We moored here for one night. Very pretty bay and very helpful staff. We ate as a flotilla group in the main entrance & the food was beautifully presented & the service excellent. Pirate show was great fun if a little cheesy but all contributions for a great cause - the children of Haiti. Showers were a bit ‘rustic’ but clean & there was a little provision store which was handy. All in all we really enjoyed our visit & would return.
We stayed here for a night and had a blast! Kirsis and Lennox are two members at the bar, Jumbies. They were amazing and took great care of their guests. The food at the bar was great and so were the drinks. We watched the Pirate Show that evening. It was fun and got people smiling and laughing. Great for kids and adults. Then we went to hear the Steel Drummer upstairs in the restaurant. We were one of two parties upstairs. Not many people knew about the upstairs or the drummer but he was AMAZING!! He is a must see. Ask the staff if he is playing while you are there. The Dock Master was one of a kind and was one of the nicest men we met our entire trip. He assisted us with getting fuel and water before our departure. Loved this place!!
Hoping for an an afternoon of nice drinks and good island music we saw a very corny show and left early. The drinks were fine but the entertainment was well below par. It may have been fine for 7th graders but not four our group.
We were a group of 11 (5 adults, 6 kids) & we loved the selection & quality of the beach buffet on Friday night! It was a great kickoff to our week of sailing. The jumbees were exciting to watch and the band was great. The people of Leverick Bay Resort have done an excellent job bringing the place back to pre-storm conditions— it’s great to see the progress. Anyone complaining in their reviews should stay home!
We started our British Virgin Islands two week vacation by staying at the Leverick Bay Resort. Travelling as two couples we each had a room. King size beds, balconies, the rooms are on the ridge overlooking Leverick Bay - a lovely setting. There are lots of activities on campus including a super market (only option for breakfast on site), a patio level restaurant, pool side bar and meal service, Jumbies beachside bar, live entertainment some nights (a Pirate show), classy restaurant on the second level, laundry service, spa and close to 100 mooring balls and full Marina service. Taxis always accessible. Ask for Keon - he's great. The beach is not great...but lots of great beaches to our on Virgin Gorda. Letica and Melissa at the front desk are very helpful and courteous.
