We had the absolute best time at the Condado Vanderbilt resort. The friendliest staff and the best amenities from the pool and restaurants to the spa. Something that stood out to us, was Raul at the pool, who not only remembered our names but remembered where we sat in the morning & in the afternoon. He raised the bar and we won’t forget it. We will be back again soon for sure!

Great hotel, amazing restaurants, was somewhat quiet when I was there but the “adults only” section of the pool was overrun by children running and screaming in the pool and jacuzzi. Loved the idea of an adults only section which is why I went there, but it’s not very well moderated. Had to leave and go elsewhere.

My motto for this hotel on our stay was "5 star hotel with 4 star service" First and foremost let me say that overall we did enjoy our stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful. It's in a great location with 3 pools (1 adults only). The adults only side was relatively quiet. The family side was a bit more chaotic at times with lots of children. The infinity pool is beautiful, I just wish this was an adults only pool. It was hard to relax in it with children having wake boards and splashing around. The housekeeping staff did an incredible job as well. They deserve a huge shoutout! Unfortunately service lacked a bit. It was hard to get a drink by the pool. It was even hard to get towels or chair covers at times. One morning we came out and there were still garbage scattered around from the pervious night. For the amount of money you pay, especially with the resort fee, I just had higher expectations of the staff. What separates a good hotel from a great hotel is the staff's attention to details. Please be aware that they do charge $200 per night for incidentals. That can throw a lot of people for a wrench and cut deeply into their vacation budgets. I'm not sure if that has always been the case but someone did mention to me there has been a lot of major issues around the area with Spring Breakers which has caused hotels and restaurants to take additional measures in protecting themselves. Overall, this was a good hotel with room for improvement. You won't be disappointed if you stay here but please be aware of the things I mentioned above.

I was so happy with my first stay a couple of years ago that I stood a second time and was equally as happy. On my second stay, the floor near the window was buckled. We reported the situation and by the time we got back from our tour, we were offered another upgraded room. Boy, was I happy! The hotel is beautiful, I had no issues with the service or staff. There's a tiny patch of beach, which may be bothersome to some but the hotel is just a few steps away from the Condado beach, a much longer stretch of beach. I booked my next stay for October and I am looking so forward to my stay.

We booked a king ocean view room...and it’s a partial ocean view, so don’t book this room if you want a full ocean view. The only rooms with a real ocean view are the ones with a balcony. Don’t waste your money on the “partial” view. Very disappointing! The hotel is in a great location and is very clean. The staff is nice and respectful. Do make reservations well in advance, since restaurants are only at 50%.
