor store. Overall it was an excellent stay and I would definitely go back!!!

From check-in to check out I had nothing but an amazing and relaxing time. The compound is well situated by the ocean and the individual dwellings are perfectly spaced to give you privacy. The interior of the house was amazing. Spacious and modern to give you a freeing feeling as you enter. Not to mention the pool and jacuzzi...there is even a little gym so you can keep fit. I would definitely stay here again!

My friends and I booked Mango Cottage for a stay cay in october. I feel so privileged to have had the opportunity to stay at Sea Orchard Retreat. The cottage and facilities far exceeded our expectations and the location was beyond dreamy. I've lived on the island for a few years but my stay at the retreat brought me closer to the dream of caribbean island living then I have ever come before. Waking up to the sound of the waves lapping on the shore, the smell of the sea salt in the air, hermit crabs bimbling across the sand, palm trees where I could hang my hammock....it was all just perfect. Our host was really helpful and accommodating too. Top tip if you really want to indulge - my friends and I arranged massages at the cottage with anytime wellness who don't charge a travel fee for West Bay! Bonus! My only regret for my stay was that we didn't stay longer.

What an amazing experience! Without exception, the guests LOVED our extended wedding weekend at Sea Orchard. So nice to have the property to ourselves occupying all four wonderful cottages, and having a pool and hot tub to ourselves. The wedding was held on the lawn at one end with vows overlooking the ocean. Overhead strings of lights that we had installed for the event made the area beautiful by night as well. Fantastic photos captured the unforgetable experience. The cottages were nicely decorated. Amenities provided everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The area was quiet and so relaxing. My only regret is that I didn't get a chance to use the provided ocean kayaks and paddle boards - we ran out of time! Friendly and helpful owner and staff.

Our family and friends celebrated my wife's 70th birthday and we couldn't have been more pleased with Sea Orchard Retreat. The accommodations were perfect as we were able to house thirteen celebrants with their own space and we had enough for communal activities as well. Everyone had a great time, and I would highly recommend Sea Orchard Retreat for any family or corporate outing. We will be going back.

We stayed in Pomegranate cottage, part of Sea Orchard Retreat. The accommodations are beautiful, comfortable and well maintained. The owner is helpful, accommodating and easy to communicate with. The spot in West bay is quiet and relaxing! We will definitely be back!

We were impressed with Sea Orchard from the secured entry gate, driving through a short driveway. We stayed in Papaya Cottage. Vic met us at arrival and showed us around the property. There was another couple on the property for part of our stay. The bed was so comfortable we slept like babies. The kitchen was well equipped. We had everything needed for daily breakfast. We felt so relaxed and the views of the water are amazing. The property is super quiet. The beach area was not great but we found cemetery beach close by and Seven mine beach is not a far drive. We ate at Papagallo, Tukka and West Bay diner. We were also very impressed with the quick responses from Fiona and Vic they were so attentive. There are some updates that are needed but they were pretty minor.

We used the Papaya Cottage for a strategic retreat for our small work team. It was the perfect location to get thoughts flowing as well as to help our team get to know each other better. Ms Fiona and Ms. Vic were both very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this special place to teams who want to do team building and to have a quiet place to dig into work. My husband and I stayed at the Papaya Cottage. It was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect and the beach front was absolutely beautiful. There's also plenty of shade so we spent a lot of time just reading by the beach. The gym was well equipped and helped us keep active during our stay. The best part was just how peaceful it was. I am definitely planning to stay again in the future!
