Nestled in a stunning location, Belair Beach Hotel garners accolades for its picturesque beachfront vistas and proximity to local attractions. The hotel offers an array of family-friendly amenities, including well-appointed rooms featuring kitchen facilities and ocean views, though some guests find the decor a touch dated. The service receives high marks for its attentiveness, and the Gingerbread Cafe adds a charming touch, contributing to the overall value. While the atmosphere is occasionally noted for a musty smell, the cleanliness of the rooms and beach is widely commended.

This is a very nice resort. Nice staff, great on-site restaurant. Able to rent car from this location. Private beach with assigned chairs. Certainly, a family friendly resort. We enjoyed our stay. The on -site market is run by a very nice woman and they seem to have everything you need or forgot

Hotel's Favorite
Older resort but the beach is awesome and the workers are amazing. Will definitely try to trade in here again. The little store is well stocked and prices are reasonable. The Gingerbread Cafe has great breakfast and a decent evening .enu. The Divi next door has more food options. The pool is kept open late and we enjoyed after dinner floats.

As others note, the rooms are "dated" but you cannot beat the size, convenience, the staff and especially the view. If you're looking for a modern fancy resort, look elsewhere. Leave the beauty of Little Bay to those that appreciate the excellent staff, great food, and the best view on the island.

I stayed at this hotel courtesy of American Airlines, and I wished it had been the hotel that I had booked for my entire stay. The staff members were very helpful and welcoming. Also, the restaurant on site was very convenient and the food was delicious. My room was very spacious and comfortable. I did not even realize that the car I rented for my stay was through this hotel. I will definitely return to this hotel if I return to this island again.

Very nice place. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and everyone has an ocean view. Housekeeping was early, but not too early, cordial and very efficient. The hotel staff were amazing. Everyone is friendly and willing to answer questions or help. The front desk staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. They even sorted out a problem I had with contacting an excursion that I didn’t book through the hotel. The restaurant was delicious. Get the Alfredo, add the chicken, you will not be disappointed. The wait staff guys were phenomenal.

Awesome location, situated just feet off the beach. Staff were super friendly, and helpful. The restaurant on site was serving tasty lunches and dinners. The hotel rooms do need some updating, but over-all, we had a great week in the sun, and on the beach!

The Belair Hotel is older but with world wide qualities. The staff work together as a team to one goal keeping their guests looked after. Does not take long to be saying hi to your new leaders at this Hotel. It is family friendly. Sitting on the Blue Blue seas of Saint Maarten on the Dutch side. Our favourite side. This hotel is very clean and organized. The rooms are spacious and have everything you would need. Comfortable beds. Nice clear pictures on TV’s and with many stations in English. Great working air conditioners. Quiet. Most rooms sit on the oceans edge. Giving a wonderful 190 degree angle to the water. They have different activities for all ages. BBQ all you can eat delicious ribs. With an abundance of salads. We would recommend this property.

If you want beachfront you can’t beat Belair! The units are spacious enough with two bedrooms and two baths. The view from each unit is stunning! Chairs are assigned to you for your entire stay. Beach attendants are super! Umbrellas open for you each morning. The daily maid service is a treat! Fresh towels, floors cleaned, kitchen refreshed! Hotel staff treat you as family and will remember you on return visits. The on-site Minimart has more than adequate provisions to get started on a relaxing vacation. Starlite car rental is on site and you can arrange a rental to be waiting for you at the airport parking lot! Then, the Gingerbread cafe, is open everyday overlooking the sea and the pool. Great breakfast, lunch, dinner, and happy hour everyday. On site activities are planned by the staff and for everyone to enjoy. Prizes included! Entire staff from reservations, front desk, activity director, beach, maintenance, greeting staff, Gingerbread staff are extraordinary folks! Love Belair. You won’t be disappointed!
