Just returned from the amazing boiled frog and wishing I was still there. I had the most memorable vacation ever there. Steve, Danielle, Pod & Sasha are amazing hosts and make you feel right at home. They will line up your transportation from the airport, book excursions, provide you with breakfast food upon arrival in the cottage and give you... More

After reading the reviews and talking to the owners we went with the boiled frog as we were looking for something other then the typical all inclusive experience which I've had before. First off they arranged transportation to pick us up at the airport and bring us to the guest house which was one less thing to worry about and... More

Stunning and unique location, on the edge of two great empty beaches with perfect sunset views. The hosts, an engaging Canadian family, make you feel instantly welcome and you are free to be independent or enjoy their company and their recommendations. Danielle is also a fab cook. Self contained flat has all you need, aircon, kitchen and a huge bed.... More

After we spent a busy week of bird-watching based at Anse Chastanet, the Boiled Frog proved to be the perfect follow-on for a more relaxed second week on St Lucia. Danielle and Steve were very welcoming hosts and nothing was too much trouble to ensure our enjoyment of the holiday. With their helpful advice we soon got the hang of... More

We have just done a three-island tour and after reading all the reviews chose the Boiled Frog for our stay in St Lucia. We have had a great time at the three islands we stayed in but it was in the Boiled Frog that we really relaxed and chilled out. Our hosts Danielle and Steve were brutally honest about the... More

We have just returned to the UK after spending 2 weeks being spoilt rotten by Danielle & Steve at the Boiled Frog. We arrived as guests & departed as friends. The cottage is basic but is clean & comfortable. It's great being able to eat breakfast alone with the provisions provided in the fridge. We dined daily seated under the... More

Let me start off by saying that all the other ratings on this site are entirely accurate. Danielle and Steve are fantastic hosts, couldn't have been more welcoming, and are great ambassadors to St. Lucia. They also cook delicious dinners!! They were extremely organized in preparing for our arrival and were great in terms of communication prior to arrival. Once... More

Spent a week in the Boiled Frog as part of a two week holiday in St Lucia. The guesthouse is very well kept but the best part of it from our point of view was the way we were made to feel part of the family. Danielle and Steve could not have been more welcoming and went out of their... More

This is a great place to watch the sunsets in total privacy with a drink in your hand. Simply spectacular. The guest house experience was great, the food fantastic, friendly atmosphere, you feel like this is your home. Truly a great place to stay.

We have just returned from a two week stay at the Cottage at the Boiled Frog Guesthouse. It was our first trip to non US or Canadian destinations and Danielle and Steve were the perfect hosts. “I don't really think you could go wrong with any of the rooms. The Cottage is ideal if you want complete independence with its kitchen, living room and bedroom. The Reef is in between the kitchen and the other room (I forget the name) but I never heard any noise coming from either. The third room has a south-facing window that overlooks the grounds, but with air conditioning would still be comfortable. There are three family dogs on the property, but Danielle and Steve are conscientious about keeping them away from visitors if they are not comfortable with the animals - they are well behaved and fun to watch wrestling and playing with each other.”
