I must say that this has been one of the best stays (12 days) that I have experienced. From check-in to check-out my stay was flawless! Everything in the apartment was is great working order. Cherished the patio during the evenings for dinner. Despite the 2017 hurricanes I had access to movies and live TV/News through the FireTV Stick along with stable Internet so I can work on my laptop. Pat and Alphonso were great hosts by simply checking on me to see that everything was ok; along with the cleaning service enhanced the experience even more. An air-conditioned room with a comfortable bed, what more can you want? A major plus was the jeep that came as an additional option with the apartment which I did take full advantage just due to convenience. Anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable and hassle free place to stay, I highly recommend Guava Road Apartments! Sgd: Preston S.

We've been coming to Little Apple Bay and the West end for nearly 20 years. The Guava Rd Apartments are my special place in heaven. Alphonso and Pat, go out of their way to make everyone feel like a VIP. The apartments are island chic, clean and well designed with everything you need to "get limin" as soon as you arrive. Access to heaven couldn't be better with little apple bay, long bay and smugglers cove beaches all in the neighborhood. This is the prescription you need to have an amazing BVI experience in Tortola's west end. What are you waiting for?. See you at the beach!

Spent a week here at Guava Road Apartments. Definitely not long enough. Loved every day and evening. West Indies styled home in the small village of Little Apple Bay on the West End of Tortola. Roosters and chickens serenade as well as the normal island traffic near the apartment but after a few hours the sounds just meld together. From the wide porch, you can hear the surf at Apple Bay and off in the distance through the palm trees, the island of Jost Van Dyke. The Palm Apartment was spotless, nicely appointed with everything you need; bedrooms huge, air conditioning great; lots of light and very spacious. Little pleasant touches await in the fridge for your initial libations as well as in the bathroom. Pat's fresh muffins were wonderful. Alphonso and Pat are wonderful hosts but leave you to find the treasures of the island for yourself unless you ask them and then they are full of all kinds of information. They have beach chairs, floats, beach towels and umbrellas if you are so inclined to use them. You are very close, less than 1.5 blocks from Sebastians on/ by the Sea. A great restaurant and bar where you can sip a great Pain Killer with an awesome house made rum, eat a very nice meal (try out their version of island wings), have great service from the staff, especially "Pet," and watch the sun go down in the West with the waves and surf lapping close to the bar and restaraunt. Actually it was our favorite place to eat and drink on the Island this go round. You are very close to the best beaches without the crowds (yes it takes time to get there but get over the hurry), and can get to the other great beaches easily when the cruise ship passengers depart. It is very painful to see what the Hurricanes did to this part of Paradise (especially Sopers Hole), but there is lots of industry going on and soon, I expect, things will be better for all that they went through. You will not regret staying at Guava Road Apartment; it truly did feel like being at home in Paradise.

The Guava Road apts are simply lovely! We stayed in the "Turtle" unit and it was fabulous. A/C in every bedroom, Netflix, stocked refrigerator, and the owners are wonderful! A must stay place if you're visiting Tortola.

First, Alphonso could not have been a better host - he repeated told us to call him anytime we had an issue of any sort. He met us at the ferry terminal so we could follow him to the house and even stopped along the way so we could get supplies at the grocery in town. The place was very spacious and had most everything we could ask for. Alphonso gave us recommendations for places to go during the day and places for dinner, all of which were excellent. Being on the lower level, the 3 bedroom doesn’t have an ocean view but the 2 bedroom on the second level does. It was great to be able to leave our car parked and walk to Sebastian’s a couple of nights for a fantastic dinner. Being tucked away, slightly off the beaten path allowed us to get much more of a local feel and not just get the tourist experience. Overall, a fantastic value!
