This place is located approximately 50 feet away from the beach, restaurants, and bars. The first impression after checking into this location gives you a feel of bed and breakfast hotel. The room did not had a TV, a perfect way to not get distracted if you are on a romantic vacation. The room had king size bed, a futon...

Pros: Good location and nice people who run the place. There is a shared kitchen and when you use dishes, you are expected to wash by hand. Cleanliness is thereby sketchy as you are relying on how well the previous person cleaned the dishes. Cons: It's one house that has multiple rooms set up as bedrooms. It is almost like...

We got one of the more expensive rooms in the property and the room itself was well designed for us. 2 king size beds (no privacy if you travel with other couple). -Beds are little hard if that's important to you. -Breakfast (continental style) are good, boiled eggs, toasts, cereals, milk, juices, coffee, great bakery. You have to clean dishes...

I have stayed at the Esperanza Inn, Vieques, Puerto Rico five times over the years. The Esperanza Inn is like visiting members of your own family, J and Lisa do everything to make your visit enjoyable and comfortable. They know all the places to go on Vieques Island. I strongly recommend the Esperanza Inn to anyone wanting to have a...

The room was spacious and clean. I stayed during slower time and they were very kind enough to offer me flexible check in and out time :) They have parking spaces so you don't have to park on the street. Of all, I really appreciated that they gave me extra towels - 2 beach towels and 3 bath towels +...

Hi SunnyBunny, Thank you for your positive review! I'm glad you enjoyed the early check in and late check out. We do everything we can to try and extend your short time here on Vieques. Why not squeeze every last minute from this magical island? I'm glad you noticed the extra towels. There's nothing I hate more than not having...

Based on the price of Vieques stay that hostels cost $30 per bed this hotel is great for couples. Common areas are comfy. Sofa and TV. Security seems nice. Staff is great. Pool humble but enough. Now it has almostv10 cays around.bI love th but if you are allergic don't stay here.

Hi Yariel, I'm glad you enjoyed your visit! The casita is definitely everyone's favorite room, especially for couples. I'm also happy to hear you loved the cats because you were a kitty magnet! They seemed to know that you have a big heart. We hope to see you both again very soon.

We had a really nice stay. The best features of the Inn is the owner, Lisa who was helpful, friendly and hospitable. We really loved having the cats outside. She rescues cats and helps with the humane society. The cats don't go in the rooms. It was great to have beach equipment to borrow, and cold water and beer for...

Jenn, Thanks for the positive words. I appreciate you pointing out that the cats (and the dog) don't go in the rooms. Guests can enjoy them in the common areas and garden, and count on a pet free, allergy free room. I also enjoyed our Asheville talk. You've given us something to think about!

This is my third consecutive year staying at the Esperanza Inn. The owners, Jay and Lisa are friendly, hospitable, and knowledgeable of the island. The Inn is located just off the malecon, within walking distance of everything from food, bars, and of course a beach. Equipped with a common area for cooking, some rooms have kitchenettes, a pool, and gated...

I can't thank enough J. And Lisa for being such wonderful hosts, we felt we were staying at some relatives house. They provided us with plenty beach towels, outside, there's a covered patio with...
