We had such an amazing time staying with Carole! We followed her advice and took the scenic route to get to her place and it was worth the drive! She is located at the entrance to El Yunque so it's a perfect location if you love to hike and explore like us! Upon arrival she was very welcoming and informative....

My wife and I stayed at Carole's place and had an absolutely wonderful time. It is so peaceful and such a remote feeling even though town is only a few minutes down the road so you are away from the busy streets and surrounded by nature. You climb a road up to 700ft in elevation so it's a little cooler...

Fernando was the best tour guide. Our family went on the 2 hour house back riding tour for the day. It was very educational for the children , we stopped by the river took a dip and learned about the mineral rocks!!!! Thank you Fernando we will be back to visit.

We had a million dollar view. Our villa was clean and safe. Our host was so accommodating. Will go back next year. The weather was hot in town but breezy up in the mountains and cool at night. Need a hardy vehicle to get around. Bring sunscreen, hat and binoculars. Host knows best beaches and river sites. Bring mosquito repellent...

As I write this review I am immersed back into the hustle and bustle of everyday life and I am missing Carole's immensely. My boyfriend Tom and I were looking for an active getaway and this was the perfect location. We arrived very early in the morning and had breakfast on the way from the airport at this yummy bakery...

We stayed at Carole's with another couple. It was rustic, charming and very comfortable. Carole was very thoughtful in outfitting the rooms. She thought of everything we might possibly need. The mini fridge in the room was stocked with breakfast food. She makes amazing oatmeal for breakfast. Her place was a highlight of our entire week in Puerto Rico.

I combed through reviews before booking with Carole. She more than met our expectations. Beautiful villas, jungle scenery and the lovely night sounds of the coquí. We hiked the rainforest and swam in waterfalls by day and relaxed in the outdoor kitchen and lounge area at night. Carole is very thoughtful with the amenities she provides and the villas are...

We stayed at Carole's Rainforest Villas for two nights this past week and absolutely loved it. The villa itself is charming and very thoughtfully set up, but it's the setting in in the rainforest that makes it truly magical. We loved sitting on the porch as the rain drummed on the roof above, cooking in the awesome outdoor kitchen with...

Carole's Rainforest Villas was easily one of my favorite places I've ever stayed. The view was gorgeous, the location was perfect, and Carole herself was so warm and inviting. The 1 BR villa we stayed in was amazing. Every single detail, from the incredibly comfortable king size bed to the hammock swinging just outside the window, has been thought out...

A friend and I stayed here for 2 nights in August, and I really wish we had booked a longer stay. Carole's place is great. Its located very close to the rainforest and waterfalls - so close that we beat the tourist crowd to Mina falls and were able to swim for awhile and enjoy the falls without a bunch...
