I booked a 2 night stay at this hotel for my daughter and myself and paid a $200 deposit (3/22-24, 2020). This was to be the last leg of a trip before we went home. 3 nights prior to our arrival we heard of all the islands closing their borders and we had to leave or risk getting stranded. I emailed the hotel multiple times once we got home to ask for a refund. I was constantly promised it was forthcoming. No credit ever arrived. An email a month ago said the hotel was sold and to deal with it with the new owners, which I did. No response. This was a government decision and one for which I should not be penalized for. Do not risk staying here if something like this would happen again. These people were not fair to the tourists that endured this chaos as well!

This is a lovely hotel with on a nice beach with great food. After one night of a pre-paid 7 night stay we were told late that evening that the hotel was closing due to the pandemic and we were to leave the following morning. No aid was provided and we were refused a refund for the remaining 5 nights. They said our money was non refundable. This may have been true but usually the expectation is that a purchsed service is provided. We were told it was not their problem and to take it up with Expedia....Nice. They have also sent us an email confirming their position. Beware of these people, there are so many lovely places to stay that do not steal thousands of dollars from their guests. Worst travel experience ever!

this small hotel has it all. comfortable room with fab decor. views of the beach and sunsets. Excellent service from helpful staff. food well prepared and presented. we stayed in Room 7 "oh, that's the best room" on upper floor with dual aspect balcony. breakfast was plentiful and set us up for the rest of the day. beach loungers comfy. dinner menu excellent and plenty of other restaurant within walking distance. Peaceful at night, just the sound of the waves lapping. Sunday evenings there is live music down the beach, great sax player, not intrusive and we had bottle of wine on our balcony and watched the people passing by on the beach. loved our stay. would go back again.

So wonderful that we plan to return next year for two weeks. Nestled on the main street of Grand Case amongst the best French restaurants in the Caribbean is this small, quaint, clean and charming boutique hotel that was just what we were hoping to find. The staff led by Majda and Paul welcomed us graciously and warmly. The guys at the bar and beach *Theo, NoNo, and the twins were helpful and responsive and yet unobtrusive. The best Pina Colada ever. Actually, we had one week there and one week on the Dutch side. We loved LTC so much, we returned daily to enjoy the beautiful beach and great service. They made us VIPs. And that what we think about them too!! PS. Nina gives the best massage right on the beach! Room 6 :)
