Dreadful service, long wait queuing at the cafe. Staff tried to deal with multiple people, none of them successfully. Coffee and chocolate nearly 7 euro. Find somewhere else, don't waste your money or time here.

Good location, Nice view from terrasses, a good place to visit Fort de France. Our room was a bit small but the price also ! The bathroom could be renovated. There is also a restaurant with the hotel.

Today we waited more than 30minutes before a waiter served us. We went inside to order but were told to wait outside. It was not busy at all. Some locals ordered for us at the end. Really bad service here. Not recommended.
