The hosts Tiffany and Jason were more than accommodating to our needs even before our stay. They always respond quickly and address any needs or refills of supplies you may need. They are easy to communicate to and listen to what you have to say. The villas were spacious and cool even on the warmer days. They are cleaned and fully stocked with all the basic necessities you could imagine. I would highly recommend anyone staying on Tortola to come here because of her great hospitality and the proximity to the beach!

We're back from our second stay. CBV is now our go-to for onshore stays on Tortola. The villas are very well-furnished and equipped down to the most thoughtful details, and the views above Cane Garden Bay are the best! To top it all off, hosts Jason & Tiffany are warm & welcoming and happy to provide great local knowledge. I look forward to our next trip.

My stay here at Coconut Breeze Villas has been amazing. The location is perfect- I am in walking distance from the beach and all the restaurants, however it is quiet and private area. The rooms are clean, cozy, and stocked with everything you need. There is even air conditioning in the bedrooms that are very refreshing. Tiffany and Jason are great hosts and have great recommendations for activities around the island.

Coconut Breeze Villas sits up above Cane Garden Bay, Tortola overlooking the gorgeous beach and turquoise water … and when the surf comes from the NE very serious surfers emerge on the east side of the bay. Jost Van Dyke is in the distance and the sunsets are always uniquely fabulous. The owners Tiffany and Jason are very friendly and attentive to all your needs, the rooms really cute, updated, clean and comfortable. Cane garden bay is a perfect location. It is a tiny little community that if you never want to leave you don’t have to…gorgeous beach, Restaurants, bars, tiny grocery store, and nice hills to hike up to stay in shape. Well worth the hike to top as all views are spectacular!

Cane Garden Bay is the perfect spot/gorgeous beach and coconut Breeze sits on the hill smack in middle of the cove. You never need to leave....a tiny grocery with basics, Restaurants/bars and music. Sunsets are spectacular and a week here resets your soul for those want a break from the mainland craziness. Less is better! Coconut Breeze is neat clean with all amenities for cooking. Bonus: if you walk the hills of Tortola on daily basis guarantee a nice workout and you will stay or get into shape! Owners Jason and Tiffany are attentive and responsive .... nicest couple you will meet! Look forward to every year with them at the top of the world!

The villas are amazing! We stayed for a month and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The owner and the rest of the staff were very accommodating and welcoming. It is the perfect place to stay with amazing views, great location, and lots of amenities. We had the best time!!

Coconut Breeze Villas is a gem. A very short walk to the charming village of Cane Garden Bay with the best beach on Tortola. Also, a well-stocked grocery store, self-service laundry and several great restaurants. Each villa is beautifully appointed, clean and the sunsets are dazzling every night. Best of all, you are cared for like family. We count the days until our return the minute we leave. We are looking forward to our 26th year!

Great facilities, have stayed many times and continue to return. Close to the beach and all the restaurants on Cane Garden Bay. Great for a one night transit stay or several weeks. Rent a car and easily explore the island from this location.

I don't think there are any pools in Cane Garden Bay, but the ocean is only steps away and is pretty inviting.
There are pools open to restaurant guest at Tamarind Club on Tortola and Scrub Island Resort which provides a free shuttle.

So sorry to be so delayed in responding. Just found out how to answer Q & As!! The two-bedrooms share one bathroom, however, there are additional vanity sink areas in each of the 2nd bedrooms to decrease bathroom traffic. Hope that helps.
There are indeed outdoor grills for our guests grilling convenience. Our kitchens are also amply stocked with dishes and pots/pans for comfortable "cooking in" if desired. We also pre-stock your refrig with breakfast items (eggs, sweet rolls, juice, coffee, tea, etc... for a lazy first morning in paradise...our welcome gift to you!
