What a great hotel. Everything was right here. The view from the room (sea view), the cleanliness of the room, the pool, the breakfast (choice of 4 compositions) and the friendliness of the staff. Perfect in one word. And with owner Wim around you, you were not short of anything. What a wonderfully enthusiastic man. And of course not forgetting the "family friend", Garvis.

Went with a nutty group of scuba divers and the staff were very accommodating for our group of 12. The rooms are updated, clean and depending on which room you have there is a small fridge or a mini-fridge. I was in room #9 (ocean front) and it was perfect for me. The other divers had some of the suites and everyone enjoyed their stay. After diving, we would usually hang out at the pool and order drinks from the bar. The restaurant is not open every night so just get with Wim or Johanna and they can help you with dinner suggestions at restaurants up the road. All the shops, restaurants and the grocery stores are within walking distance (5-10 min max), but yes, everything in Saba is uphill….. both ways! Ha, ha, ha. Not sure about other months of the year, but when we were there Sept 11-18, it would rain for about 5 minutes a couple times a day so be sure to pack a poncho or raincoat. They have filtered water that you can refill anytime and it’s only $10 for your whole stay instead of walking to the store and buying bottled water. Loved all the beautiful flowers and trees around the property and the view is amazing. Oh, and yes, for Americans, the frogs are a bit noisy at night the first night, but at the end, it was actually nice and relaxing, butttt, if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Air conditioning worked great, towels were plentiful, and the TV had some streaming channels on it, but I never turned it on and chose to sit out on the balcony and take in the view. Highly recommend Juliana’s if you are going to the “Queen of the Caribbean”!

The owners (Wim and Johanne) are onsite and are very hospitable. We were here for a dive trip with Sea Saba and the hotel and dive shop coordinated beautifully. The hotel is small, with several rooms that have a lovely ocean view with a balcony. There are also a couple of cottages that can accommodate a family group. Rooms have a mini-fridge and Keurig-style coffee makers, so if you wake up early - before breakfast starts at 7:00am - you can enjoy a cup while looking at the magnificent views. The restaurant is great - currently open for dinner Wednesdays and Sundays. Lunch and breakfast are available every day. The small bar at the pool is great for socializing and watching the sunset. On Wednesdays, there is “dinner and a movie” - come to the pool at 6:30, have a drink, pre-order dinner, then grab a chair or lounge to enjoy a great documentary about the ecological regions on Saba. You’ll learn a lot! There’s also an artist studio on-site, where you can participate in an art class and view works by a premier artist (Anna Elizabeth Keene). Overall, a very relaxing place to spend time, with great hosts and a lot of fun conversations. We can’t wait to come back!

Great place to stay in Saba. Hotel well maintained and clean. Owners are on site and make sure everything is great. The restaurant is great, probably one of the best on island. Breakfast is fantastic. On Friday night the bar seems to be the hot spot of the island but they only have it going till ten, so you do not have to worry about sleep.

Nice place. The breakfast in the morning is outstanding. The bar is open Wed-Sunday I believe. The drinks were good and the appetizers were tasty. The cottage is a little warm at night but perfect for a family with the kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Xiomara was very helpful getting the covid tests, printing them off, setting up taxi's etc etc. It is located right in the center of Windward Side so you are close to the SeaSaba and all of the restaurants, grocery store etc. You can walk by the museum and see the bunnies that just hop around loose on the way to these places. You'll be going up hills no matter where you go but being close to everything is great. The TGIF party was good for the kids but too loud for me. Looked like fun if you're in your 20's. Will definitely stay here again if we come this way. Best part is the code to get into the room so you aren't carrying around those stinking key cards.
