We were at Queens for 2 nights and were very disappointed. Of our complete island hopping trip this was supposed to be te most beautiful en luxury place to stay. Our welcome was very friendly, baggage was brought to te room. But that was it for the good part. the room had a very bad smell (sewer/ mold?), the shower wasn’t more than 3 drips of water. The pool was dirty. Breakfast was a lot of waiting. We were with a group a four and very surprised by all the positive reviews we found ons this website.

Dear Rianne, thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are very sad to read that your visit with us did not meet your expectations. We work very hard to meet all of our guests needs and wished you would have brought the shower pressure to our attention so we could have handled it promptly. We checked both rooms you occupied and did not notice a smell at all and I'm sorry you felt differently. Our pool is cleaned daily, but since it's an outdoor pool and the weather was pretty bad during your visit I'm sure leaves blew in but the pool is far from dirty in our opinion. Our breakfast is an a la carte menu and breakfast is cooked to order but never exceeding a wait time more then 10 minutes. Again I'm sorry that we could not make you happy like we do very many many guests.

The island of Saba is well known for its diving and hiking. However, we did neither and spent our long weekend relaxing at this lovely resort. Set in the mountains of Saba, the view is spectacular. There is a lovely pool on the premises, the restaurant is excellent, and the staff is very friendly and helpful! The room we were in was a suite with a private jaccuzi that has a stunning view! The people of Saba are all lovely and the food in various restaurants we tried was excellent. If you need to unwind then this is definitely the place to do it !

Saba Island is an idyllic destination and Queens Garden is absolutely fantastic. From amazing views to great food, to the most friendly and helpful staff we’ve had the pleasure of meeting in many years, you will love Queens Garden. The vibe is relaxed but upscale. The staff are attentive, flexible, friendly, and a lot of fun! They make you feel like family and we can’t wait to return. The rooms are tasteful decorated and virtually any request seems easy to the team at Queens Garden. We will return to Saba Island and stay at Queens Garden again. Truly a special experience!

I don't know what more I can say about how wonderful Queen's is! This was our second two week stay at Queen's, our third Christmas stay, and fourth visit in as many years. We LOVE Queen's, Saba, Claire, Hidde, and all their crew. Master mixologist Duco makes the most interesting cocktails with his huge collection of find..he is always ready with only your comfort in mind. Harry is the best, and chef Nick has done some amazing things with the menu. Concierge Sherri will help with any questions. Two weeks, eight books, seven hikes, and lots of celebrations! Thank you Claire!! Xoxo

Claire’s wonderful hotel is truly a hidden gem. Our quick, two night, stay was far too brief. We will return to Saba as quickly as possible and join them again. We visited over the New Year Holiday and the team at the hotel worked tirelessly, forsaking their own enjoyment of the holiday, in order to deliver the guests an exceptional level of service, food, and entertainment. Special notes go out to Duco, who deserves the title of Superman, as he truly does it all. We never saw his feet stop moving. Overall, a fantastic and beautiful experience. This would also be a great place for a honeymoon.
