We stayed in the Marina building, M418, and loved our location overlooking the marina and bay. This is on the 4th floor. Our check-in was slow because we upgraded our timeshare room to a one bedroom suite. The bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and balcony are all spacious. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is very noisy. The floors could use a good mopping with hot Soapy water. Our feet were always black whenever we walked around in bare feet. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, a blender, coffee pot, and toaster. The icemaker makes plenty of ice each day. The overall staff at the resort is extremely friendly. Ziggy at the Replay Sports Bar provided extraordinary and friendly service. He also makes great drinks. The servers at the beach bar were also very friendly and did a good job taking care of us. The lady at the towel stand needs to smile more and pretend to be friendly. Parking was excellent. The park in the garage was adjacent to the fourth floor, so he’s very easy to get to our room. This resort is in the center of Simpson Bay, so all restaurants and attractions are easily accessible by car. This is our second time at this resort in 20 years. Enjoy.

Stayed in their 2-bedroom waterfront suite which was perfect for our family of 6. Clean and nicely appointed. The staff was very welcoming, especially Laura at the beach bar. We enjoyed dinner on the beach with a great happy hour ...fun frozen cocktails ! Perfect location for an incredible sunset.

Room was ok. Nothing special. I was there to work and so got one of their cheaper rooms with a king bed. I am a super laid-back easy-going guy. But I am blown away by the horrible customer service at this place. I got hung up on while trying to get the Wi-Fi password. 15 minutes after I arrived I ordered a sushi roll and a drink to my room. I was on a business car when it arrives so I wasn’t able to look at the check when I signed it but when I hung up I quickly realize that there was two rolls instead of one so I just called back and told them they had delivered two instead of one. This became an ordeal with at least five phone calls back-and-forth which resulted in me just saying forget it it’s not worth it. They did charge me for the second roll, even after sending someone to pick up the extra roll and take it back. It simply wasn’t worth my time to fight over $15, But the fact that this would have even been necessary is crazy to me. Wi-Fi here is horrible. Apparently there is a way to pay for upgraded Wi-Fi if you walk down to the front desk area and sign up for it separately. I don’t understand why this can’t be done remotely. In either case this place totally turned me off from staying in resorts alltogether. And I am happy to report that the rest of my stay on the island has been great and nothing like the bad service that I got during my first two days here.

The renovation/cleaning is understood in this time as the resort is recovering from 2017 Irma and now the covid19 pandemic. No need to leave the premises for food/drinks it's all right there within the resort. Happy hour!!!!!!!! Fabulous!!.

The two bedroom in the marina building was very spacious and met all our needs with all the necessary amenities. Only downside we could not order room service in the morning. Overall the resort is well maintained, very clean and covid-19 protocols are in place.
