Management continues to address every concern that comes for any vacationer’s stay better. This year my stay was just about flawless.I stay for approximately 3 months. Everything in the physical room worked ,from hangers,to kitchen appliances ,to the cleanliness of my room. The maid service was excellent with clean sheets and towels. Every staff member is friendly,caring and happy to see you on a daily basis .I have already booked my plane tickets for next year. My stay at Divi little Bay is stress free and happy. That is what a vacation is all about.

We have stayed at Divi Little Bay each year for several years. There have been many improvements to the entire place from the buildings and grounds to the personnel over the past few years. The grounds are very well kept. The staff is very friendly and responsive to your requests. In addition to the beautiful beach, there are three pools, There are many activities day and night.

We have been going to Divi Little Bay for close to 20 years and love it. The resort is beautiful and well kept up. The beach is one of the best we have been on. The people are lovely. It amazes me that staff remember us from year to year with the number of people that they see. The activities manager, Tony, is the best. In addition to all the other activities, he teaches the best water aerobics class. It’s an actual work out and we love it. They have made some great changes to the food offerings. We do the all inclusive the first week and there is enough variety to make it fun. We found the main restaurant a little limited for non-seafood eaters, but the addition of Seabreeze a few nights a week helped a lot. Bartenders and wait staff are great. Our waiter most nights at Pure Ocean (Andrew) was a blast. He brought our drink order without us even having to ask. Alexandra and Leroy at Seabreeze are wonderful. Marisol and Caron (Gizmos and Purse Ocean) are fantastic. Rose was a new favorite this year - what a sweetheart. The concierge group while helpful could learn a little from the rest of the team about customers. Everyone at the front desk is very helpful and responsive to questions. ***NOT RECOMMENDED*** Actual visit was February of 2022. My first impression was that this is a very clean and well maintained resort. Unfortunately the staff at this location is the reason for my low rating. We noticed over the course of our trip that the staff were very rude and hesitant to serve us. On many occasions, what seemed like a manager would have to prompt staff to serve us. Staff would then drop a menu or drink off without saying anything and waking away. This became extremely aggravating as we were unable to establish an rapport with small talk or even tipping! We had then taken drinks to the main pool since the pool bar was not staffed. Once a bar tender showed up, she acted highly annoyed that we were there and also irrationally reacted to us already having drinks in the pool area that were not from that bar. Im assuming this is a location where the staff is familiar and friendly ONLY with known and returning guests, as those were the only guests that the staff would acknowledge. We also immediately realized that the “all inclusive” that we had paid for only applied to certain menu items and that we’d have to pay extra for some of the meals we actually wanted. Additionally, in order to get towels for the pool, you have to check them out from the “vacation sales counter” by the front desk which is away from the pool area and you have to listen to a sales pitch when you just want a towel. Honestly, aside from housekeeping and the clean room, the staff made this such a depressing experience. We wanted to relax and enjoy ourselves, but ended up wondering why the staff was rude and what we could do to gain their friendship. This was my first visit to St. Maarten and hopefully it won’t be my last! We toured the island and everyone was friendly and welcoming. My stay at Divi Little Bay Beach Resort was the highlight of the trip! I give not only the resort a 5 star rating, but the staff also, they were so accommodating. There were so many activities and things to do including the beach and pools. I highly recommend staying there.

We enjoyed our stay at Divi Little Bay Beach Resort very much. This is a great location on the Dutch side of St. Martin. Most of the guests we met are owners and repeat visitors who truly love this resort, and come back year after year. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We ended up spending most of our time on the island at the resort, because nearly everything we wanted on this vacation was available here. The island natives we met agree some of the best beach and water experiences on St. Martin (swimming, snorkeling, etc. are available here. Several bars and restaurants are on site, and we enjoyed them all. The water sports staff were excellent as well - very helpful, friendly, and rental prices for equipment are fair. Other reviews mention traffic to the resort from cruise ships as a watch out. Definitely happens, but the resort never felt overcrowded, and we always had access to the activities that interest us. The resort maintains visible security people on site, which helped us feel very safe. St. Martin calls itself "the friendly island," and our experience supports this. The resort staff, cab drivers, staff at local establishments and islanders we met were all helpful and friendly. Some other reviews mention that some rooms have a moldy smell, and we did notice this in the bathroom area of our room. It's probably difficult to fully eliminate, considering the tropical climate. We left the bathroom fan running whenever we were in the room, and didn't really have an issue. We highly recommend Divi Little Bay Beach Resort, and plan to return in the near future!…

My wife and I recently spent a week at Divi Little Bay and we were overwhelmed by what we saw and experienced. The staff was very friendly and outgoing. Our unit was ideal: clean,comfortable and situated in the proper building to provide adequate and spectacular view of the ocean. The daily activities by Gizmo ‘s bar was worthy of our presence and very exciting. Tony did an amazing job every day! I wish our stay was longer but we will be back. Thanks for an awesome week!
